My fav gel for any activity in particular running. High five is quite liquidy which is also like having a sip of water. I don’t like the sticky gels especially in the heat, but I guess that’s preference.

Never purchased these before, I cycle around 20 miles/35 KMs and need energy on the go. The taste of these is great unlike some gel sachets and the mix isn’t too sweet. Additionally didn’t need to reach straight for the water bottle after. Quite refreshing on their own. The tear off tab allows for easy opening on the go so no stopping to tear open. Would recommend for anyone needing energy on the move – walkers, runners or riders.

Love these gels thin enough to drink and pleasant taste prefer the red berry ones but others not bad either . Great for a quick fix prior to run and sometimes during as well depending on distance . Have recommended to other running friends .

I use this when going to the gym, on the occasion I feel extra tired during a set or before. Also great for if your feeling slumped after a workout and need something to keep you awake! I like this it’s got no caffeine in as I try to avoid caffeine where possible. The taste is so similar to the juicy pops I used to have as a child.

Had a free orange flavour one (which is nicer) from a half marathon so decided to buy these for my next long run. Taste is ok, quite a thin gel. Not too sweet. Seems to be ok for me

Originally had some free ones of these, and they are a lot cheaper than SIS, and also a lot thinner, so much easier to swallow on a run.
Like the flavours too, mostly.
Was impressed with the caffeine ones too.

The gels are effective with what they claim to do – they gave me energy boosts throughout my basketball workouts and essentially let me power through them without getting overly tired. They are quick and easy to open and digest, not a thick consistency like some other gels, but more thin and fluid-like. Great variety of flavours, all in a compact and portable box!

Easy to rip open, squeeze up action to release all the gel ..

Found this product when I was marathon training in early 2023. D finitely recommend it. Lightweight and easy to carry, can be easily opened on the move, and the product is tasty and easy to consume. Not as thick as some gels and doesn’t leave me desperate for a drink as some others do! Will definitely buy agai

This brand support Brighton Marathon! Can’t remember what flavor I’ve got, but I like it. Here is the mix flavor to try it out.
I have this not really for long time running, I will use it before meal time exercise.

The third time I buy this, meet a really bad delivery…
