Fantastic bottles
I have bought multiple bottles from this company as they are so good. They are truly leakproof. The wide top means you can add ice if you want to. They are opened by pressing a button and even with poor dexterity I can manage this easily. They can also be taken apart completely for cleaning. I hope these never stop being manufactured as I like them so much.
Great, sturdy plastic bottle
This is a great, study plastic water bottle. It fells well made and doesn’t feel thin although it’s light-weight. Doesn’t break when accidently dropped on a hard surface. A little bit smaller than a regular water bottle so probably more suitable for children. Overall a good product.
Great quality
The water bottle arrived on time and as expected, all mentioned extras included. Seems to have a good leak proof seal, is a good size, and is sturdy. I haven’t yet used the infusion feature, but it appears to be in good working order. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
Good bottle - solid
Solid bottle nice range of colours that my son chose from for his school bottle. Prior bottle the hard cover at the bottom did come off but this didn’t affect it working so was fine
Great bottles
We have 3 of these, great bottles, comes with brush to clean which is handy. Few months of use and still great and look good. Not leaky and has lock which is great. Flow is good, not too much and not too little, have dropped and didnt break
The best out there - tried others!
I got 2 of these for my toddlers at least 2 years ago, they are still going strong! I ordered ion8 bottles as spares for when they started preschool and school, I wish I hadn’t bothered! Both of them cracked less than a year before owning them. My kids drop their bottles constantly inside and outside, the other brand broke inside the house! These are so sturdy and such good quality. I’ve just reordered these, I don’t know why I didn’t in the first place when I know they’re so good!!

I had an issue with this item however Linda from customer support has gone above and beyond in helping me. This bottle is perfect for my sons primary school, the colour is brilliant. Awaiting to receive my replacement 🙂
Brought several
It is so difficult to find a non-leaking bottle which is easy to clean and also easy to be opened and closed. It comes in different sizes and colours which is excellent when you got multiple family members using them. Kids, youngest 3.5, have been able to open it and close and use it every day. Never has it spilled and it is so easy to clean.
Great quality water bottle and excellent customer service
This has been my daily water bottle for over a year now and it’s still holding up perfectly. I really like the wide spout and much prefer it compared to other brands which opt for a straw instead.
The lock mechanism on the lid is also great and hasn’t failed once. Really good product, well worth the price. Feels like good quality material too.

Best water bottle form kids
We’ve had three of these now in varying sizes and they’re fantastic. Great quality, wash really well and have lasted plenty of drops and falls. They never leak leaked and the carry handle is brilliant for the school run. I have two children under 10 and used these bottle for over a year without a breakage. Would definitely buy agai
Expensive but good quality
I was sceptical as they are quite pricey for the size but they was well. No leakage and they go in my daughter school rucksack and they’re super easy to clean, don’t stain so well worth the money.
I dont normally write reviews because I buy that much through amazon that I would be here forever filling them in!! So I have carpel tunnel and forever dropping things and breaking them, Ive spent a small fortune on drinks bottles. I need them to be bullet proof in effect. I also need the opening of the bottle to be big enough to put ice in because I cant stand warm drinks. Anyway, after my last 2 got binned (500ml capacity, 15 each) I found these online, read the reviews and bought the litre one and I absoltely love it. Its really well made and durable and I can put loads of ice in it so it lasts longer for me too. Ive dropped it loads of times but it is still in perfect condition. I also love that there is a lot of choice with bothe capacity and also a range of colours, please be confident in buying one, u will not regret it I promise u!
Incredible customer service | Replacement order given fas
My previous bottle’s lock mechanism broke around 7 months after I purchased the bottle. I contacted the team and was fortunately offered a brand new bottle, any choice I wanted. Incredibly refreshing to have such good customer service offered extremely quickly, solving the issue within an hour.
The bottle itself is great – sturdy, with a good rubber grip, and a solid lid. The lock mechanism could be better frankly, however considering everything else this bottle is definitely worth it. Would fully recommend but even if not for the bottle, then the great customer service.
Zorri 500ml Water Bottle: Excellent customer Service!!
I order a frosted green 500ml water Bottle in December 2022 and unfortunately had an issue with it leaking but I emailed Zorri and have had such great reply’s the company are replacing the water bottle (actually it’s my husbands) with any colour or size, I only wanted the same size but this time went for Frosted Blue and have received another email this morning to say my new water bottle will be with me by the 19th March I’m blown away by the quick responses. This company is obviously interested and concerned what the customers think of their products. 10/10 for Excellent Customer Service.
Good quality and doesn’t leak.
I really like this water bottle after a series of historic fails; it’s 1l so great for the gym and pretty solid- I dropped it and no cracks! Two things I would say for improvement although very minor. Firstly, a hard plastic loop on the lid to hook your finger through when in a rush would be handy as the fabric loop can be fiddly to grab. Secondly I really wish it had a built in straw rather than having to tip it up- as it’s quite big, I’ve managed to drop or spill a few times. Other than that, I’m really happy and it looks cool too.
Amazing product with Great customer service!
The bottle itself looks nice and is well-designed. It is very sturdy and I always use it. You can actually drink without issues due to the small hole to allow air in. I’ve had bottles before that didn’t have this, and it was difficult to drink more than one gulp. It comes with a handy sponge on a handle to clean the bottle. I have actually bought 3 bottles., 2 as gifts. Love them!
The customer service in this company is AMAZING! One bottle’s opening mechanism broke (the spring) and I contacted them. They didn’t hesitate in apologizing and sent a new bottle immediately. They were super helpful, polite and quick when responding.
I would definitely buy another in the future. The customer service was so good that I wouldn’t feel any unease buying another product.
Great Bottles for Kids and Adults
My children have gone through endless bottles which end up mouldy, or constantly leaking. I wanted to try something different for this school year and searched high and low for a good, decent bottle.
These bottles are sturdy and have a rubber silicon middle section, which ensures my children are able to hold them firmly. They don’t leak, and have an excellent locking system which means my toddler is unable to open it. The measure display is so handy and my children love drinking and refilling it as and when they need to. The can also use the removable filter to add some fruits if they wish to, this feature is also very handy for my 6 year old, because it means the water doesn’t spurt out too strong and is more controlled.
I highly recommend these bottles and would just add that the black bottle shown doesn’t come with the measure display, but it definitely is a striking and beautiful colour.

Customer service did, eventually, replace the bottle for free (and any size/colour) although even the process of this wasn’t straightforward in my opinion but they were very helpful and polite however and because of this i changed my review* (i might upgrade again after I’ve had my new one for some time – see of that last)
So the bottle worked well to begin with… but after a while it was leaking. I realised that after washing one of the silicone in the tops is so small that it had fell out. A replacement has been a nightmare to source as one I found didn’t fit and couldn’t find one for this particular bottle without trawling the net… it was easier to buy a new bottle. In addition the release lid button on the second one is a bit stiff and doesn’t always open without having to fiddle with it. The bottle itself though is lovely and feel comfortable and so far… no leaks YEY
Great looking, doesn't leak and easy to use
Really pleased with this bottle. I have the blue 750ml one which looks great and works well. The lid is secure and doesn’t leak at all (and it comes with spare seals so will do so for ages). It’s a great size for the cup holder in the car and fits my bike bottle cage, where it’s easy to flip open the lid one-handed and close it again. It has detailing which makes it feel comfortable in the hand.
There’s no taste to the water from the bottle and a little bonus is the bottle brush, which isn’t brilliant but does the job. There’s a piece to put in the top which would work as a filter for flavouring the water with lemon or mint or some such and stop it getting to your mouth.
I’ve got it for work where it’s done the job I wanted of encouraging me to drink more water. If I fill it up I tend to drink it and although it isn’t a flask type the water stays cool for a while. For that alone it’s a good buy, but it also looks great and does everything it needs to.
This is an excellent 1l water bottle. I’ve bought two of them and can say with confidence that they more than adequately perform their roles. This may seem simple – it’s only a water bottle – but I’ve had some that didn’t do so well.
It comes with a cleaning brush, replace caps that cover the holes in the lid of the bottle and a filter just inside the neck if you wanted to add fruit, or make a smoothie.
I can also say for certain, that these bottles do leak, but only when they are laying flat and only from the holes in the lid. There are two holes in the lid, one that you drink through, and another to allow air back into the bottle as you drink, in my experience it’s the second of these two holes that leaks. This is my reason for dropping a star.
If you are ever going to be in a situation where the bottle will not be lying flat then you must bear this in mind. I’ve only ever put water in these and they go on the outside of my bag so it’s not a real problem for me, but YMMV.
The lid lock is a nice little addition, which stops the lid from flying open and all the contents pouring out.
In short, if you are looking for a bottle that will generally sit upright, or will contain nothing more adventurous than water then you could do a lot worse than this bottle.
Its massive and definitely too big for me. Didnt think to check the bottle size however color is great and is well made.
Review update:
So a couple of days after I left the initial review saying that’s the 1080 bottle was a bit too big for me I was contacted by someone from this company and was told that I could choose another bottle which is a different size and a different colour which can be sent to me free of charge because I was not happy with the size of the Thousand bottle. I was very surprised by this service and was happy to have experienced this lovely service so within 2 days I received another bottle which was the next size smaller than 1000 litre which is the 700 ml bottle in the colour blue. This size is much better suited for me and the colour was fantastic even better than the pink one very bright very vibrant. Although I was satisfied with my thousand litre bottle even though it was a bit too big for my hands I was very happy to have also received the 700 ml bottle. The quality is excellent on this bottle you can tell that it is made from very good material I love the lock mechanism and I also I’m very happy that it was sent with silicone spare parts as well as a cleaning brush which you do not receive with any other bottle. I would like to say thank you to the company because I have not ever received a service like yours before I would highly recommend this kind of service with every company thank you
The strap on the 500ml bottle is very small. The bottle is perfect but this model seems to be designed for childre
I love nearly everything about this water bottle, so much so that I’ve just ordered another one in the next size up, 700ml.
The reason for dropping a star, and having to order a larger size for my own use, is the size of the strap on the 500ml bottle. I’m an adult with small hands and the strap on the bottle I received is so small that it’s a real struggle to get a hand through it. This model seems to be targeted at children who of course need the smaller strap, but there really should be some indication of this in the product description. I’ll be giving mine to one of the (much) younger members of the family.
In all other respects the bottle is perfect and I’ve got every intention of putting up a 5 star review for the 700ml version when it arrives. I’m disabled and need a usable strap to be able to carry the bottle, so hopefully the one on the 700ml bottle will be suitable for adults.
My hands are arthritic, with weak thumbs, but I find it easy to open (and close) the bottle one-handed. It’s also very easy to drink from, thanks to the small ventilation hole which lets air in as you suck water out. I recommend the 500ml size without reservation for children to use. If you’re reading this you’re probably an adult, so to you I’d say …….. buy the 500ml bottle if you don’t need to use the strap for carrying purposes. If the strap is important, get the larger size bottle 🙂
We’ve been through a fair few water bottles over the years, some better than others, as you’d expect. Because they were used for long sporting events (mainly swimming) we tended to opt for larger capacity bottles (around the 1000ml mark) as that was more useful. Now we are a little lighter on sports events, and need to use bottles for less strenuous activities(!), there’s really no need for large capacity and more robust bottles.
My youngest daughter attends a couple of sports clubs, so we needed a bottle for her that was a bit smaller for her hands and smaller capacity so it wasn’t so bulky or heavy – as she didn’t need that volume of juice. This is a really tidy little bottle with a lot of features and accessories. There are measurements up the side so you can get your juice dilution spot on and easily, alongside a rubber-like middle section for grip. A fabric strap is useful for carrying or hooking on to a bag. The best part is the flip-top lid, opened by the easy click of a button, and snaps back in place just as easily, too. The screw-cap top is easy to remove for refills, and inside you have a sieve-style plastic insert – which may prove useful for popping in slices of lemon and other fruit for infusing – the last thing you want is to end up gulping chunks of fruit! The set also comes with replacement seal and a bottle cleaner. One of my most recent bottles went to bottle heaven after I was unable to clean it out properly – there’ll be no such problem with this one now I have a nifty cleaner to sort it out.
The best feature on the bottle is the spout. Personally, I really detest the nozzled bottles where you have to suck the life out of the bottle to get any drink out. Yes, they’re very useful if you need to drink on the go without fiddling with a lid (particularly with swimming). Having said that, I find they inevitably get chewed and start to look grim very quickly. The wide spout on this is a much more hygienic solution and easier to clean – and requires nothing more than a change in tilt of the bottle to get the required flow.
Our purple bottle looks lovely and stylish, and I’m looking at getting the green one so I can use it on my long car journeys – easy to pop the lid whilst in transit, but also useful when working in different offices and able to fit in a little bag. Recommended.
