very good produc
I have a hernia and have issue lifting weight but wanted to get back into getting muscle and strength again
these have been fantastic and robust
Don’t put pressure on my hernia
And seen to be making me stronger
I’m seeing some muscle results
Not as much as weight lifting but good strength

All bands are strong and have different levels of resistance. I am an experienced gym goer and would recommend to anyone interested in using bands at home or even in the gym.

Bandy work
Great thick bands that do the trick. Using currently to help with pull ups and various exercises. I have only used the purple one which gives great resistance. Package arrived in good time.
Reasonably priced resistance band sets
Resistance bands are great and very versatile. These ones are very reasonably priced. Would be five stars but the purple band has started to tear after only a couple months of use. Otherwise the other bands are still great.
Yep, just what I needed
I’ve been putting together ad hoc pull up assist bands from other products, but those have had mixed success. I’ve been able to get just what I needed from these bands, and the red band allows me to fine-tune the assist from some of the stronger bands. A bit tricky to get your foot into, but I imagine you can’t really get the force you need if you make them bigger. They’re letting me do more reps as I build strength in a couple of exercises.

I have been using these resistance bands for the last few weeks. I haven’t had any issues with them and they have done the job. I’ve used the red and black one for various exercises such as biceps, triceps, dips etc. At the time of purchase they had one of the best prices(16.99) as well. Please see the photos for details.
