There is screw to lock on the battery compartment, prevent kids from taking out the battery by themselves, it is very safe design for little one.
My daughter loves this tablet. It is light and portable and she keeps it in the car to occupy herself on drives. The screen does not appear as colorful as it does in the pictures, but it she loves to play with it and that is all that matters!
My toddler really, really enjoys this fun drawing pad. It’s so easy for him to use all by himself at 18 months. The stylus is attached, so gratefully it can’t get dropped lost. It’s fun at home, but it’s especially PERFECT for long car rides or airplane trips. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Such a great bang for your buck! My kiddos will love it. Super easy to use for any ages. Brightness is great! I recommend this to anyone who is buying for kiddos and has a set limit for Christmas or birthdays!!!
This tablet is exactly as described. It is not super high quality so I would say it can be >10$ in value.
5 y/o mentioned she wished it had more color variety but couldn’t put it down. 2y/o used it with pleasure.
I add that It is not the brightest and the cleared screen did get some blotching around the different shades.
The pencil is held really tight in the back which I like so you don’t lose it quick.
Pull one of these out during a flight, waiting room, etc etc – focused enjoyment will ensue.
4.5 stars since it could be a little better and/or cheaper – but the concept is stellar.
This was a perfect gift for my 4 year old. She really enjoys the magic of drawing on her tablet and “push button” erase. The tablet is light weight but durable. It has been dropped with no cracking or breaking. The pen is a good size for small hands and easy to use. We are very pleased with the product and the price.
This tablet is perfect for low or no tech families, like ours. In fact, I only got one because I assumed the kids would prefer our actual tablet computer, however they all wanted to play with this!
Pros: works well, stylus allows for precision, kids appreciated the rainbow of colors on the screen, battery screws in & can be turned off.
Cons: the stylus isn’t attached (though it has a hole on it & there’s a hole in the tablet to tie it to, I assume), it didn’t come with a string to attach it- so we’ve already had issues losing it in the car, and this just isn’t super sturdy.
Overall, this is a good option for no screens and if it were to break, replacing it wouldn’t be too costly.
I received the tablet and it is very cute. It was a bit smaller than I was expecting and very lightweight. My niece who is 4 years old loves to draw on it and spends lots of time playing with it. It is very small and convenient for traveling in the car! The tablet is very lightweight which I hope it can handle when she drops it! But so far, so good.
