Here are FAQs

Q1: How to change the modes?

Long press 2 seconds to change the mode, green is audio mode, red is USB connection mode, blue is Bluetooth mode.

Q2: Why do some computers show different decoding rates?

Because the speaker directly decodes the signal through the built-in chip, the corresponding parameters will not be displayed on the computer.

The parameters that can be found in the computer are the performance of the sound card that comes with the computer.

Specifications:

Rated output power: 60W

SPL: >80Db

Frequency: 40 Hz-20 KHz

THD+N: ≤1% at maximum volume output

Surprisingly good for the price and size.
    + Loud enough
    + High build quality
+ Good low frequency (bass) for the size
    + Small size
+ Easy to use (colored light indicator for connection type)
    – Lack of high frequency
    – Micro usb, not type c
    – More quiet when connected via usb (aux and Bluetooth no ussues)

5.0 out of 5 stars Good for size and price.

Sound is great, only issue is bluetooth and its delay. Not a massive issue if it’s just for music but not ideal for a computer. Connecting it to an aux cable reduces it though.

Only thing i wish they added was the ability to wall-mount them somehow, there’s nothing on the back to attach it to. If anyone has an idea please leave a review with the suggestion.

If anyones using a mac mini/studio without speakers i suggest the soundsource app.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSo I’ve taken a chance on these. And for 69.99 there actually pretty good. I like the fact you can adjust the treble and bass etc on the side of the speaker. I’m only giving 4 stars as it doesn’t come with a remote control, reading another review, he said he has issues with the remote. However I didn’t get a remote. And on the package listing it doesn’t say it does a remote. So not sure. I have these connected too my smartphone for music. And also to my TV as for surround sound. Overall happy. Would prefer for them to have a remote.

I used to use a sound bar and sub woofer with my pc but since i moved it back to the livingroom i was in need of an upgrade from the cheap 20 pound speakers i had bought and been using for too long. It was hard to go from a sound bar to cheap 20 pound speaker so i went looking for something else. When i saw these i was instantly attracted to the look of them and after reading the product description and some reviews i went ahead with the purchase. I’m so glad i did not only do they look 10x better than the soundbar i had sitting there they’re just as loud if i want to put some music on and the sound is amazing and unlike the soundbar i can control how it sounds. The bass is great aswell. If you’re looking to upgrade from some cheap speakers to something a little better with more control i highly recommend these, easy to set up and easy to use and worth the price. And you can’t help but love when something essp speakers have bluetooth built in.

Easy to set up. Sound quality is great but not insane, which is understandable considering the price, however, I’m not one for knowing what I’m talking about when it comes to sound quality. All I can say is they sound clear and can get quite loud, although if you go past a certain level of volume, they can get a little muddied. Other than that, I’m quite happy with my purchase.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe speakers are themselves fairly decent. The aux that came with it didn’t work but fortunately I had another available. The one thing I would like would be a smooth response on the volume rather than it clicking down or up a notch. Where I’d ideally like it is unluckily for me in-between two volume clicks. Other than those though, it does the job it needs to.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is my initial review. I went for the Sanyun SW206 80W Dual-Mode Bookshelf Speakers. These boast 2 functions, HiFi and Monitor Mode (for music production). I haven’t tested them as monitors yet (I will in future, and for the price of 110 on offer I couldn’t pass up the extra functionality). I am reviewing these as I haven’t seen a single review anywhere on the internet.

Set up was straightforward. I rigged them up by Aux and Optical to my PC. Both functioned as they should, with no background noise. I have defaulted to Optical so I can keep the aux cable free for headphone use.
The handy remote handles input changes, volume, track skipping and play/pause and controls Bluetooth and pairing. Great!

In HiFi mode they have me pleasantly surprised. Listening to music, the speakers have a nice range, with plenty of bass.
Note that a little EQ fiddling is definitely required. I noticed immidiately that the left speaker was slightly imbalanced/ louder. I therefore pushed the main volume to the right ever so slightly using my msi motherboard sound settings which fixed the issue. The vocals needed rolled off in the mix, as they were a little sharp/ overpowering and the treble pushed to make hihat, snares, cymbals etc. clearer. So I pushed the bass, lowered the mids and pushed the higher frequencies (you can just about see the EQ I settled on in the pic). Of course, EQ is all personal taste when listening to music.
Once the EQ was sorted for Music I tried out some gaming. They sounded great, but I needed to mess with the bass and treble on the actual unit to get the most out of the experience – no biggie as they’re in arms reach.

So in summary, they’re not as good as some of the more expensive gear out there. Audiophiles beware! BUT with some EQ fiddling, troubleshooting balance and messing with the on board controls depending on use, they are more than good enough for PC speakers. I would recommend them!

4.0 out of 5 stars For the price I'm impressed!
