I first ordered 2 boxes of bright white. Upon arrival, one box was warm white, which wasn’t what I wanted. I contacted the seller to see about swapping them and they sent me a replacement box of bright white free of charge. Their service was quick and above what I would usually expect. They resolved the issue with no fuss and I’m thoroughly impressed. I have since ordered 2 more boxes as the lights are fantastic, effective and bright. Great product and great service. I would highly recommend.
The products are great value for money. No concerns and easy to set up. I contacted the seller regarding a slight break in one item, after some discussion and footage to explain they sent 2 out the following day. Amazing customer service! Have recommended and will use again.
Garden, 8 lights and 7 worked , complained to Amazon they wanted me to send them all back all I wanted was that I had a 8th light sent to me , too much trouble
Lovely bright lights – the stake to put in the ground is a bit rubbish – it broke off 1 of the lights when I pushed it into the ground but it works fine
