I’ve been working out pretty regulary for over a year now and hit the wall a bit with my progress. After using this 10g a day for a week, I’ve been able to do another 3-4 reps easily. After 3 weeks I’ve moved onto hevier weights and see progress that’s taken months.

I like the flavour and how easily it dissolves, with no lumps and weird aftertaste. I put it in my water while working out, and now I feel more energetic.

This creatine mixes well, and the strawberry flavour doesn’t get tiresome like some of the other flavours can.
I personally tend to mix one scoop of flavoured with one scoop of unflavoured, as it can be a bit too sweet for me.

Good price, being micronised is great it’s definitely less gritty than other creatine I’ve had. The Blazin Berry flavour however is one of the worst I’ve ever tasted in the sphere of creatine/pre-workout etc. I’ll buy this again but will stick to unflavoured and have it with squash instead!
Good product with packaging issues
Great value and fast delivery but I have the same issue as many others where the outer packaging is covered in powder with is very messy and the seal may be loosely attached

This is easy to use, tastes nice. I’ve almost finished the 1st tub but not sure if I’ve noticed a significant increase in gym performance since using it though. Maybe I’m not using it correctly though!

It’s a good product, decent pricing. 4/5 Just some of the cons:
*Mixing isn’t great, you really need to mix it for it to dissolve somewhat okay and many times you see it at the bottom of your drink.
*Taste- although it’s tasteless, there is some taste and it’s not that pleasant.

This brand is awesome. I’m not very keen on sweeteners but this Berry flavoured Creatine supplement is actually really good.
I’m currently using this on a daily basis as a extra supplement to a healthy diet as well as exercising regularly.
It is as described and as always it was a quick delivery (next day Prime) 5 starts for me.
I am an elderly vegetarian. After only 3 days on 5g/day I am seeing a reduced raise in pulse rate on my treadmill. I am finding I can hit it harder and for longer. Next time round I will buy unflavoured. The berry flavour is so strong it overpowers anything I add it to.

I add this to my protein shakes every day even when on a rest day. You want to keep the levels up every day to get the full benefit. It is going to take about two weeks to start working. I didn’t notice any difference like oh my god I’m a bodybuilder but more like when I stopped taking it and noticed the difference then.
I like the flavour. Added to a vanilla protein shake it tastes like an ice cream.

Tastes like strawberry, can use with water or milk, a little Stevia aftertaste but not over powering.
Don’t mix with strawberry protein shake as the strawberry flavour is too rich.
