Looks great. Easy to assemble.Good lumbar and head support. Arms go up when not in use. Not too heavy.
Cons
Chair back does not have tilt control, instead whole chair tilts back on a spring. So, effectively, the chair has no adjustment for the back.
Comfy chair and amazing service
This chair looks great in my home office and is perfect for every day use. One of the decorative caps was missing but the seller was very responsive and has sent a replacement promptly.
Easy to assemble, it stains easily
This chair is very comfortable to sit on and it provides right amount of the back support. It seems well made however the fabric seems to stain easily and it is difficult to clean.

The lumbar support on this is the best I have ever had. It looks great and moves so easily. I also like that the legs are white and do not show every particle of dust.

I sit in this chair up to 9 hours a day and it hasn’t hurt my back. I was having lower back problems with my other computer chairs so I bought this and the lumbar support makes a huge difference! Great chair, it took me about 30-45 min to put together.

Semi-hard to assemble, creaks a little
Bought 2 of these, and we each assembled them wrong in 1 step. I had to completely redo it. Thankfully I didn’t mess up the overall chair.
Does creak a little, so do most chairs tho.
Leans back pretty far, but does have lock to make it not lean.
I love this chair!!! The support is great! I love the wide seat cushion and that it is so comfy. The backing is high for neck support and the mesh keeps the airflow. I love that it is all black and goes well with my desk. The arm rests are adjustable and the height adjustment is amazing. Overall the chair is a great buy and the price is an added bonus.
