Great style and quality shin pad se
These shin pads are made from a lightweight hard moulded plastic and have a textured foam backing which allow for airflow in order to prevent them feeling sweaty against your skin. They also come with a sock sleeve to keep them in place.
I got them for my 13 year old nephew, who plays football for a league team (as a goalie!l). He seemed to really like them, which is a great endorsement from a young teenager.
He is quite small & slim for his age so, I picked the medium size based on the measurements in the listing. They appeared to fit him well, with room for growth and he said they felt light/comfortable.
They look well made and are CE Certified, which reassures me that they are of a high quality/standard and fit for purpose.
On the larger side but very good.
These come with a pair of sleeves so you don’t have to rely on your socks to keep the guards secure.
My son is about 155cm tall and these are slightly too big right now but wearable but as he’s in-between sizes they are handy to have and should be good for next year.
The guards are comfortable and fit into the sleeves well and stay put. The inside of the guards have a soft grid for comfort and the outside is hard for protection.
The snake design is nice and attractive to kids.
They are priced about right for a decent set of guards.
