Soft and long lasting
This is a good buy.
No more battling eith expensive cheap supermarket own brand loo roll.
Every roll functions as it should. You won’t find that when you start a new roll that the glue pulls off mulitpe sheets or that the layers split every time you try to unwrap the roll.
I also love that l didn’t have to drag it through the supermarket to the car park and battle to force it into the boot of my car.
Love this loo roll!!
This lovely 3 ply, lightly scented toilet roll is 10/10 for comfort and effectiveness.
It’s so good for an eco friendly toilet roll and my favourite toilet roll to buy.
I like the ‘bulk buy ‘ sizes, though I do try to buy it when it’s reduced in price and I can get it for the equivalent of 25p-ish per roll.
Toilet rolls large pack
I bought the toliet rolls to for my family I would say it is good quality and long lasting. Soft toilet tissue rolls with 3ply is better and more effective.
neatly packed in packs of nine rolls
can’t really notice the aroma of Lavender, absorbency seems good and the pack size is good too {6 x 9 rolls} Storage maybe an issue due to pack size – although once outer packaging is removed the 6 packs can be stored in a cupboard in the home.
Great value
Bought on offer but wasn’t disappointed . No better or worse than average supermarket brands but the 72 roll offer is great as you won’t have to buy for a while and the price really attracted me . Loo roll in supermarkets seems to increase in price rapidly . Buy these whilst they are good value.
Great value!
I’d get half of the amount for the same price at supermarkets, so thought I’d give this a try, great quality and price so this is my ne go to!
Good value!
Bought purely on a friend’s recommendation and we’re well pleased. Never bought so many at once before but we have the space. Nice smell to them, otherwise a standard toilet roll.
So I bought the 72 pack on a sale(around 23) so value for money in that sense. Only complaint is that for the 72 pack, they bundle packs of 12 together instead of just the one whole pack.
Great value for money, the only thing is the scent is a bit strong at the beginning. But it does get less strong as time goes on and leaves a nice faint fragrance in the bathroom.
3ply.
Overall pleased with purchase felt thinner and lighter to what I have been using. The trend for shrinkage from the edges and the inner cardboard expanding means will soon be able to put 2 toilet rolls on 1 holder his and hers.
Amazing scent, smaller than others
The previous reviews are right about the whole is big in the middle, it seems less, but for me it lasts just as long as andrex for example. I like the bulk buy option, my storage room smells incredible. I’m satisfied with the value for the price.
I saved about 4 buying this many rolls at this offer price from Amazon. In fairness to be counted in there was also the value of delivery to my doorstep by the smiling Bernadine, bless her. Otherwise, arguably, there would need to be lots of other costs included in if I went to the cheapest supermarket- my petrol, my time etc. Aldi was the cheapest by the way.
I love Aldi- they are a breath of fresh air (and not just with toilet rolls). But…
These rolls are softer than Aldi’s equivalent. They are also scented. They have slightly rougher edges and a new roll needs attention and teasing out to get it going. These are minor issues though.
Generally they are strong as you need, absorbent … and soft.
Please, thats enough detail…..
They have a bigger cardboard centre. But that is recyclable.
I had a little bit of a problem separating them out to 12’s. They are held together with Sellotape.
If you can get these at the price I did go for it.
5 stars ++
I bought a pack of 72 at the end of September and we started using them the same day, today is 31st October and we have one unopened pack left (12 rolls) so 3 of us went through 60 in a month, that’s about 2 a day. Works out about 4.50 a week. Previously I would buy Andrex or cushelle, they were more expensive but we would go through half as much, usually 1 a day. So personally I think it’s worth going back. However if you’re out all day or a single person then they would last you a lot longer than us. There’s 3 of us at home all day every day so we do go through it, especially as my son has IBS. They’re not the softest or most absorbant but they’re far from being the worst. I bought the lavender smelling ones, which I liked but you could only really smell it when you opened the pack or put it up to your nose, which seems like a waste.
