Are HDMI Cable and UK Adapter included in the package?

No, the HDMI Cable and UK Adapter are not included in the package.

Many products on the market require a 15V/2.6A charger, but it is hard to find. Do I need to use a specific charger?

The Fenolical Switch Docking Station can use any type of charger above 10W, such as our daily mobile phone chargers, computer chargers, etc. No specific charger is required.

How does the charging function of the handle work, and how to see the power display at the same time?

When the Nintendo Switch Dock is connected to the power supply, the charging function of the Joycon is turned off by default, and it needs to be turned on by pressing the touch switch in the middle.

It is said that the performance of your special chip is the same as that of the Nintendo Switch Dock, is it true?

Of course. Same as Nintendo Switch Dock in terms of stability, compatibility and functionality. Nintendo compatible devices TV models we can also.

Why is the TV display blurry?

Currently Switch NS&OLED only supports up to 1080P output, Fenolical Switch Docking Station supports up to 4K/6OHz, compatible with 2K/1080P/720P/36OP, please make sure the cable supports HDMI2.0 and increase the TV resolution.

    Great Stand
Really pleased with this. Much more compact than the ordinary switch dock. The switch feels really secure in the stand too despite it being small. Love that there is space for games so that I stop taking them out and never finding them again. Overall a great produc

    handy accessory and fair price
It works well with the Nintendo Switch and OLED versions, and it’s great for using with Joy-Cons (can change two pairs at the same time). Connects easily, and charges efficiently while offering good video quality

This is so much better than the stand that comes with the console. You can charge extra controllers and store games so it really helps to keep the desktop tidy. Great buy.

This is a great product. Allows you to charge your controllers and store games. My son was always misplacing the joycons and the games. They are so expensive so this is a great solution to keep everything in one place and no more losing them. Looks nice and tidy. I recommend the produc

    Amazing dock replaceme
Fed up trying to fix a Nintendo dock that didn’t show the green light and connect to tv so though why not try this? It’s only 22. Connected straight away to tv and charges the extra controllers. Compact and more stable as flat. Love it. Highly recommended

Perfect replacement for my Nintendo switch dock
This is great as it now means I can have a dock in each room so that I’ve got a way of easily moving my switch around without having to pick up and move the dock.

Works perfectly as a replacement with HDMI and usb-c using the normal usb-c charger that comes with the switch. I have experienced no issues with this and have used it to play various different games.

Charging functionality for the joycons is an additional bonus!

    Nice desig
The dock seems reliable and does not brick your switch, for now.
THE 4 Joycons charging is nice, but the cartridge + SD holder is its sale point.
It has a very nice design, I like it more than the original from Nintendo.
FOR REFERENCE THE CHIP INSIDE IS LONTIUM LT8711UX

I am so happy as this is first dock station which work properly, previously I bought some other and fail to connect to tv. This one is great piece of Nintendo accessories. I recommend to everyone who like to play on TV.

I bought this as a replacement for my original switch dock that I’d found. I found my original the day this arrived and didn’t end up returning it it’s so pretty and useful and fun to use!

    it's a recommended
This Nintendo Switch docking station impresses with its tidy design, built-in charging for 4 joy-cons, and a sleek acrylic hood for 12 games. We can appreciate the quick charging, smooth TV connection, and versatile controller options. While some find inserting the Switch a bit fiddly and wish for side ports, overall, it’s a recommended, cost-effective alternative to the official dock, albeit lacking USB slots.

    Better than original
Bought to replace my five year old and knackered dock, begs the question why Nintendo can’t come up with a similar design. No more controllers and game cards scattered all over the place. Buying another to put it in our second lounge.

    Works grea
This docking station for the Nintendo Switch works really well. No HDMI Cable or power supply are included, so you’ll need a USB-C charger that kicks out enough juice for the Nintendo Switch, which is quite a power hungry device, as well as a suitable HDMI Cable. Once connected, this dock works as well as the original version. I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever. I haven’t used the cartridge holders, as I prefer to keep my games in my Switch case, so they’re always with the console, ready to play.

    Overall a great device. Recommended

    Gorgeous colours
You get three thick braids of ombre hair. I was hoping that these would be suitable for re-hairing My Little Ponies, but unfortunately — and, honestly, I thought this might be the case — the hair is a little coarse for the final effect I’m going for with the particular pony I earmarked for this project.

However, I do have a few Barbies that need new hair, and one is very much a 90s goth, so this will be perfect for her. Also, I have a Pinkie Pie that needs new hair, and she strikes me as the kind of pony that wouldn’t have flat shiny hair.

The colours are vibrant, the texture feels nice — just imperfect for MLPs, unfortunately — and you get a lot of hair in the pack.

Even though my first plan didn’t work out, I’m looking forward to seeing how my goth Barbie looks with some ombre pink/purple hair. And this hair is a lot cheaper than hanks of re-hairing nylon from bespoke doll/pony hair shops. This is a great choice for when you have a custom project in mind that requires lots of hair that will hold a style.

Keeps switch, joy-cons & games neat & tidy!
was looking for a new dock station for my Daughter’s switch and came across this one. This unit is very nice, it keeps everything neat and tidy and even has the option of lights which she is very impressed with.

This unit has a built in charging space for up to 4 joycons and it charges them up quickly.

It has storage for 12 switch games. All kept safe & clean under the acrylic hood.

Overall a nice looking Switch dock with extra features for a lot less than an official dock. I would recommend this to others!

The best big toy for my baby switch!!!
Every time I want to play a game with my friends, I find out that the spare joy con is dead. disappointment. so I bought this dock and it solved the problem perfectly. It also stores cards!!!

    It won't switch our TV
My intention for this unit was to replace our current Nintendo docking station, and take that to another house we occasionally visit.

The ability to store the game cards, and charge the extra joycons we have, all within a single unit would have been a real benefit, and save items getting lost/strewn around the house.

Putting this docking station in to place was as easy as unplugging the original docking station from the original chargers and HDMI cable, and inserting them into this new one. Admittedly this one does take up some extra room by not managing the cables as well, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.

Unfortunately, a feature that gets used a lot with us, just isn’t working with this docking station. Usually when we place the Nintendo Switch in to the original docking station, we expect the TV to turn on, and also change HDMI source to the switch. This is not occurring with this docking station. So it looks like we will be taking this one to where we use the switch less frequently.

    not your basic dock.
If you are wanting to add another dock to your house you could do a lot worse than this one, not only does it look nice but it also has built in charging support for up to 4 joycons and store your cartridges.

This dock will work as both a means to connect to your TV and as a stand in desktop mode to allow you to play on the switch without the worry of it falling over on its small kick stand and with full view of the screen, this is controlled by a small button on the side next to the USB ports.

The dock will output display from the switch in full 1080p as this is all that the switch supports so I’m not sure why most of these 3rd party docks all boast about 4k output but I guess it’s a selling point, there seems to be no delay/lag in the output.

There are additional USB ports on the side 1x USB-C and 1x USB-A neither of these can be used for storage as they are power only but I don’t believe the Switch supports any external storage other than Micro SD card, but USB pass-through would have been nice for wired controllers for the people who like to use a controller, pictures on the listing do mention USB flash drives and Ethernet adapters but the instruction book states these only support charging so I guess it’s a try and see problem but I know the retail Switch doesn’t support external USB storage.

There are LED lights in front of the Joycon ports that will be lit whether there is a Joycon in it or not, the only way to turn these off is by using the power button on top.

Overall a nice looking Switch dock with extra features for a lot less than an official dock.

Cable management is a bit of an issue but you gain charging and storage
In terms of functionality – this is a 10 out of 10 product for me. Before using it my games were stored in a portable Switch case – having them easily accessible on the front of the dock is great (it’s a shame there aren’t more spaces – there are slots for 12 cartridges).

I’m not a fan of the Joycons and only tend to use them for Ring Fit Adventure. Being able to keep them charged without having to keep clipping and unclipping them to the Switch itself is very handy. I much prefer to use an external controller which can be plugged into the USB port on the side of the dock.

The outputted picture from the dock is fine – no difference to the standard Nintendo one. This is my first time trying a third party dock and was quite expecting snow on the picture but it’s been rock solid.

On the negative – the main thing you lose (apart from desk space – this has a much bigger footprint) is the cable management. The original Nintendo dock has a really neat way of pushing all cabling through a slot on the back and I really wish this one had a similar design – you basically end up with cables sticking out everywhere. The big ‘power button’ on the front simply illuminates the LEDs so you can see charging levels. And one minor niggle – you really do need fingernails if you want to regularly remove cartridges from the storage slots!

Functionally a great product and well recommended if you need to charge additional Joycons.

Well designed but can be tempermental and you'll need a 15v power supply.
This comes as a bare unit so you’ll need your own power supply/cable and HDMI cable. If you are just replacing the original dock and still have a working power supply you can of course use the original one with this, if you need a new power supply be aware that you need a 15V/3A power supply, a standard USB one won’t work, you’ll need a high 55/65W+ psu they can deliver 15V.

The design of the dock is very good. The slots for carts are good and joy cons fit into the charge slots easily. The Switch docks easily but you need to hold the dock down when removing it so it’s not quite as nice as the Nintendo original in that regard.

The build quality is very good, feels solid and like it will last a while.

Set up is very easy, as easy as the original dock.

It has a little button on the top which turns lights on to show the joy con charge status but they seem to charge if the lights are on or not. Charging works but does seem to be very slow compared to other charging docks I’ve used.

Using this to switch to TV mode is great when it works but I found it a little tempermental. There is a little button on the side to switch TV mode on/off plus powering on the Switch itself to go to the big screen. This mostly works but occasionally even with the correct PSU and everything set up correctly fails to work. It seems worse when using a HDMI splitter as I do to swap between two TVs but even when plugged in directly it still fails to connect sometimes.

This was around 22.50 at the time of review with a voucher which is a good price, would be perfect if it was more reliable.

    Great for SWITCH/OLED
I have the Switch OLED which is slightly bigger than the traditional Switch, this stand works great and charges loads of controllers at once. You even have a section for holding games, super helpful as I don’t like having loads of cases laying around.

Connects to your TV like the one that comes with the console, but with the added benefit of extra charging places for more controllers. With the 2 inside the console you can charge up to 6 joycons (and if you have the handheld controller you can plug those in too).

Price is great, I would happily pay 22.49 for this. Very much recommended.
