Lo que ms me ha gustado es que incluyen ejercicios, las gomas son cortas, para trabajar piernas y brazos principalmente.
Hay gomas de 5 resistencias diferentes para poder trabajar cada ejercicio con diferente intensidad y poder ir progresando.
La mejor forma de agradecer el esfuerzo por ayudarte a decidir es dndole a til en esta resea, gracias!!

This set of bands comes in a range of different resistances, and each is clearly labelled so you can see what you are dealing with. They feel fairly sturdy and can be used for a range of different exercises which call for mini resistance bands. They arrived in a cellophane packet and seem to do the job fine It’s too early to say yet how durable they are but so far, so good!
Bande elastiche molto valide
Ho preso le bande elastiche per l’allenamento in palestra, dato che le usiamo spesso e volevo avere le mie.
Sono 5 bande elastiche in lattice di diversi colori e con cinque livelli di resistenza che vanno dal verde pi leggero, al nero pi pesante.
Ho utilizzato per il mio allenamento specialmente la banda gialla e rossa e mi sono trovata benissimo, ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo, le consiglio!

Un lot idal pour la gym,lot de 5 Bandes Elastique Fitness, 5 Niveaux de Rsistance pour la Gym Pilates Yoga avec Manuel D’instructions… petit prix vraiment parfait ils sont excellente qualit-prix…simple d’utilisation…tout niveau d’tirements….
They do the job
The bands came well packaged. The band resistance strength is printed on each band which is very helpful as are the various colours. They are slightly more sticky compared to other bands, but this does not take away from their performance and they are comparable. I mainly use bands for glute and leg work rather than upper body strength work. They work well for clam shells, glute med side walks and hip flexor raises.
Overall they appear good quality, do the job and I would purchase again.

COME SI PRESENTA IL PRODOTTO
Queste bande elastiche circolari, secondo quanto ho letto sulla pagina web del produttore, sono in lattice; sulla confezione, per, non c’ scritto niente. Hanno dimensioni contenute, di circa 60 centimetri di circonferenza. Possiamo disporre di cinque diversi livelli di resistenza, contraddistinti da un colore specifico e da un numero di cerchietti pieni che va da uno a cinque (ho espresso la forza minima e massima da imprimere in chilogrammi, ma sulle fasce le troverete in libbre):
Verde light 1 cerchietto 2,3 – 4,5 kg
Blu medium 2 cerchietti 4,5 – 6,8 kg
Giallo heavy 3 cerchietti 6,8 — 9,1 kg
Rosso X-heavy 4 cerchietti 9,1 — 13,6 kg
Nero XX-heavy 5 cerchietti 13,6 — 18,1 kg
Dalle prove che ho fatto vedo che si stendono molto, quasi del triplo, e ritornano alla loro lunghezza originaria senza deformarsi.

COSA MI PIACIUTO
Sono molto piccoli e non ingombrano, per cui possono essere portati agevolmente con noi dovunque, anche in viaggio.
I colori consentono, a colpo d’occhio, di scegliere la banda elastica pi adatta per noi a seconda del workout che si sta facendo in un determinato momento.
Non hanno un odore forte, si sente appena.
Nella confezione ci sono delle istruzioni specifiche per l’uso, nonch delle raccomandazioni di sicurezza (solo in inglese, per).
Hanno un ottimo rapporto qualit-prezzo.
COSA NON MI PIACIUTO
Il fatto che probabilmente siano in lattice pu essere un problema per tutti coloro che soffrono di allergia specifica.
Non hanno certificazioni di qualit.
CONCLUSIONI
Premetto che il poco tempo a disposizione non mi consente, al momento, di valutare segni di degrado o di affaticamento del materiale. Comunque sia, la leggerezza e le dimensioni del materiale, unite al prezzo contenuto, mi fanno propendere per una valutazione di quattro stelle. Se fosse necessario, aggiorner la recensione con nuove osservazioni o commenti.

Die Bnder entsprechen sowohl der Beschreibung als auch den Bildern. Sie riechen nicht unangenehm. Mit ihnen kann man gut trainieren. Sie sind sehr leicht und wirken dennoch stabil. Im Lieferumfang gibt es eine kurze Beschreibung in englisch. Die Lieferung war wie immer schnell.
