Paper much thicker than I expected. Better quality than the other brands. Rolls are slightly smaller but the quality makes up for that. I have been buying it on the offer price. Not sure if I would buy when the offer stops and the price goes up.

It’s a nice soft paper. Sustainable, so far better. One minor thing, for some reason the beginning of the roll is always stuck down far too well and I waste a few sheets before the roll can be used. It’s annoying, but not sure why they do this.

I really like this loo roll and have it on subscription. Lovely and soft and good sturdy tubes! Great for arts and crafts! I made an advent Christmas tree using them!

We liked these, and have gone on to order a bigger pack direct from the Cheeky Panda website. The 9 pack size is very handy to try them. We found the loo rolls soft, absorbent and durable, and preferred them to the Who Gives a Crap ones (although WGAC do look very smart in their wrappers on the bathroom shelf).

One star deducted as the rolls are a bit small, but equally so are the WGAC rolls. As they’re quite absorbent and strong we may find we get into the habit of using slightly less sheets, which would be good! We’ll see. I’m going to carry on buying them.

I mean this is toilet roll. I’m not really sure what to say other than my wife did a lot of research and mathematical calculations and cross referred to the benefit to the planet and decided this was good value. In my mind it’s an expensive “lifestyle” product that’s in a nice box. It’s too expensive but I wanted to please her and prove my love by quite literally wasting a load of money. By way of a proper review it is good quality. Very strong and appears very long. We’ve now moved to another bamboo brand which is not bleached and is even better for the world. Yet when it arrived each roll was individually wrapped. Why? How is that good? Anyway if you want to do something for the planet take the toilet roll and show it to your child. Take one end of the toilet roll and tell them that this toilet roll represents a timeline of the history of the earth. The first sheet is when the earth first existed. Roll it all around the house, go in loads of directions. Show them how long it is. Then draw a line a few millimetres from the end of the last piece and tell them that is the point where humans first appeared. And look at the mess we have made of the the place! Not an eco warrior just giving the facts. If they like dinosaurs go back 5 sheets from the end and tell them that’s when dinosaurs first appeared. And 2 sheets from the end is when they became extinct. That’s 20 minutes of a rainy weekend sorted.

These are soft sturdy and good value for money. Most camp sites insist on natural sanitary products. The box lasted the festival season and still some left for next year!

Right I’ll preface this by saying that I am still new to the switch over from ‘normal’ toilet paper to bamboo. First impressions is that it’s thinner than regular toilet paper but not like the cheap thin stuff you get in pub toilets – don’t worry! It’s also very soft and gentle. The main reason I purchased this toilet paper is after reading how many harmful chemicals are on your standard loo rolls, I wanted an alternative, something natural and non toxic so I found and purchased this bamboo alternative toilet roll. Although it is thinner than your everyday roll, I’ve teamed up with a bidet and I’m using less loo roll and feel more comfortable knowing that this product is natural with no added nasties unlike the products I was unknowingly using before . I will now continue to use this brand in the future but I do wish they added one or two more ‘ply’ to make it a little thicker, but as I forget about ‘old’ paper tissue I’m hoping this won’t bother me as much!
