Established in 1938 under the name Jacobs & Turner Ltd situated in the heart of Glasgow Scotland. In the beginning, we had just 12 machinists working profusely where we provided uniforms and other items of clothing to large organisations including the local police. As our success grew, we started creating anoraks and waterproof jackets that shaped the future of our business.

Wow if you don’t buy this chair you are seriously missing out on comfort, well made and most important the dack is the right height to rest your head backhand relax. What a fantastic out door and indoor chair.

I thought I would take the effort to write a small review about this folding chair. I’ve had other chairs in the past fishing and I found this to be really useful and quite high up which is better for my back rather than having to open up a very small folding chair on the beach where I sea fish
The cherries very well mate and sturdy and it looks like it will last a long time and very light to carry as well which was surprising given the size of it and very wide as well which means it suitable for all shapes and sizes.
Good quality overall brae useful for the fishing and definitely will be my chair of choice when I go sea fishing
Fed up of buying cheap folding chairs, needed something strong and durable and this chair has it in spades. Although priced at just under 40 these chairs are more expensive than others but it’s that old saying again “you get what you pay for”. They are extremely comfortable and any spills can be wiped with a damp cloth. The only down side is that they are a little heavier than the normal folding chair but you would expect that with a chair of this quality. In summary I believe this is a quality chair for a fair price ( so much so I purchased two) UPDATE, Had a manufacturers fault with one of the two chairs I purchased 3 months ago, sent off an email to the company, they asked for a photo of said chair, 48 hours later received a replacement, this is EXCELLENT customer care would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The Chair is Very Lightweight which is Great for me as I have bad Arthritis & cannot carry Heavy items – it could do with being a bit Wider though to be fair I am a BIG MAN so……….ideal for CRICKET WATCHING / GARDEN/ CAMPING / BEACH – I take it every week to THE CRICKET HIGHLY RECOMMENDED # GET ONE YOU,LL LOVE IT
I’m so pleased with this chair. It is very sturdy, and the padded seat and back make it very comfortable. The padding means it wouldn’t be digging into your legs after a while. It’s also a decent size and would give plenty of room for anyone who is on the larger side, unlike some of the chairs I’ve looked at. It is very easy to unfold and fold up. I got it in the Navy colour, and it looks very smart. I can highly recommend this chair.
