Keeps food piping ho
Bought for stews and soups and at break time, 5 hours after putting stew in, it is still so hot i had to blow before eating. And the spoon in the lid is very sturdy. All in all very solid and a great flask. Recommended
Brilliant - now I just need my kid to stop losing the lid
I’ve bought a fair few of these. They are ideal for sending your kids or spouse off out for the day with a hot lunch. No leakages, they keep food really hot (or cold) and wash easily. The fold away spoon is a nice touch.
If using for hot food, remember to fill with hot water first and leave for a few minutes before emptying, drying and then adding the hot food.

i saw somebody else with this gorgeous red thermos and thought , i must have one.
The shape being small and squat means i can keep it really clean. i hate the taste of flasks once you have used them.
iv used mine for coffee and then the next day with cold lime water and there is no tainted taste.

This is just perfect for those really cold days when you want soup for lunch and there are no facilities available at work to heat up food. Stays warm all day long. Doesn’t leak and cleans easily. Great for pasta too!

Great item! Good size, sturdy, and keeps food hot (or cold) for hours. Good portion size too and no leaks, and comes with a handy little folding spoon that can be tucked away to prevent it getting lost. Brilliant. Used to take hot food (Huel Mexican Chilli and Mac n Cheeze!) with us whilst hiking in the Lake District. After 4 hours in very cold conditions the food was still piping hot. Spoon is very robust and easily reaches the bottom of the flask. Easy to clean due to the wide neck
Wonderful thermos
This is amazing. My partner is undergoing chemotherapy and I bought three of these to pack him off to the hospital with. I can fill with nutritious soups, dhals, stewed fruits etc and he doesn’t have to eat NHS sandwiches. The incorporated spoon is a design joy. Absolutely amazing.
Perfect for putting in my hill walk back pack
Very well designed and good-looking tub with a built in folding spoon. Its ideal for taking thick soups or stews to be consumed within a few hours of being poured into the tub hot. Its good at keeping these warm and in my experience 8 hours later, my stews were always still easily hot enough to comfortably eat.

Always warm it well first with boiling water and with the lid on. highly recommend. Themos seems to be the only one that works really well. Thank goodness. We spent more on another brand and it just didn’t work at keeping things warm or hot for more than a couple of hours.

Perfect for a portion of soup
I love this thermos flask! The opening is the right width to eat the soup with a spoon straight out of it. Or you have the option of pouring it into the lid which works equally as well. The soup remains hot, especially if you put water in the flask to pre heat it beforehand. It saves the hassle of using the microwave in work.

The enclosed spork is good, but designed for right handed people.
As a leftie, if you scoop towards you it can fold up. You therefore have to scoop away from you, which to be honest you should do with soup anyway (good manners).

Love the colour. I haven’t used it yet as it’s just arrived, but love the brand. Confident that it will keep my soup hot. The dent in the lid is annoying.

I’d read a lot of reviews about these flasks where users found the soup they’d heated up first thing in a morning, was cold when they poured it out of the flask at lunchtime. No such problems with this particular flask. Lunchtime soup is lovely and warm. Definitely recommended.

Finally found the Thermos! What a fantastic product of excellent quality. Not only does it keep food hot for a solid 8 hours, but it also retains warmth for an impressive 9 to 10 hours afterward. It’s truly a game-changer for those long days and chilly nights.
I’m a big fan of thermos and would rate their products highly in terms of expectation and actual product, quality and value.
The Pros-
I’ve now had 4 of these flasks and have found that you can use them twice daily and they hold their heat around four to five hours. you can use six hours however, you will notice that the temperature is cooler.
The Cons –
One query is that they have altered the inside of the lid and I’m left wondering what the little plastic bit is see photo. However, this would not detract from recommending the product.
Cleaning –
recommended for hand wash only hot, soapy, water and a dish or bottle brush is all you need. After about two months use of daily use, the inside can tarnish and look unsightly. I have read this in a number of other reviews. The solution was recommended to me by my Dad. Simply put a single dishwashing tablet into the flask body and pour on very hot water. For example 80 to 90 degrees. No need to use the lid. Fill to top of brim. NB if it is too hot after many times, you will unfortunately the bottom of the flask may become detached so be careful of water isn’t too hot.
Product rating –
I would give it 4 out of 5 on the basis that it will only last a year or two I have found that the bottom of the flask can detach after many uses and cannot be put back together again , the other issue are found in the past is that the rubber around the neck of the flask can loosen with time and can be very difficult to put back on. Leak ability. I have noticed that you do get a good Seal however I would say that I struggle sometimes putting the top lid on , I think this is something that could be explained as it’s not mentioned in the instructions.
Star Rating –
I would give this four out of five and would have no trouble in recommending it most highly.

To improve base of flask so that it does not detach after so many uses and also neck of flask where rubber ring can become loose and detach.

Keeps Noodle and soups warm
Easy to clean, I can throw this in my backpack and know that food will be hot hours after and won’t spill anywhere. knocked off one star as the foldable spork that comes with in the lid is really difficult to remove and place back again. When you’re hands are freezing, and you want to chow down this really is too fiddly to remove. I know it sounds utterly ridiculous, but if you get it you’ll understand the frustration.
Thermos are always good
When my wife was having a hip replacement, the hospital food was naff! so bought this to take her in some food. The opening is bigger than on a traditional thermos and it came with a very handy and happy wife.

Great for cold and wet day hikes
I poured a 400g can of boiling hot Heinz soup into the flask, then and sealed the flask about 8am, went a day hike in the cold, opened it up about 1pm and the soup was super hot and ready to eat (a little hot hot to eat). The spoon is a really nice addition which I used to eat my really hot soup. I would recommend this flask.
Very effective and durable
Bought on sale for taking hot food out with us for my now 15 month old son. It has quite a large capacity (i’d say equivalent to a hearty bowl of soup for 1 adult) and definitely big enough for children portions. The insulation in it is really good – food is piping hot still even after a few hours, to the point i have to remember to cool the food down a bit before I put it into the flask otherwise i’ll have to wait ages when we get to where we want to eat! Wide opening makes it easy to clean. Good build quality and does what it needs to do. No leakages or spills so far. Highly recommend this product.

Warm soup anytime!
I’ve recently bought a soup maker and this mug is a perfect addition to it. I make a soup in the morning and pour in the warmed thermos immediately. At lunch time (e.g. after more than 5 hours) the soup is still nicely hot. I find the cap very useful for trasfering small amount of soup to cool it down a little before eating. The small attached spoon is also functional and of perfect size.
After using it I just cleaned it with soapy water and a good rinse, and was ready to be used again. I can surely recommend it to all soup lovers.
I am a uni student so I don’t have access to a fridge or microwave whilst I’m on campus. I don’t want to buy lunch every day and in winter definitely want something hotter. I bought this a while ago and have been using it for soups or spaghetti hoops (strange I know, but my comfort food!), and recently discovered adding dry instant noodles and hot water in the morning, by lunch time the noodles are cooked and still hot.

Bought this as I’ve no microwave at work, I’m very impressed by how hot it keeps the food. Follow the instructions and you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve not tried anything cold in it yet but I’m sure it’ll work just as well as hot food so it’s very versatile. The weight of it empty isn’t much at all, fits in my work bag and doesn’t take up much room.
The lid acts as a small cup too, the spoon inside folds away nice and fit snug in the lid.

Bought this Thermos as I need to take some food at work and I am too lazy to go get food in fridge and use the microwave as this would cut about 5 minutes from my break. So I will just put cold food (usually oats with nuts and seeds, or salads, or fruits) in it from fridge temperature (yes I like it chilled food not hot), throw it in a lunch bag and leave it in the car for next few hours until my break. There are plenty of good reviews for this Thermos on YouTube to check up so that you can be sure you buying a good product. However I decided to give this Thermos an ultimate test and challenge: I have put some water in it and left it out in the sun (summer, UK) for few hours. Water temperature raised only 1 Celsius degree while outside the thermos was quite warm from the sun heat. Same with warm water and placed it in the fridge for a while. This is an excellent item, I highly recommend. You can put anything in it and on top of that you can stew food such as rice, potatoes, pasta, noodles, veggies, you can boil eggs, etc. Just preheat the thermos with hot water before for a few minutes, then add your food and hot water and in 4 hours you will have fresh warm cooked foods (around 65 Celsius degrees hot). I purchased this so I could have hot soup or curry, stew etc, for lunch. It is perfect for this purpose, it’s just a matter of working out the quantity of food required to fill the flask. It takes a decent amount of food for my portion sizes. I heat the flask and lid with boiling water for 15 minutes before filling and I fill to the top. I have had great results and my meals are still lovely and hot at lunch time. Not sure about exact timings but it varies anyway. I use recipes which produce wet food in order to get the maximum heat retention. If I use carbs I just mix them through the curry, stew, soup. The spoon is great. Its a great piece of kit and I haven’t had any leaks. I am very happy that I spent the extra money, this is still a quality brand. I expect this thermos to last for years and I definitely recommend.

I bought this food flask before starting university as a way for me to save money. Being on a student budget, I find it difficult to find a nice, filling yet healthy lunch which I can buy on campus – and if there are healthy options available they are very over priced. This food flask is the perfect solution for me! I now take home-cooked, healthy food to university every day!
I had read the previous reviews and it seemed to be a good product, so I bought it with fairly high hopes. After the first day of using it I was surprised as to how well the flask kept my food hot. I now take this food flask with me to university every day and have used it for nearly every type of food: curry and rice, pasta bake, lasagne, stir fry, soup, etc. Even quite dry dishes such as lasagne are kept warm (you should add a little boiling water to dry foods to keep them moist and to stop them from drying out in the flask – and this keeps the food warmer for longer)
Before I go to university I fill my flask with boiling water and 10 mins later I empty out the water and fill the flask with my microwave warmed food. I find this is enough time for the inside of the flask to be heated by the boiling water so that your food stays warmer for longer.
On some days, when I have been in a rush, I have filled my flask with microwave warmed food without having pre-heated it with boiling water and when I have come to eat my food at lunch time the food was warm but not hot, so I recommend that you take the extra time to pre-heat it in the morning. (I fill my flask with boiling water before having my breakfast and then empty it after I have finished eating)
I fill my food flask in the morning at around 8am and when I come to eat my lunch between 12-1pm my food is almost always hot (sometimes too hot and I have to leave the lid off for a few minutes for it to cool down!) I even sometimes forget to eat my lunch if I am very busy and eat my food on the way home (4/5pm) and I am sometimes pleasantly surprised to find my food is still quite warm.
My food flask has never leaked and the seal on the lid is very good (I do not close my food flask too tightly as it is sometimes very hard to open after being left for a few hours). The size of the flask is also quite good – I can fit a large bowl of food into the flask.
I have not yet used the flask to store cold foods or liquids but I am sure it would be just as good or even better and would be a great idea to use as a way to cool down on hot summer days (if I am so lucky, here in the north!)
When I come home from university I put my food flask to soak in hot water for 30 mins and then it is very easy to clean. It is not a good idea to leave left over food in the flask for a long time as it becomes smelly and less easy to clean.
The flask comes with a metal spoon which fits in the lid and it is quite noisy against the inside of the flask when you are trying to get the last bits of food out of the bottom. I am sometimes forced to leave a little food in the bottom of the flask if I am eating in a quiet area, however, most of the time the noise is not too much of a problem and I still choose to use the spoon provided. If you eat lunch in a quiet area and do not want to make too much noise when finishing your food, I would suggest buying a small plastic spoon to eat with.
I love this food flask so much that I am buying another, so that I can take two hot meals to university for those long, tiring days!
