A good price, decent quality & arrived quickly
I purchased these for my partner who wanted to do some arm exercises to alleviate his pain for tennis elbow & golfers elbow. He has been using these for around 3 weeks, he uses the stronger two bands together and they are fine. He says he feels the exercises have helped the pain. They weren’t too expensive & I would recommend them to anyone who wants to use resistance bands for one reason or another. The delivery was next day too – a great buy
Great product, great value, also perfect for exercise when travelling
I was looking for a portable product that I could use at home and also when travelling. There are 5 different resistance levels from x-light to x-heavy (too much for me, but maybe one day) and the pack includes sample exercises which I personally found very helpful.
The quality is superb for the price, and great value for money – recommended!

Good basic resistance bands
These are a great set of basic resistance bands – it’s great that they’ve got a resistance rating printed on each band (from extra light upwards) making it easy to quickly find the right resistance to use. The pouch they come with is handy too, and it’s nice to see instructions that include some basic resistance exercises to do. They’re perfect for what I want (physio work on a dislocated collarbone – ouch), but are far more versatile than just that. Recommended.
