We pay attention to details
In addition to the high quality of materials, we endow our products with better scientific support and a more skin-friendly experience.
What can we bring?
Our insoles have a rigorous systematic classification, which perfectly combines high-quality materials and technology to create a new foot health circulatory system with the concept of co-creation.
How do we view the sources of stress in our lives?
With an optimistic attitude towards life, we let go of the heavy work pressure and call for self-realization in the new era.
We pursue the innovation of insoles, re-establish a more ideal plantar pressure distribution, relieve pain, correct ankle deformities, and give us a better attitude towards life.
I have very flat feet, hypermobile joints in my ankles, and my feet also roll inwards when I walk. This leaves me in a lot of pain and my feet and ankles feel incredibly stiff after walking, especially long distances. Simply having to be stood on my feet for an extended period of time has the same results. It also leaves me with pain and stiffness in my knees and my hips too which are also hypermobile.
These arch support insoles have really changed all that, they’re fantastic. Now I can go for a walk and I’m not left in agony and barely able to move for a few hours afterwards.
I have small size 3 feet, sometimes I have to wear a size 4 because my feet are also very wide so I ordered a 3.5-4 size in these insoles. They fit my shoes really well without having to be cut to size which is great. They’re good quality, flexible but supportive and don’t slip about inside my shoes.
I’ve worn these insoles in my size 4 boots over the top of the insoles that came with boots as they were not removable but I’m mainly wearing them in my size 3 skechers trainers. I removed the original insoles from these shoes as recommended.
In both pairs, from the first time I wore them, the addition of these arch support insoles has made a massive difference and hugely reduced the pain and stiffness that I usually get in both my feet and the other joints of my leg as a secondary effect so i am thrilled with them.
I will say however, that they do take some getting used to. Not necessarily because they’re uncomfortable because they’re not. I think it’s mainly because I’ve walked on flat feet and rolled my feet inwards for so long that having these insoles change that feels somewhat strange at first. After a couple of weeks of wearing them though I barely notice them anymore.
Although these insoles are really easy to swap and change into different shoes I’m getting myself another pair so that I don’t have to keep doing that. I walk everywhere I go and these insoles have made such a big difference in reducing my pain that I can’t imagine not using them anymore.
Be patient with them. Perseverance is key.
I suffer from pronation in my left foot and this was the reason for buying this item.
When first trying these in my Sketchers trainers, they were really uncomfortable and seemed to dig in the bottom of my foot, but only on my left foot, the weak one. I thought I would persevere with them and after wearing them just over a week, they have been great. I have a lot less ankle and knee pain in my left leg. You have to wear both, otherwise, you can end up with back/hip pain, so I read in an article online.
My right leg (the good one) no pain was experienced in the bottom of my foot whatsoever, and it felt as though they were nonexistent in my right trainer shoe.
I would highly recommend these, they have made a lot of difference pain-wise wearing them around 10-12 hours a day. A lot of the time in my job, I am on my feet and they have been a godsend. Even when I wasn’t wearing them, the pain I had been experiencing, was a lot less.
Not sure how long they are going to last for, because obviously they are going to wear. I am going to buy additional pairs for other shoes/trainers.
I’m trying to start running, and after going to some shops and trying on, I decided to get the hoka speedgoat 5 wide shoes. Felt great in the store but after first run I had some severe pain in my outer edge of foot. After some googling, I learnt this can be due to pronation. Heard insoles and orthotics can help, and these came up here on Amazon at a higher price area, so I hoped they would be of good quality.
First impressions seem good. They don’t take up much volume, fitted in my shoe just fine, but are far stiffer than I expected, which I suppose is the requirement for good arch support. Although I’d say the arch support is borderline too high and I feel at risk of bruising my arches. Time/first run will tell, but all things seem good so fa
INNER SOLES FOR MY FALLEN ARCHES......... REDUCED THE PAIN GREATLY
I WAS TOLD BY A CHIROPODIST THAT MY ARCHES HAD FALLEN AND NOW I WAS ”FLAT FOOTED”. THIS IRRITATED ME, I JOKINGLY TOLD HER WHERE SHE COUKD GO! BUT SHE WAS RIGHT, MY FEET WERE KILLING ME. THIS PAIR OF SOLES SUPPORTED MY ARCHES. THE FOOT PAIN IS GREATLY REDUCED. THEY FITTED IN MY SIZE 10 SHOES WITH NO CUTTING NECESSARY. VERY PLEASED. NEXT DAY SERVICE WITH PRIME, GREAT. I MAY GET ANOTHER PAIR.
Insoles to relieve foot pai
Insoles fit into my shoes well, and appear to be working towards relieving the heel pain ,however they do raise the foot somewhat and that makes the shoes tighter and a little less comfortable but not unwearable.
Initially thought that this was a very good product. It really supports the arch of the foot, making walking much easier and painless.
However after walking a fair distance I found that the thickness of support at the heel caused the back of my heel to rub the back of my shoe. This caused a blister. So I had to apply heel plasters.
Therefore suggest use with care and don’t walk too much.
Size.
Although I bought the correct size for my hiking shoes/boots I still had to cut the down. I would suggest that people making future purchases buy a set of insoles that are a size smaller than required.
Comfo
I have a broken bone in my ankle and my physiotherapist advised me to get these insoles. They have made a significant difference in the comfort I feel when I am working long hours on my feet. Thank you
I work a job that’s very demanding on my feet and I’m standing and walking for most of an eight hour shift. This was starting to become very painful for my feet until a kind stranger noticed my predicament and pointed me in the direction of these shaped soles.
They take a little getting used to as initially your feet resent being forced to move in a different way. Now that I’ve adjusted though, the benefits are really obvious when I go back to trainers that don’t have these soles fitted – my feet quickly get uncomfortable after even a very short amount of time while I can manage my entire shift in my work shoes.
They will not completely eliminate discomfort or pain. My feet are simply put through the wringer on an average work day. They have, however, dramatically reduced the pressure my feet are under, so I can get on with work. If you have the flat foot problems described here, give these a shot.
True to size
Theses work well in trainers. You have to have deep sided shoes as these lift your foot in shoe and therefore if a ballet pump type shoes you just walk out of shoe. I’ve got them in boots and trainers and they’re fine.
I had hoped that they would better than the freebie ones my doctor gave me to tied me over until they could make some custom fit ones for me but quite frankly at this point I wonder if I even need the custom ones cos these have improved my quality of life 100 fold. Initially they were slightly uncomfortable which I point down to as not being used to having any arch support and after about a day or so the minor discomfort was replaced with what I can only describe as a sense of elation with my pain level in my feet being at around a 1 or a 2 against the 10-11 that is was before. About a week on now and I have bought another pair but with the extra heel support to see how they fair.
These deserve all 5 stars and I can not recommend them enough.
I purchased these because I was suffering with severe pain in the arch of my instep and thought I just needed more support as I have quite high insteps.
The inserts fit perfectly in my safety work boots and don’t move around or ruck up under my feet. I found them a tad uncomfortable at first and they do obviously raise the height of your feet in your shoe/boot slightly so be prepared for that.
After using them for a couple of weeks I hardly notice they’re there now and I feel that the support they provide is beneficial, as I spend 8 hours a day on my feet and probably walk a few miles in the process.
I have since discovered that I have lumps in my arches which sounds like Planta Fibroids, I am awaiting to see a doctor to confirm my diagnosis.
I am unsure if these inserts are recommended for this condition until I have been officially diagnosed.
Would I recommend these inserts. Most definitely, whenever I wear any of my other shoes or boots minus the inserts the pain in my arches increases.
They do take a bit of getting used to but I personally feel like I have definitely benefitted from using them and once I have spoken with my doctor will most probably purchase a further pair for use in my other footwear.
I liked the red insole so much I bought the blue. It was much cheaper at the time so I was v pleased and it arrived with sticky fixers which the red didn’t come with. As the insole fits UK 6 trainers perfectly the sticky fixers are unecessary though.
The foam insole however is slightly very fractionally thinner under the front of the foot, otherwise it looks the same. This will actually suit the trainers they’re
for better as they’re slightly tighter.
Great supporting product as the arch is 3cm. Now anything without these feels really strange as totally flat by comparison but my feet and ankles feel better with the support.
I would recommend these to anyone who suffers from pronation. I’ve had them for approx three weeks and they’ve changed the quality of my life. My right foot especially rolls inwards and I had a lot of pain in my right hip. I wasn’t sure if they were connected, but last month it dawned on me that they might be so I decided to get these arch support insoles. Could have been any, to be honest, but these were the ones I ended up buying. Within a few days, my hip was starting to feel better and dog walks were easier. I don’t know why I didn’t take care of myself better and find some decent, comfortable arch supports before. It sounds ridiculous, but my quality of life is better. I’m not in searing pain at night because of my hip – I can sleep on either side now! Woohoo! The quality of these particular insoles is very good. Fit the shoes well. Are comfortable. They don’t slide around like those silly little orthotic arch supports. Took a couple of days to get used to them, but now it feels comfortable and normal. It feels weird and unsupported without them! I’m going to buy more of them so I don’t have to keep swapping them between my pairs of shoes/slippers.
