Great value
This is great value for 10.90.
The slime is always a little wet and never as good as the bought stuff but still fun to make and you get lots of pieces.
The colour change worked really well as did the glow in the dark. The scents are not very strong but paints are good.

My 5yr old loves this great selection of different slimes with instructions comes in a great box to stash it away after use. Would highly recommend for any slime lovers and no I’m not a slime lover but little one is happy

This slime box went down so well on xmas morning it was the most played with toy .Arrived so quickly would definitely recommend for any slime fans it included everything to make all sorts of different slimes .
Good, But not worth the money.
Me and my daughter decided to buy this as we get pretty bored around the house, When it came the container/box that holds all of the ingredients is lovely, however once the first slime had been made,our hands smelled like some sort of chemical, but easily came off with some water. The instructions came in a nice neat booklet. The instructions tell you to use 30ml of glue for one slime which isn’t that much when the slime is made. The clay/butter slime has a rubbery texture and pulls apart very easily. Everything has a nice label on it to tell you what it is. Nice, but not worth 25 maybe 10 or 15.

My daughter had fun with this set and has managed to make quite a few. Unfortunately a couple of the pots and bottles were broken but customer service on the sellers behalf were 100% amazing and dealt with the issue straight away. So my daughter can now make the scented slime
Kids really loved it so good value.
Kept kids amused for hours ! They really enjoyed it. So a good buy. But don’t let them near your carpet or sofa ! Slime difficult to remove although can be done if quick !
I hate it, kids love it!
I’ll start by saying I loathe slime! The kids have had so much fun with this though. It’s easy to make, and they can make so many different combinations of slime. The colouring is brilliant and so vibrant. The scents weren’t very strong, but you could just about tell it was in there, so kids were happy. I definitely recommend using some bigger bowls to mix it, because it doesn’t mix well in the pots provided (although I think they were intended more as storage). It’s been a week, and the whole thing has been used up, but the slime has stayed perfect for playing with. I do recommend this kit.
I love this kit because it gives you everything you need to make high quality slimes! And yes, you get a LOT of slime to make, i made 7 slimes and i can still make more! I saw some reviews that it doesn’t make slime so i got worried, when it came i was ready to make my slime, it takes a bit to make slime and then it comes of the edge of the bowl then BOOM!! Your slime it ready! Add all you want to your slime, i made a snow fizz slime, butter slime bowlfish slime and much more!! I really really recommend this and I hope you buy it if your looking for a good slime kit!
A fun activity
I bought this as a fun rainy day activity with my 4 year old. He loved it! There are lots of choices and combinations to choose from which he really enjoyed. It all comes in a box so it is easy to keep together and tidy away. Older children would be able to do this with minimal support. My son picked what he wanted and I did the mixing part for him.

My kids and I love making basic slime together…I ordered this yesterday so we could get a bit more adventurous and I couldn’t be more impressed!!! We’ve bought the slime activator on its own before but this kit is just amazing. So far we’ve only made chocolate slime but it’s so nice to have all the little pots and spoons so the children (5 and 3) can mix their own creations. We love the scents and all the other add-ins that are included too. The instructions for the slime recipes are really easy to understand and follow, and we can’t wait to make them all!

Wow this slime kit is amazing, there are so many slime possibilities inside one compact box its so full and contains everything needed for hours of fun.
I had a slight problem which was sorted out right away by the happiness team at tried and true which were amazing thank you.
My daughter loves these slime kits and sits for a good few hours at a time, making different colour slimes with different scents and textures shes even got her 19 year old brother involved they make so many slime and asmr tiktoks.
Seriously this is a very good kit you only need to add a small amount of activator so that does last a good while its so much better than another well known brand where you need to add around 50mls of activator with this its a few drops its very good and my child has never had a slime fail.
With the snow be sure to make it with water before adding it to the slime as it makes so much. The added bonus with these sets is the storage box, we put the slime in the tubs and then the box and it stays fresh for so long if on the odd occassion the slime does go a bit hard we add a bit of body lotion.
Don’t look round trying to find a better slime kit, trust me you won’t. For money value and play value this kit is spot on.
A lovely gift, but there are a couple negatives.
The colours and scents were all lovely, and the instructions were incredibly easy to follow. The storage box was convinient and there’s tons of fun to keep the kids busy. The slimes itself were rather straightforward and enjoyable too. The quantity of glues and activator were sufficient for many different slimes.
However, I was unable to open the glitter tubes and ended up having to break them and store the glitter elsewhere. The packets of thermal and glow in the dark powder were flimsy and spilled. The bigger containers were also quite flimsy as the lids did not close.

The slime kit was great but the only bad thing about it was that every time you leave your slime overnight or even a few hours then decide to play with it again its a bit watery and a bit sticky so you have to add a bit of activator everytime.
Great for kids who love slime
I bought this a while back for a Xmas present as my little sister was mesmerised by the different creations she could make. After buying this for her she didn’t even play with her other far more expensive gifts that she has received and instead spent a lot of time using this slime kit. It was really nice knowing that the gift I bought was used to the extent it was and if I’m honest it was the best gift I could think of. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying this for their kids that like making things and tinkering with slime.
This slime box really does work!!!
I bought this kit for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas- and it’s been brilliant! Each of the different slime ‘recipes’ that she has tried have worked, and that is most of the ones in the book. You need to be patient and keep adding the activator, but they have all been really good, and the consistency of the slime is just what she wanted- she is really happy with it. The slimes have kept their consistency, and so can be played with for longer than just the day they are made.
We really recommend this kit- I was a little hesitant, but it has lived up to expectations. Happy sliming!
It’s a pink box, not red. Just saying.
Only slight issue was that it’s a bright pink box. I only noticed the red sticker on the front and assumes it was a red box and bad photo. So when it arrived, I thought they had sent the wrong box. But no. It’s pink. Big red label, but definitely pink box. Minor issue. More my fault than anything. Just warning you though. Slightly unclear on image. Luckily my son doesn’t care that much and Doesn’t mind a bit of pink in his life.
Great kit but needs more glue
Very good kit with a mixture of cool things for the kids to add to their slimes but I found we ran out of glue very quickly compared to the activator… had to buy extra glue so could do with maybe another bottle of each glue in the box so there is more to make…other than that kids loved it!
This was bought by my son with his birthday money after much deliberation over what would part him from his cash. “Just great!” is the opinion of my YouTube obsessed seven year old, who was absolutely delighted when he realised that he could make ‘ ectoplasm’ for Ghostbusters games.
As a parent I’ll admit that I wasn’t thrilled at the thought of having slime in the house. On the plus side, the process of reading the instructions, carefully measuring out the ingredients and evaluating the results before deciding on any modifications for the next batch has proved surprisingly educational. The box contains everything needed to make a variety of slimes covered in the instructions. It might be wise to ensure that you have shaving foam in the house as it is mentioned as a possible addition, but not included.
There is more than enough activator included for the glue in the box. I now need to order more glue as my young man has now decided that tubs of slime would be good gifts for friends he hasn’t seen for a while during lockdown. Making slime is so much better for him than his other favourite activity of watching computer games played on YouTube.
I’m a total convert to the benefits of slime!

I got this for my daughter who loves making slime. I saw this set and thought why not give it a try and I’m glad I did, she is over the moon with it as am I! She’s only had it 2 days and already made 10 different slimes and still has plenty left over for more. She kept the size of the slime portion to a reasonable size which is why she has been able to make so many. I would recommend having some shaving foam to hand too as it mentions using this as an extra if you want super stretchy slime. Luckily we had some already at home and it’s definitely worth it as the slime was awesome! A great purchase!
Great gift idea for slime lovers
Brought ghis product for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. There are So many varieties she can make and with the different colours and scents she is kept busy for hours. I wish you sold items desperately like the clear glue as it runs out so quickly based on most instructions suggesting you use a large amount of it. Also the description lends itself to believing you can make 50 different slime. This is a stretch i think maybe about 20 at a push. Overall satisfied with this product and would happily buy from the sellers again. A great gift for slime lovers!
BRILLIANT, MAKES EVERY KIND OF SLIME PERFECTLY
I ADORE THIS PRODUCT! My 8 year old daughter begged me for this and I was sceptical at first as I usually hate slime kits but this one is amazing! I ordered it with the free delivery option and I came the next day! Recieved a lovely courtesy email from the seller to let me know I can contact them if I have any queries. The product itself is brilliant, the instructions are so easy to follow and easy for children to make on their own. The kit has everything you could need to make every kind of slime! 100% recommend if you have a child who loves slime!
Good kit to keep young ones occupied. The instructions are a little misleading as you need more than “a drop of activator”. The clay is brilliant and makes the slime much better. We did add too much activator to one of the slimes and the booklet says you can’t fix “dead” slime but we figured out if you keep dipping the slime into water and adding glue and mixing it starts to return to a proper slime state. That or add some of the clay to get a better consistency.
The scents dont have much scent pay off and everything smells like glue. The larger storage pots are quite flimsy so we’ve resorted to using tupperware.
Great value for money and fu
Bought this for my son (he wasn’t fussed about the box colour) it has everything you need to create slime in all sorts of colours. He spilled some on the carpet and I am happy to say that with a cloth and warm water it came out . Great value for kids who enjoy making homemade slime.
