Took a little to get used to
But after removing one of the panels this pillow is so perfect for sleeping.
In fact I bought two of them and my partner preferred keeping his panel in. We can’t do without them now and has really helped us both with comfort and sleeping.
I cannot fault this product in terms of the difference it has made to my neck. I would have preferred a softer cover but I have solved that by putting a very large pillow case over it whilst not losing its purpose. It is good quality, the shape provides amazing support. My whole posture feels better. It is not the prettiest but I feel like no one should use regular pillows ever again!!

We’ve tried loads of different ones were dubious but this one actually works. Takes a few days to get used to. I had it on offer too so I can’t remember now which size I purchased as the products have gone up. I had the dark grey version. Material quality is great and the pillow does fit snuggly into a pillow case to protect.
Bought this after trying other memory foam pillows. This one seemed to be better shaped and having used it for a few weeks I can say I’m impressed. I used to wake with headaches every morning from poor sleeping posture and a neck that causes trouble if it’s not supported correctly. Not anymore! No headaches and a great night sleep.
The ear pocket is great for comfort, and will also allow you to wear in ear Bluetooth headphones if you like to listen whilst falling asleep.
The surface material is meshed, so allows air circulation meaning it doesn’t get hot like most memory foam.
I’ll buy another one when this wears out, I’m not looking for another now I’ve found such a good pillow
This pillow is AMAZING
I have suffered from sore head, sore neck, shoulder and back for the past couple months. My mum kept recommending this pillow but I was sceptical it was anything to do with the pillows I was already using. I spent over 1000 on a mattress and the issue still wasn’t resolved.
I ended up giving in and purchasing this last week, and all my aches and pains are gone already! I couldn’t recommend this pillow enough…. don’t hesitate! Just go for it!!

A Good Nights Sleep
Arrived quickly and for the first time in ages I slept well without tossing and turning around. It is very well made and supports my head and neck really well. Wish I’d bought one sooner.
This has been a game changer for me. I’ve always suffered with neck issues (ever since stupidly performing a hand/head stand as a kid to cheer up my sister, and and badly spraining my neck)
I have tried all sorts over the years, but came to the conclusion that how I was sleeping was quite a contributory factor. My neck never felt quite comfortable, whether using one pillow or two. I stumbled across this and thought I’d give it a shot.
What I love about it is the neck support at the front, and then the recessed area for your head to lay. It allows your next to remain in a much more natural position, whether your lay on your back or side. I can’t comment on front laying as that’s not something I’m comfortable doing.
For the first few days it took some getting used to, as it does feel quite different to traditional pillows. but now I could not be without it. I still get the odd neck pain, but I don’t feel like I ever wake up with it now as a result of how I’ve slept. When we’ve stayed away for a few days, I can certainly tell the difference when I wake up without having slept on this.
The cover is very tight, but I don’t remove it, I just put another pillow case over it. I also like how unlike traditional pillows, it doesn’t appear to lose it’s shape and plumpness over time. I’ve been using this for a number of months now, and it’s as good as the day I bought it.
Comfortable
Although the size was stated in the Ad , I thought it was a bit small, but if your head fits on it what more do you need?
The reason I ordered this was because I had been suffering with a stiff neck but since I started using this my condition has improved in three or four days, so I’m happy.
Worth getting used to
It took a week or so to get used to this pillow, but I am glad I persevered. My neck is much better, not just at night, but all the time.
Really comfortable
The only thing that I can fault with this is that we can’t find any pillowcases big enough. We both had a ‘Queen size’. As far as its function, we have both felt a benefit from using these pillows (my wife has a longstanding neck issue) and have both slept better. One of the dogs loves it too and spends all day on it.

I needed a new neck support pillow so I ordered this one. So far everything seems ok, I don’t wake up with a stiff neck so that is really great.
Just the Job!
Not as comfortable as I thought it would be, hence the 4 stars, but got to say my backache is alot better which was the reason for buying and my husband says my snoring as spotted so his happy too.
I’m sure if you sleep in one position on your back this might work but it didn’t relieve my neck pain and in fact I felt it was worse after using this product. That doesn’t mean to say it won’t work for everyone.
Excellent neck relief
This has been a great discovery for me – with neck problems for years after radiotherapy and so many other pillows that promise more than they can deliver I have already been sleeping better and will never go back to just an ordinary pillow again. Delighted.

This pillow was to replace my old one and i think it’s better!
On the first night, the pillow was comfortable –a bit high, but i could deal with it. The second night of use, i took out the inside layer that is attached, it made the pillow not as high and even better to sleep on, so no problems so far!
Firmer than most memory foam pillows
If you’re like me and have damage to your neck and struggle to find that perfect pillow, this is the best I’ve come across for a while. It’s firmer than most memory foam pillows and keeps it’s shape well. With adjustable height to find the right pitch also helps. Shaped to not only support your head but also your neck. I bought the standard size and fits into a normal English pillowcase.

Have found this has eased my neck pain. Having suffered using a standard pillow I thought I would give this a go. Pain has not gone completely, but it has made sleeping much easier. Apparently my snoring has not been so bad either. A good quality well made product.
Good pillow for neck pai
I bought this as was having neck pain while sleeping. It’s a lot firmer and thinner than I am used to but I have noticed a difference so would recommend. I would say for me it’s not great if you sleep on your front.
Easy to wash.
This certainly helped with my neck pains. The cushion is comfy and does the job it’s supposed to do. You can adjust the height by removing the second layer inside the cover. At first, I thought the cover material would irritate my skin but I have now gotten used to it, It looks a bit rough but feels ok for me. I used to be a stomach sleeper but this pillow has helped me get used to sleep on my back. You can remove the cover and put it in the washer; it dries out very quickly as well. Overall, it was a good purchase.
Wife says it is comfortable but still can't sleep!
Qife has trouble sleeping and a few back aches, so though this would be worth trying. Early days yet, although she didn’t sleep at all last night, but I can’t blame the pillow for that. Maybe face down would help. 😉
I got this pillow after my memory foam pillow by an Italian company I will not name went flat after 6 months. This one will hopefully last longer. I have used it as a pillow, back rest and also between my knees and it has performed well at each job, it was also a generous size. It can be used no matter what your preferred sleeping position.
First night of using this pillow I realised it was to high so I decided to take one layer out.
It took me ages and lots of research via reviews to finally undo the snap button in the middle – I was frightened to pull to hard incase I damaged the fabric and my fingers are also arthritic but eventually took cover off and where still attached in the middle, Grasped either side close to button and pulled apart.Bingo!
Now just slept my first night on it thinner and all neck pain gone! I’m a side/stomach sleeper mainly and this pillow is lovely .
Would have given five stars if manufacturer had explained how to pull apart snap button instead of writing ‘untie it’???
Good so far! Had such bad back pain from a previous pillow I got and first night sleeping with this my neck was so bad but now it’s been a couple nights and the pain is much better let’s hope it lasts! Just wondering if there is a warranty period and if the foam gets softer?

I would say 7/10 I’m happy but could do with a little more movement in the firmness which fit a big heavy guy I was hoping I would soften it a bit but it helps with position of sl ro etc. I’m happy overall thank you
I got the large size, it is very very comfortable and does ease some of the neck and shoulder pain I’ve been having. Though I feel it could be a bit firmer at the neck support part. The entirety of the pillow is made of the same material and due to the cover presentation I thought it would be a firmer, different material at the neck support part. Shame it isn’t, I would have given it 5 stars.
On the other hand, the soft neck support part makes it more possible/ slightly more comfortable to sleep on my side or stomach, but that was not the reason I bough this for.
Knowing it’s all the same material I would probably go for a cheaper pillow.
All and all, not a bad product and improvement of shoulder pain is clear.
