    voil.
    Je recommande

amazingly nice for around 10$, came with a nice reusable plastic box for storage. also came with a micro fiber cloth, i have not tried the cloth yet but its in a really nice vacuum sealed resealable pouch. the overall packaging gives a feeling that they really care about there product. im not an expert on optical glass but its seems really well made, its so clear that i thought there wasn’t a lens in it 😛 10/10

This filter was easy to screw on to my 18-140mm lens (Nikon).
The glass and frame look fine to me, no blemishes, scratches… nothing.
I gave everything a wipe before attaching and the image that looks slightly darker is the one I took with the filter on. The other image was with the filter removed.
    Both were taken handheld.
Not sure if the pics help you or not, but I’ll find out more how it affects my pictures as I take more with different settings.
    .
This is really for protection of my lense glass, which it should do as well as the previous one thankfully did!
Nice little case for it and a lense cloth that I have not opened yet.

Seems like a solid piece of equipment for my camera

I’ve been buying K&F lens covers for a few years now. They do exactly what they say on the tin. As it’s just to protect the lens I really think this is great value for what you pay. Fits on to the lens easily and doesn’t create any blur or distortion. Worth getting. Actually dropped my camera in the past and what saved my lens was this lens protector!

If you are new to photography, or just new to filters, welcome to the world of K&F Concept. Like Apple, K&F know how to package and present their products. Opening a K&F filter is an experience in itself. The 58mm UV Filter Ultra Slim, arrives inside a lovely travel case, which is itself inside a transit box, underneath a tissue top sheet. It’s not all show though, K&F have an excellent reputation for the quality of their glass and coatings. I mean what is the point of selling the wife and children, to afford a quality camera, only to fit it with cheap filters? If you are looking at a UV filter, you are probably looking to use it as a permanent camera lens protector. The Ultra Slim is exactly as described, a good quality ultraviolet filter, with multiple coatings, that you will barely notice on the camera. Highly recommended, as are the K&F tripods.

5.0 out of 5 stars Not cheap, but worth the extra.

5 stelle e ne consiglio l’acquisto senza alcuna riserva.

This was a pretty simple choice to make: I wanted to give my niece as much protection as possible on her camera, so along with a lens hood, I also purchased this filter since I’ve had a lot of luck with them. For a UV filter, you honestly don’t need them on cameras with digital sensors since they are less likely to be affected by UV rays that cast a bluish tint like you might see on film photos. However, it is still effective as another line of defense against accidental damage to your lens.

The best part of the K&F filters to me is that, for lens hoods that screw into filter threads, these filters have threads on the front end of the filter to allow for something else to be screwed in to the lens. In my photos, you’ll see that with the lens hood screwed into the front of the filter, from the front, you can’t even tell a filter is on the lens. I also provided a picture so you can see what a hood looks like screwed into the filter.

All things said, I’m pretty satisfied with this purchase, as I usually am with these filters.

Needed protection for a high schooler’s camera lens

A good quality filter, seems to be well made with indents around the outside of the metal housing, which should provide some grip, if you want to remove it again.

I purchased this primarily to protect my lens. It does the job well. And I have not noticed any change to my video quality.

Well priced and fits the need.

Previously I’ve always had a few old UV filters kicking around from collecting various vintage lens and I had used a few Hoya and Sigma branded filters on a few lenses, they tended to be quite bulky and not the best made items. This filter is a definite upgrade, light weight, very well machined, printed text looks nice, the overall feel is one of a high quality item. It also comes with a branded lens cleaning cloth.

K&F concept is a market leading brand and this UV filter is a testament to their capabilities to provide quality glass that have no detrimental effects to my expensive Nikon 24-70 2.8 Portrait lens.

I have a large collection of Nikon Lenses and I always protect them with UV filter. UV filters have minimum effects on photography so not really needed with modern DSLR or Mirrorless cameras. The only reason I buy one for each of my lens and replace them when they are looking tired or have signs of wear and tear.

I have learnt from my own experience that if you want to prolong the life of your expensive lens or same it from damage then nothing comes cheaper than a UV filter. Your lens has expensive multi coatings and if you are cleaning your lens regularly as finger prints, rain water and sand etc will ruin the coating over the time. I rather replace under 20 UV filter than over 1k lens.

UV filter is also protection from accidentally knocking the front element or in worse scenario if lens slipped out of your hand. I have seen many photographers sharing photos showing how UV filter protected the front elements.

5.0 out of 5 stars Premium Quality UV filter that fits my bill.
