1. Why does this wireless car charger charge slow or not charging?

(1) Make sure that your phone supports the wireless charging function. Otherwise, wireless charging cannot be realized.

(2) Please remove the thick, uneven or rugged case, metal ring holder, metal attachments and credit cards for optimal charging. Be sure your phone case is NOT thicker than 4mm.

(3) Before using the phone wireless charger, please use the provided USB cable to connect the phone mount to QC3.0 charging port to connect the power. Other adapter or USB Port doesn’t support fast charging and can not supply enough power to this car phone holder mount charger, QC3.0 charger is recommended for high charging efficiency (4) GPS navigation or playing music may have an impact on the charging speed, the rate of battery consumption may be higher than the charging. (5) Please notice: Any wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging, which is not the defect of this wireless car charger.

2. Please tear off the sticker on the surface of the product.

The sticker has two functions, one is to protect the surface of the product, and the other is to remind our customers how to make this car charger mount works well. Please tear it off before use.

3. Why does the charger fall off the vent on occasion?

This air vent clip is 360° adjustable, please ensure to rotate the gear switch to grip the air vent blade firmly.

4.Does the wireless car charger work with the latest phone Samsung Galaxy Z Filp3, Z Fold3?

NO, because the Galaxy Z Filp3, Z Fold3’s charging coil is different from other mobile phones.
