These capsules are little bit large but can be swallowed with half a glass of water.
The benefits to me are to help to manage some of the symptons I have with Progressive M.S. i.e. chronic fatigue. Although fatiigue is part of my condition, I notice it is not quite as severe since taking this supplement.
I also have Vitamins C, D & E each day.
I like this particular Magnesium food supplement because a full daily dose is only 1 capsule per day. Easier to manage than 3 or 4 throughout a day & less chance of forgetting to take the right doseage. Just 1 capsule each morning after breakfast & repeat each 24 hours!
For anyone thinking of buying these capsules, it is worth asking your GP about Magnesium Food Supplements, if only to check any side effects with other meds. you take.
