For years we had a RCA to HDMI adapter. It had to be plugged into the wall and would not always have a consistent connection. Finally I stumbled upon this exceptional device. Completely eliminating the RCA connection and giving you the ability to, more or less, plug a HDMI into the Wii console. Highly recommend!

Well I am satisfied with it as I have a spare HDMI cable to plug into my new smart TV it works great. No issues with it if you’re looking to get one for you Nintendo Wii to plug it in your TV I recommend it, for it being cheap I got no complaints about it.

Acquistato per rendere compatibile la mia console Wii Black Edition con il mio televisore nuovo. Come tanti tv nuovi non possiede SCART/collegamenti RCA.
Grazie all’adattatore si pu arrivare al tv direttamente con cavo hdmi (venduto a parte).
Il segnale in uscita stabile e nitido.
Ho impostato la console nelle sue impostazioni interne in EDTV (480P) , la terza opzione disponibile nella lista di quelle esistenti nelle impostazioni della console.
Consiglio vivamente l’acquisto.

There is not much to write on this product. It simply works and avoids the hassle of connecting 5 RCA cables and the resulting mess. Worked right out of the box and I am very pleased. It is easily worth at double the cost. At its current price, it is a bargain for how well it works and how simple it is.

This adaptor is great. It installed easily and the picture is as good as it was with the other wires. What more can I say? If you want to switch your Wii to HDMI this one is worth your $10.

It works well like kinda??
It works don’t get me wrong but it vibrates the game screen and im not even joking looks like hazy static (for some reason lowered the quality). Easy installment but low quality very noticeable (and i dont mean like the original graphics mid i mean it somehow looks worse than the original)
EDIT: im an idiot so if you are like me and intend to just plug it in and play then i got news for you as you have to go to your wii settings and change resolution so now it works perfectly well and now i can shred on guitar hero in peace

Brought our old Wii back to life on our giant curved flat screen. It had been hooked up to an older tv in our basement rec room but we upgraded to a much nicer tv. The picture quality was horrible using the old AV connection that came with the Wii originally. Got this adapter, plugged it into the Wii, hooked up HDMI cable and voila! Family game night was back on! Literally, my husband and 2 boys played bowling and such for hours that same night. And it was such a cheap and simple little piece that saved the day.
Works well and was easy to install, just plug it in. I love the fact that I can now use an HDMI cable to connect the Wii to my TV, but I do wish there were no black bars on the TV still. Overall, happy with it and the picture is better than before so it's a win.

Bringing the fun of the Wii to our TV
Great gadget. Really impressed with the simplicity of this clever little device. We can now enjoy the fun of the Wii on our 65″ HD TV!
The instructions suggested a separate audio cable. However ours seemed to work fine and wasn’t needed, the signal seemed to come through the HDMI just fine.
Well worth the money.
Let me just say that I had my doubts with this product; I only bought it because its pricing was within my budget and I figured it couldn’t be too bad if it ended up not working well. It came in yesterday and I finally got to using it today, and it exceeded my expectations. Do not expect modern console graphics, however, simply because you’ve bought this product. It is easy for a lot of people to misunderstand, but this item is not going to change what the Wii itself can output. What it does do well is maximize the Wii to its full potential and round out the rough pixels. The biggest boon to this product is the headphone jack because I generally enjoy single player games over party ones, and prefer the use of headphones/earphones due to being hard of hearing. All in all, I am beyond satisfied. If the quality of the product begins to plummet, I’ll be sure to add that in my review. For now, it’s great!
This does exactly as it claims to do with minimal fuss in setting upI am 72 yrs old and had my old Wiii up and running again in 3 minutes!
