This is my first time using an oil cleanser in many years (almost a decade), and wow have they improved so much. This one has a beautiful thickness to it, but it’s not heavy on the face at all. It feels super soft on my skin, and has a really natural beautiful smell. Almost like a citrusy/lemon-grass smell, but a natural type.
I’m a male, but I wear light makeup to cover my acne scaring and razor bumps. This got rid of the makeup easily. I have combination oily skin, and excessive sebum during the summer. This feels like it cleans it so well, while staying hydrated. Will buy again!
This oil cleanser is the only one that hasn’t broke me out and it’s my holy grail! The texture is quite thick but you should only use around 2 pumps. It removes all of my white heads and cleanses my skin well. It’s very easy to use and it doesn’t leak at all as it has a protective cover for the pump. It’s an amazing product and definitely with the hype!!

The skin on my nose is very prone to blackheads, as i have 4 nose piercings and my hands tend to be touching the area a lot. after trying so many blackhead removal products, i started using this cleansing oil to massage out the gunk from my pores. I follow it up with cerave foaming facial cleanser, and an unscented cerave moisturizer. This combo literally helped my skin so much!
I also have super sensitive skin and this product has given me no issues. It also smells amazing!

perfectly cleanses the skin, does not cause irritation, washes off well, does not cause dryness. I use it to remove makeup and as the first stage of skin cleansing.
I wanted to try something different. I was avid user of Tatcha camomile oil,but I heard good reviews of this oil and decided to give it a chance. I love how it smells it so refreshing and very good make up remover.It does not drying my skin and makes it so soft.Im so glad I got it .

In my opinion, there is a cleansing oil that does a better job, not the worst option, but some others do a better job of removing makeup and cleansing pores. I’m still looking for my ideal cleansing oil and this is definitely not it.
To remove stubborn Maybelline lipstick, you need to rub and give a little time for the product to dissolve the lipstick. and still a little pigment remains
I am a huge fan of oil cleansers for removing make up as a first step (followed by a traditional cleanser). I used the DHC deep cleansing oil for years but this is so much better for many reasons. The smell is awesome, slightly citrusy but very faint, the texture is great, a little goes a long way and it spreads super easy, and the effect - it melts away makeup with almost no effort. I have combo/dry skin and this is perfect for everyday use without being drying. Highly recommend using this in conjunction with another cleanser. Also love the little plastic stopper that came with the bottle because it makes packing this stuff mess free!

This is a very thick cleansing oil and I use this as the first step in my two face wash step. It has no smell and is very smooth. It literally melts makeup off your face. I have done a lot of research into counterfeit Korean beauty products and at the time of my purchase this company is selling genuine product’s. If it changes I will redo a review.

my favourite cleanser of all time! i have used this religiously for years now! a few weeks ago i bought a different one just to see what all the hype was about and it was terrible in comparison. no cleanser has ever taken my makeup off so easily (i use sky high mascara , and you know how much of a pain it is to get off if you’ve ever used it.) i always use the pure cleanser, but this time i decided to try the herbgreen one and i can confirm that they are both amazing! never changing to another cleanser again!!
I made the purchase of this product primarily because I came across it on Instagram. My daughter seems to be convinced that it works wonders for her, but I must admit that I’m a bit skeptical about its effectiveness on my own skin.
The application process involves massaging the oil onto your face. I did notice that after using it, my skin did feel noticeably softer, which is certainly a positive outcome. However, I remain somewhat reserved in my judgment and will need more time to determine whether it can genuinely improve the condition of my face.
The scent of the oil is distinctly lemony, which, oddly enough, reminds me of Skittles or lemon-scented glass cleaners.
In conclusion, my initial impressions of this product are mixed. While the softness it imparts to my skin is a positive sign, its effectiveness in tackling blackheads remains uncertain, especially given its price point. I stumbled upon Manyo Factory’s Pure Cleansing Oil entirely by accident – there was a mini size bottle of it for guests to use at a really nice AirBnb I stayed at a while ago, along with various Korean face masks. I was hesitant to use it at first, as I had never used a cleansing oil before and was afraid it would make my highly sensitive combination skin break out, as roughly 75% or more of products that I’ve tried tend to do. But halfway through our stay, I decided to give it a go. It felt so nice to use that I used it again the next few nights, and noticing no breakouts, I took the plunge and ordered the full size.
I’ve used all kinds of products to clean off makeup, including facial wipes, micellar water, and cleansing milk. But since using this cleansing oil, I don’t feel like I would go back to those other methods.
What I love about Manyo Factory’s cleansing oil is that it takes makeup off so much more thoroughly than any of the other aforementioned methods and still leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated – not stripped and still somewhat unclean, like makeup wipes tend to do (though they are definitely the best “lazy” method). It also has a light citrus scent that’s very pleasant yet not overwhelming. Despite having sensitive eyes that sting with a lot of makeup removers and cleansers, my eyes have never stung when using this cleansing oil to remove eyeshadow, eyeliner, and foundation – but admittedly, I have never tried to use it to remove mascara. My mascara is waterproof, so I still use a waterproof eye makeup remover on a cotton pad if I happen to be wearing mascara. I’m not sure if the cleansing oil would remove it just fine, but I don’t enjoy the idea of having to rub the oil into my lashes and wash them off that way (personal preference).
Also, as mentioned, this oil does not make me break out AT ALL, which is always amazing, given how sensitive my skin is. If anything, it has helped to improve my skin because using the cleansing oil in a double cleanse skinscare routine for makeup removal seems to cleanse my skin more thoroughly while still keeping it sufficiently hydrated. I usually follow the cleansing oil with my regular cleanser, but on days when I am makeup free and don’t double cleanse, I have experimented using Manyo Factory’s Cleansing Oil as my only cleanser, and it also works really nicely that way.
Since Manyo Factory turned me on to cleansing oils, I have tried a few others, including ones from my favorite high-end clean beauty brands. But to be honest, this Manyo Factory one is superior to anything else I have tried, so I’ll be sticking to it.
If using a cleansing oil for the first time, I highly recommend doing some online reasearch on the best methods/instructions. It’s slightly different from using a cleanser and doing research before I started using cleansing oils helped me avoid mistakes.
