    got it Saturday at 12.00 and assembled it with 5 mins did 10 rolls after 3mins i could feel it working on my abbs I’m 64 years old but feel 30 lol
    got it for my holidays got 7 months off training to look like a beach god Ha Ha Ha i wish love it great buy

    I’ve been using it for almost 2 months now and it does what it’s says. Easy to assemble, just following the instructions, sturdy and good design. I had another Abs roller but it wasn’t easy to use as this one. Totally recommend it. Happy with it.

    Use this for few months, still strong enough. Very easy to assemble and use. Also the timer is make you exercise more convenient, the design for the phone also good. Good for value. Overall recommended it.

    This has non slip handles and even a place to put your phone and you can find exercises online to do on it while watching your phone which is great, it is certainly effective as you feel it afterwards but a very effective piece of exercise equipment. The material is good, the quality is good, and the instructions are clear. I recommend this abs roller.

    This abdominal fitness wheel is not for fat people to train their abdominal muscles and vest line, it is for training core strength. Everyone has abdominal muscles and vest lines, but fat people’s abdominal muscles and vest lines are covered by thick fat and you can’t see them.
    My experience after using it is:
    1. The abdominal fitness wheel is a very commonly used fitness equipment and can be used by both men and women.
    2. It is recommended to use within your ability when using it for the first time, otherwise it may cause abdominal muscle strain for newcomers with weak abdominal strength. For example, it is recommended to do only one set of abdominal wheel exercises every day, 5-7 is enough, and it can usually be completed within 5 minutes.
    3. In the second stage of my use, about 7-8 days later. I probably do 2 sets of exercises every day, each set is 10-15. It takes about 15 minutes to complete.
    4. Pay special attention to using your abdomen rather than your arms to exert force.
    I think this automatic rebound abdominal wheel is still effective in slimming down the abdomen.
