Q1: Can’t charge?
- Make sure your cell phone support Qi wireless charging;
- Please check whether the power supply is normal, and if the connection port of the cable and car charger loose.
Q2: How to achieve fast charging?
- According to the size of your mobile phone, adjust the bottom tray of the stand to the corresponding size position, the more accurate the adjustment, the faster the charging;
- Must use >18W QC3.0 car charger (NOT INCLUDE);
- Must not use the USB charger that comes with the car (power is too low).
Q3: What is the function of adjusting the bottom tray?
- Align the mobile phone coil with the bracket coil, the smaller the deviation, the faster the charging efficiency and the lower the heat generation;
- It can be adjusted according to the scale of the bottom tray (the scale indicates the size of the mobile phone). The bigger the mobile phone, the longer the bottom tray stretches, otherwise, the shorter the stretch.
Q4: What are the 3 Maganetic Heads used for?
- Package contains Type-C, Micro USB, Lightning meganetic heads to support for all phones get charging via this device even without wireless charging function;
- WARM TIPS: If your phone supports wireless charging, please do not use the magnetic head to charge your phone. Otherwise your phone will get hot and cannot be charged.

Works
Sits well, charges our iPhone and Google pixel. The button on the front to release the phone is very sensitive, but if your follow the legislation to not touch your phone while driving, it’s not an issue.
Works as advertised
Purchased this phone holder, when it arrived it was very easy to install, with instructions provided on how to use it. It works as intended and haven’t had any issues with it, would definitely recommend. The wireless charging works great with no issues.

Smart and slick
This is a slick and smart product. It has a touch button that helps open and close the holders automatically. The button itself can be sensitive but I don’t see it as a problem when mounted.
Make sure the hook on the back is suitable for your vent.

Great wireless car charger / phone holder. So easy to use and just what we needed with a phone with a problem with its charging port.

Good function, easy to use
Works nicely, charges quickly, the clip is very secure and didn’t break my air vent. Buttons to open and close on back and front is a nice touch. Holds my s23 ultra with case, though only just! Thick cases for this are a no go, regular spigen ones are ok. Only for vertical use with the case on.. but that’s fine!

Amazing bit of tech. Charges up and keeps my iphone14 pro max on 100% battery through long journeys. Looks cool too and super sturdy keeping phone safe. You can position it at different angles to avoid glare from the sun. Love it!

Honestly surprised at how durable this is, the mechanism it uses to hold the phone ia quite strong, love the wirless charging its essentially everything in one, very easy to use also!
Only gripe id have is how it goes into the car vent, it could be dangerous for it as it clips directly on the front, but it works well.

This is the BEST wireless car charger I’ve used to date! Rather than relying just on traditional wireless charging though the back of the phone which made mine super hot, this one works like the wireless cables with the breakaway ports. Super happy with the purchase and fits my samsung super well. I was a little worried that the vent clamp might do damage to the vent but it’s been a month and everything is still perfect.

I’ve had several phone car holders over the years, and this is my favourite so far!
The automatic clamping of the phone and wireless charging means that it is super convenient — no more faffing about with charging cables and wrestling the phone in and out of holders.
Also very happy with how I can position the phone just the way I want it, and once secured, it stays firmly in place.
A high quality produc
The first unusual thing I noticed whet I unboxed this charger was the fact that this marvelous device is self powered, not for the charging section but for the autoclamping feature. So you take it out from the box and if you touch its sensors, it will open waiting for your phone, then it clamps in. I wondered why did they built it like that, after that I realised I always had this issue with my old device: I switched my engine off, took my key out and when I tried to remove the phone, it was impossible because I already took my key out therefore I switched the power off in my cigarette lighter socket where it was plugged in. So no more of this issue, which is a fantastic thing, I didn’t see this feature to any of the chargers I was looking at.
The device itself is built at a very high standard, you can feel the superior quality used in its plastics and the materials used. Unlike other wireless auto chargers, it has no less than 3 different sensors to clamp-unclamp your phone. One of them is at the top, you just touch the rear of the top part and it senses your touch, another one is at the front in the bottom part where your phone charging port is and the third one is an optical sensor which feels your phone when it approaches
and open the clamps. So it makes it easier to hook or remove your phone.
Another good part of this charger compared to my old one, is the actual charging power. My old one was a 10W, this is 15W. I can really see the difference.
I just got it yesterday so I can’t really say how reliable this device is or how long it will last me but these three features described above made me really happy to reccommend this device 100%, you’ll definately love it!
Convenient and adjustable.
Great little device to hold your phone.
Back end is adjustable, can tighten on your vent grill. Mine is a little unusual (volvo) but as you can see fits just well and holds the phone well in position even if you’re accelerating flat out.
Charging is not the fastest, but what do can you really expect from a wireless charging option.
One thing to mind is ensure that you’re not plugging it into a fast charging port, as it will not enjoy the power surge and start opening up randomly.
Slick and cool
Been using this wireless charger for a couple of weeks now. Impressed with the unit. Was easy to clamp onto the fins of the air vent with the screw mechanism. Previous mobile phone holders just had the rubber prongs that slid either side of the fins and this would sometimes be very annoying with it moving and sliding away. I very much like ease of inserting the phone into the holder. Simply wave your finger in front of the sensor and the side arms open up to allow you to place your phone inside before the arms automatically return and secure against the side of your phone. to remove is even better. I just wave my hand behind the top part of the holder and it releases the phone like magic.
Top piece of kit.
This is an excellent product that does the job perfectly. It comes with an attachment to add it to your car vents, a wire, the wireless charging phone holder and a few charging attachments for different phone slots. I have used it for a few days now and had no issues with charging and it charged my phone in a good time when comparing to my wired type c charger I use at home.
The extra attachments that go on the magnet as seen in image, they include attachments for iPhone, Type c (android) and also micro USB which is very convenient. The wireless charger holds in nicely and secure into my car vent with no issues of falling over bumps or while on my journeys. There is a nice touch feature which opens the arms of the holder and then they automatically close to securely hold your phone.
Overall I would definitely recommend the product.
Very clever holder.
Very happy with this holder. The wireless charging feature works really well. As soon as you pop the phone in it connects.
The automatic opening is a handy thing too, as soon as you hold the phone up to put it in, it opens up.
Best of all it fits really securely in my car, no rattling at all and no damage to the air vents.
The cable is a good length too to reach the power socket.

Good quality
The charger comes with automatic touch control which make it so much easier to take off and put on the phone, comes with different types of connection heads, the stand comes with a hook which is quite easy to install
Clamps well and easy to use
This was a replacement charger for another one I had in my car. The vent grip mechanism works really well and grips very tight so the mount doesnt wobble around while driving. The function I like best is the release button for removing the phone is at the front of the mount and not the side like my last one. The clamps on the mount close like a clam shell which helps keep the phone straight while clamping, another good design.
In the box were magnetic connectors for different phones so even if your phone hasnt got wireless charging you can still use this mount. There was also a USB A to USB C charging cable.
