One year warranty. Four years value!
Just replaced with this padlock after having the same one for four years until it rusted. For the price and outside in all weathers I feel I got my moneys worth.
Not self locking
Good sturdy feel to padlocks. But it needs to be held closed until combination tumblers are rotated. When it is raining padlocks are filled with water which no signs of corrosion but I believe they may freeze in cold weather becoming inoperable.
Wet Useful
Bought this for a friend for a locker. Wasn’t sure that the shank was the correct size but it was. A good size, very easy to read. So I’m going to buy myself one now!
Aesthetically pleasing
It does what its meant to do, it’s also aesthetically pleasing, the yellow colour at least. I bought the loud colour so I could easily locate my locker at the gym as sometimes I forget what locker I used and a lot of people at the gym have similar/generic padlocks they bought from the gym.
good value sturdy lock
I bought this as a padlock for the gym. ideal size and a combination means that I dont have to carry around a key. NOTE: read the instructions carefully regarding set up but if it doesnt quite work out definitely email their customer service dept in China (details in packaging). They are super helpful and I received a replacement within a week. I am very happy with the lock.
Excellent Customer Service
I did have a problem with this lock where the
code wouldn’t open it after 6months in use. But I have to say the customer service was excellent. After offering a few options to try and get it open they completely replaced the
lock.
Amazing lock!
I bought this to use at the gym. The quality is amazing and I highly recommend. I was a bit worried to put my own code in but the directions were very easy to understand.
Works as expected
Really easy to set up and use however after the first use, corners have chipped away slightly. But for the price paid and only being used for gym lockers, does exactly as needed.
Fantastic Customer Service
I accidently messed up my lock the first time, a customer service helper named “Adam” emailed me, trying his best to find out my lock number by sending various possible codes, but the fault was on my side, and they swiftly delivered a new lock for me.
Key-less lock
These seem to be quite sturdy, certainly sturdy enough for my needs, the digits are clear and easy to read, easy to set up and use, so their performance is good . These aren’t heavy security locks so fairly light. Certainly no rough edges, nice and smooth, and so far they have withstood the rain without any bad effect.
Not good for suitcases
Bought for a suitcase but was way too big. Can’t blame the lock though as I didn’t check the measurements as it was a rushed purchase although it was one of the first options when I searched lock for suitcase and I don’t think anyone would have luggage that would lock would fit unless you were a giant with a giant suitcase. The lock itself is very good quality for the price which is why I gave it 5 stars as it would be useful for other things such as sheds, bikes and gates. It is also very bright in colour which is why I wanted it so I could easily identify my very ordinary black suitcase.
I'd recommend it!
Larger, heavier and stronger than I thought it would be, but none the worse for that. Follow the instructions and it’s easy to set up. I needed it for my gym locker, so it didn’t need to be weatherproof but it is! The padlock is backed up with a one-year warranty and technical support. Real value for money, I’d recommend it!
