The good old UK weather was its usual self throughout the Summer months, and now the Autumn is here, simple (but fun) games such as this “Suction Cup Dart Game” will undoubtedly be required to keep the kids (including the big ones) amused. There really isn’t much to the game at all, you throw plastic darts that have suction cups, at a horizontal smooth surface, and hope the dart lands (and sticks) to an area where you can score points. That may sound a bit trivial, but honestly, it’s a really fun game to play, and even though it has a recommended age group of 8 plus, there’s doesn’t seem to be any particular reason why even younger members of the family couldn’t play (with adult supervision, of course).

Ok so these things are absolutely hilarious, they really are. I have three boys and as soon as we all realised that they stick to almost any flat service with a throwing knife/axe motion making each one of us look like a fully competent house ninja, we were away.

So funny, just watch out if you have kids because we all quickly realised that they stick to fore-heads just as powerfully and… well erm ALL of us ended up with love bite style rubber suction cup marks all over our heads lol.

This is not your average kid’s toy, and in fact, it was probably the most fun I have had playing with the Kids for a long time! They are very versatile, have very good suction power, and are very hard-wearing, so can be used over and over again without the risk of damaging them.

We started on our hard dining room floor and ended up playing with them on the dining room table. The suction works surprisingly well, and the good thing about them is they are quite large, so you can throw them a good distance and still have a good chance of sticking. Very good fun indeed!

This is a lovely game and very challenging . Good suction power, easy to use and clean. If they get dirty, just wash them with cold water and dry them out . The game will continue for hours. Thanks

This set of silicone double ended darts can be played onto almost ant smooth surface.
They come in a nice retail package and would be easy to wrap to make a great gift item.
In my set I have a smaller version jack piece that is meant to be thrown just like in boules.
Then depending on the version of the game you buy two or four people can take turns to throw.
Because of the slightly less than aerodynamic shape of these darts they have to be thrown more like a javelin than a dart if playing to a horizontal surface, like a javelin you need to consider the trajectory and how its going to land, a lob more than a throw if you know what I mean!
If you are throwing them at a vertical surface like a window then you do throw them like darts to make them stick!
Dont let this put you off though because they are great fun to play with, the technique is soon mastered and these are so safe they are very unlikely to hurt anyone in play!
We found they worked best with our amtico LVT flooring and were able to throw them a good distance!
They would work on any laminate, tile or smooth floor just as well as any window (Inside or outside!)
Or if you have a panel van or car you are not precious about you could have a great target to play to!
This game had great playability and should stand the test of time which is good because it isn’t cheap!

    Happy to help!

This is such a simple but fun game that almost any age can play. Some kids and adults can’t play board games cause the games last ages, but this is quite fast passed and is over quickly. The good thing is you can just keep playing it! Produced lots of laughs that’sforsure!

A delightful afternoon spent indoors, dart in hand, aiming for the red target. The silicone texture of the darts feels soft and malleable. Between throws, I found it a bit therapeutic squeezing them. And when dust landed on them? A simple rinse made them good to go. My mates and I competed, each trying to outdo the other, and the laughter echoed. With windows and smooth surfaces, there’s no shortage of places to aim. Fun and refreshing.

What great fun this is – there’s a red target – and ten silicone suction darts to aim for the target.
There’s a knack of throwing the darts so they sucker to the window/smooth surface – but once you master it it’s great fun for kids and adults.
It’s harder than it looks but great fun.
Great family game suitable for all ages.
Even the dogs wanted to get involved lol.
Would have been handy to come with a little pull tie pouch to keep them in, but apart from that it’s brilliant.
    Highly recommend

Such a fun game, fun for all the family….even your old granny can play too!
My husband enjoyed this just as much (maybe more?!) as my 6 year old. Such an easy game to get to grips with, but it’s definitely a lot more challenging than we thought! Easy to grip, bright fun colours and well made too. Comes with a handy storage bag. More suited to smooth, non pourus surfaces, such as a tiled floor, table, window etc as they won’t stick otherwise. Cant imagine this working outside as described, unless you have a glass garden table.
We had a ball! Would recommend.

This is a great outside play set. The kids didn’t know what to do with it at first, but soon got the hang of it. We used it mainly for a game similar to boule, where the smaller ‘jack’ was thrown and then teams took it in turns to get as close to the jack as they could. Lots of fun was had by all.

The darts fly well through the air, and didn’t seem to damage anything the they came into contact with – in fact, they’re so soft that we ended up using the patio doors after the sun had set, and the whole thing was safe, easy fun.

These were smaller than I expected. They stuck really well to glass but they were a bit hit and miss on tiled floor. On a flat long table they work best.

This is by far such a fun for all the family. In this set you get 12 silicone suction cup darts, spilt up in to four sets of three different colours, so you can have four teams playing this game, and of course one large Red silicone dart which you have to get nearest to. These are designed to be used on hard surfaces so that when your competing and throwing the silicone darts they stick to that particular surface. There is certainly a technic to throwing these silicone darts, mostly so if your throwing them on to a table of hard floor, because you have to make sure there are throw in an arc to get them to stick as close as possible to the Red central dart. Of course the nearest darts to the Red one scores more points. If you mount something like a White board to a wall I think its easier for the darts to stick as you are throwing them in more of a straight line. Great competitive fun and rivalry.

I ordered this because it looks so different to any games we’ve had before. There’s not much to the contents of the small box other than 11 double ended suction cups, one smaller than the others to use as the target and then 5 each for 2 players. These feel quite well made and work quite well to throw and stick to surfaces such as glass, marble, quartz etc and if they do have difficulty sticking then you can moisten the ends with a damp cloth before throwing them.

This is a very basic game but has proved to be quite challenging and quite competitive in our house and as a result we’ve spent way too much time playing it, especially at the weekend after a few beers! 🙂

It is a bit on the pricey side for what you get costing 25.99 at the time of review so that’s the only thing that would put me off buying it, however for such a simple game it really is a lot of fun and therefore I highly recommend it.

I got this sticky darts game for my younger brother. He is 9 years old so I thought it would be easy as this Is aimed at 8 years plus.
You just throw the darts wherever you like and they stick to nearly everything. We both enjoyed playing with this and he seems to be getting better each time we play as he’s getting more accurate on his throws.
Something good and keeps him busy other then laptop & tablet.

Hi, I feel pricey for what they are, they’re not easy to throw and stick straight off, it’s takes a bit of practise to get them to stick, yes my kids love throwing them on any shiny surface, even at themselves, so fun items, yes they are, better than throwing real darts, no
