My dog is 13 and very fussy. I have bought loads of beds which he refuses to use. He loves this bed and uses it all the time. Very thick and comfy for him.

Bought 2 x XL for a BMD and a Boxer. They love them, but they do take up a lot of room (then so do my dogs ). Easy to throw one on the other though when not in use as they don’t have a raised edge. Bought spare covers – easy to swap over and wash them regularly. Very pleased and would recommend.
Quality dog bed
Arrived partially vac-packed and seems to have inflated and is instantly usable. Looks and feels very nice. If the stuffing holds out and stays bouncy and deep then it’s worth every penny to bring some reliefs to his joints – he’s 15 and has jumped straight on it and is looking comfy anyway, which is all that’s really important.
The Daddy of Dog Beds
Well I wish I had found this earlier it is like a mini mattress the dog has literally falling off it once in a deep sleep. Really is top notch and value for money.
Fantastic dog bed
Bought this for my 6 year old cocker. It I’d huge. I got the extra large but could have easily even gone for the medium. It is so plush and the kids love to lounge on it with her. Would highly recommend for Amy pooch.
Squishy comfort for Beaker - our rescue bull mastiff
Arrived a day early which was a nice surprise. Beaker hasn’t left it since she got this. It is bigger than we expected, which is good because she’s a bull mastiff and she’s going to grow more. It’s really squishy which is lovely for her. All in all, really pleased so far … so fingers crossed!
Honestly I don’t write reviews often (I know I should!) but couldn’t not write a review! My 59kg Newfoundland loves nothing more than to sleep on the bottom step on a bed and he’s almost 10 so needed a thick comfy bed! I am so chuffed with this purchase! Honestly it’s really thick and he absolutely loves it! Finding a bed for a Newfie isn’t easy so had to leave a review! Would buy again without hesitation!
Well made
Best dog bed I have brought. This bed is extremely well padded and made. I have a lab who loves it and fits on it perfectly. I would like to see a waterproof version of this.
Compared to some of the well known brands I have brought from pets at home this one is the winner.
Quality
This is a very high quality product – I seldom do reviews. Our dog loves it and so far has made no attempts to destroy it. If she did I think it would survive as it is robust whilst being comfortable. My only criticism is that it is quite heavy. I have made no comment on easy to clean as so far not needed to clean it. I bought a second cover just in case.
Amazing bed - XL
Absolutely delighted with this bed for the price, equally as good as some high end brand beds for a fraction of the price. Very comfortable and the dog loves it, I’d sleep on it myself it’s that comfy. We bought a spare cover too so we have navy and green to switch. Not washed it yet so will update once washed.

Received my German shepherd’s dog bed today , only ordered XL because XXL was out of stock ,was I bit worried incase it came up a bit small, But was really pleased perfect size for my dog and filling is really puffy and colour is great , would definitely recommend this , My dog loves it which is also a plus

I bought the Xl as you can see we have a really big dog and 2 small ones. But they all fit on with no fuss. Only the big dog tends to always lay awkward lol. What amazed me aswell is you can also buy extra covers. It’s a no trainer for pet lovers
#1 Dog bed!!!
With a new rescue dog coming into the home I wanted to treat her to a comfy bed to sleep on. I did a LOT of research and then stumbled across this Slumberland Paws bed (which just happened to match our interior fabrics and colour scheme of our lounge rather well). I thought it was a bit pricey for a dog’s bed but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It feels so sumptuous and cosy and, best of all, our rescue girl loves it!!! I would highly recommend this dog bed to all dog owners. Buy bigger than you think you need and let your dog have that wonderful “real bed” feeling of comfort for many blissful sleeps!
Lovely bed but ripped at seam
Very warm and comfy bed but the seam ripped within a few weeks and I wasn’t able to get a refund or replacement so bear in mind that the seams can be a bit more vulnerable
Amazing bed for the price!
This is my second purchase of this bedone in the bedroom for night and purchased this in olive for the living room. The original one purchased (navy) has been washed repeatedly (and tumble dried) and washes brilliantly! looks as good as the day purchased so didn’t hesitate to buy again.
So good that I bought two - but not easy to clea
I bought one of these for my Rhodesian Ridgeback. The bed is large and comfortable for him to sleep on. I decided to buy another one. This item is described as washable – however, it’s only the cover that is washable. My dog ended up urinating on the 2nd bed which penetrated into the mattress. I could find no way to clean this or get rid of the smell (it started smelling like a dead animal) – so eventually had to throw it away.
Really comfortable
My dogs love this – two 16 week beagle puppies and an11 year old beagle. So good we bought a second one. Water repellent. Looks great. Dogs don’t chew it either.
Thick, dense, no way even the sharpest of greyhound elbows can hit the ground.
I bought a L and an XL for my Labrador and greyhounds – we also have a cloud and a couple of other circular beds. They all adore these beds above all others. They are thick and dense like a mattress. Other dog beds have flimsy padding on the base which fragments and becomes thin with use: not these – the dogs love them and always pick one of these before a different bed. And even with the dogs lying on them they don’t flatten – my biggest greyhound rides high like the Princess and the Pea. The outer top and sides are incredibly soft velour – feels like velvet and is comforting to our more nervous hound. The base is a dotted non-slip fabric, like slipper-sock soles.
My Labrador, who is old and frail, finds them supportive of her stiff joints and sleeps soundly on them without the ground contact that comes with other beds once used. I heartily recommend these beds because my dogs do, showing an obvious preference over any of the others they have.
NB – if I could get an extra cover for the XL I would since it has developed a tear, likely down to greyhound claws, not the fabric quality which is good.
Most orthopaedic dog beds don’t offer support for anything more than a medium sized dog of 40kg or so, so there is not much padding effect between dog and floor for larger breeds – mine’s 64kg and still has a bit more growing to go…
Initial impressions are promising – he is suspended on the cushion rather than sinking to the floor
Time will tell if the padding’s resistance lasts – for now all seems good
Update: 2 months in and plumpness still handling 64+ kg of nesting mammoth
Dog loves i
I originally bought the L version of this dog bed as my giant poodle had broken his leg and was recovering from surgery. The L version was a bit small for him when he was wearing the cone of shame so I thought of returning it but the quality was superb and it would be useful in normal times. Given the quality, I bought an XL version. Ted really loves it to the point where he hasn’t even attempted to eat it. So a 5 star review from ted. The XL is as you would expect very large but fantastic for a dog recovering from surgery.
Thick, soft but watch the zips
Great bed but my 16 week old puppy managed to destroy the plastic zip in literally 3 mins. Would be better if ALL dog beds hide the zip on the underside of the beds. Little so and so’s couldn’t get to it got damage it then. He continued to pull apart the seam stitching. I have (hopefully) resolved the issue by putting the bed in a single duvet cover. So far so good. All the seams and zip are now hidden away from inquisitive puppy teeth. I am buying the same bed for my other dogs to sleep on. So must be good
I have been disappointed with the thickness of dog beds that you order online not being as thick as the pictures show but this one was as thick as it shows. Our Dog who never used to sleep on her own now sleeps like a log in her own comfy dog bed. We both now sleep better without the figity, farty, staffy taking up all the bed. She stays put all night and snores her head of. As the pictures show she sleeps like people now. I put a spare duvet ontop to make it extra snuggly. She is one very happy staffy. I got XL because shes fat but as you can see it’s plenty big enough for her.
