I found this to be a great brow pencil – it is smooth and easy to apply, does not drag and provides natural looking colour for the brows which lasts. The addition of a spoolie is a bonus. The presentation is good and protective caps are provided for the pencil and spoolie. An excellent buy and cruelty free too.

I’ve purchased so many pencils and some quite expensive and they always end up in the bin because they are the wrong colour. This is a lovely soft pencil gives a very natural look
This is the best brow product I have used. I have dyed my own brows for years and had them done professionally, but this is so much easier. The shade is really accurate for my light brown hair and doesn’t look fake like some colours. You can as much or as little as you like. It stays on all day and doesn’t rub off. This eye pencil is so much cheaper than in the shops and seems to last a long time as you don’t need much of the product.
Oh I’ve tried so many eyebrow pencils over the years. They either make my eyebrows look weird or have no effect whatsoever. It’s a pain in the backside trying to find the right colour too.
My eyebrows are somewhat sparse and not very dark so I spend ages trying to fill in the gaps only to look in the mirror later in the day to find all my hard work has vanished!
I got this E.L.F product in Taupe, which apparently (or so I’ve read) is the colour that suits nearly everyone. It’s easy to feather in the gaps and still looks pretty natural, which I love. I also like the spoolie brush on the other end for combing through.
And best of all it was super cheap! Just a fraction of the cost of many of the other pencils I looked at.
I do like this very convenient to carry, colour is good for me also.
Only thing is that it’s a blunt pencil and will just get more so. I have to soften the applied area a little more precision with a sharpened tip would be better.
However the price is good and do like the brand
Good colour for light to mid brown brows. No skill required. Fine enough to fill in any gaps without making it look like one of those hairy caterpillars has stuck to your face.
I’ve tried loads of different eyebrow pencils to try and make my very sparse eyebrows look fuller, this is by far the best!!
Easy to use, glides on and actually does what I wanted it to!

I decided to switch my cosmetics to paraben free alternatives, the end on this pencil is quite chunky and I’d prefer it to be a bit thinner to achieve hair stroke effects but overall I am happy with it and would definitely buy again and I love the brush on the other end
Oh my goodness, what a fantastic eyebrow pencil! Taupe is the perfect shade for me (there’s a big choice altogether) no need to sharpen this and the spoolie is medium firmness, without wiping the product off my brows. The price is great and I honestly can’t say anything negative about the Elf pencil.
Does what it says
Cheap and easy to use. Smooth to apply and evenly brushes out with spoolie. Colour is as it looks on photo. Would recommend taupe for ginger-haired (coppery) people and overall to keep to hand for touch ups
My brows are barely visible!
I don’t like heavy makeup, but thought I’d try giving them a bit more definition.
This pencil is easy to use with a twist up applicator, and a mascara type brush on the other end to get rid of any sharp line.
The colour is good for me.
This was also affordable.
I like it, find it easy to use, and it looks natural, but I don’t know if I’ll bother once it runs out.

for the price this product is AMAZING! i have such fair eyebrows that have weird patches of dark so whenever i gel them they look wonky i was trying to find a brow product that was light enough it suited my face and hair, but dark enough that they were more visible (without having slug brows ). i use the benefit eyebrow gel, some light coloured eyeshadow as a base, and then go in with this pencil to fill in any light patches. it has a lot of product in it which you access by twisting the tip, it doesn’t like it would break easily unless you twist too much product out (you can twist it back in) it also doesn’t push back in when you apply pressure. love this product so much and will 100% purchase again 🙂
