Good covers that for well for this price-point.
Unfortunately for this price you also get:
– not enough stripe to cover the 4 wheels (I purchased extra 3M foam tape to fill the gap – white stripe on the photo)
– centre of the cover is really badly made. You can use caps provided but they will never fully stick to the centre as the surface there is uneven. I guess they can’t fill it with the logo and cap as they would have to pay for using the logo to Tesla. Hence I wonder how much would it cost to simply provide with the whole there to use the caps that originally fit into alloy.

So this is interesting. It’s a set of plastic covers to protect your wheels on your Tesla. now in principle, they work just fine, The issue is who would really put these on their Tesla? I got these for my father-in-law it’s fair to say he’s not short of a bob or two, so would you really put these plastic looking covers on your Tesla? I think about your own car- Most people have alloys, and do they put covers on to protect them? No! They just take their chances or drive carefully.
These covers fit fine, and you do exactly what they claim to do: protect your wheels. They come with a cushioning strip to help them fit better if you want to use that. I am a little disappointed that the central cap is just a plain black cover, what does it cost to make us too much to at least print it with the Tesla logo? (I suspect they can’t do it because of licensing laws) these do exactly what they sell it in, i.e. protect your wheels, whether you choose to put them on your Tesla or not is another matter.
If you have a model Y, then this is a way to get a really significant change in ‘look’ to your car for not much outlay. I hated the look of the standard hub caps, and had seriously considered ditching them, and getting the alloys powder coasted black. The black wheels would look great but there would obviously be some range sacrifice and a risk the alloys themselves. These black hubcaps look great – see the photo! Best of both worlds at very low cost. It took less then ten minutes from me opening the box to having all four on. Note the only reason I didn’t give 5 starts was that one of the clips snapped the first time I tried pushing one on. With hindsight this was user error as I didn’t have it properly aligned – the clip still did snap easier than it should though. That said, even with one clip missing, it was a tight hold from all the other clips so nobody but me would no. I’ve noted no increase in road noise, and no rattle – so all good.
