Quality ok. Speed ok. Size is big enough for what is needed. Fairly easy to use. Appearance is fine, but sun shade not very secure when on so didn’t use. Wife complained about an irritating noise between the instructions. I ended up turning the sound off
Great for larger vehicles
Using to navigate around London. I was fined before I got this for using a van in a tunnel with weight restrictions. You can program the dimensions of your vehicle onto the sat nav and it will take you the legal route. Evan has a truck mode. Once you get used to it very easy to use.
Great for Lorry sizing and heigh
Absolutely love this sat nav it’s been really useful as I drive a car transport and I needed to put in it the height an lengh of my lorry a must buy
I can see it in bright sun even with the car roof down, though not with polaroid sunglasses on, oddly. I couldn’t see my old one with the roof down with or without sunglasses. Very occasionally instructions to turn are right on the junction but generally warnings are in good time and it clearly shows what lane you need (even with 5 to choose from!). Voice is clear. Only had one negative experience – couldn’t link to satellite in heavy downpour but when I stopped later and restarted car it started up no problem. I have no need of other stuff like music so can’t comment on how good those extras are. It also fit perfectly in the holder I got for my Navman after its own stopped working, which lets me position it more than the one that came with it. I am very pleased with it so far (have done around 1000 miles with it).
