It worked really well when my graphics cards thermal paste went bad, I bought this so I could replace it, I put it on my graphics card, and spread it after i was getting way lower then boiling temperatures, and it allowed me to use my computer again!

Very thick and viscuous
Very viscuous paste , with the scraper to spread the paste , it is also hard as it is quite viscuous .
However does the job , replaced my 3 year old CPU and GPU thermal paste , about 10 degrees down , and about 20 for junction temperature for GPU. 5600x / 6900 x
Didn't notice any better or worse temperatures over other thermal pastes that I've used. It's on par with the average. Nothing special but won't disappoint. The included spatula also works well as a scraper to remove old hardened paste which was nice.

Works well
Goes on evenly and cleanly, not too sticky like some products and still performs well. Cannot see any temp changes vs previous high end paste, and this comes in considerably cheaper. Unless you are regularly changing parts, this will last for many years.
A brilliant thermal paste at a bargain price
I have 20+ years of experience of using thermal pastes of various kinds, quality and price points. After a few uses and then testing my PC for shedding temperature, I can confidently say that this thermal paste is among the top ones. The instructions are on the money as you definitely need only a moderate amount of the paste and as long as you follow the instructions, you would get a great spread with just enough amount. The syringe contains enough amounts of paste to use in multiple PCs or use many times in one PC, so basically the 6g amount provided here, it can last for a very long time. The big difference between this one and many others on the market is the price point as it comes at a much cheaper price while doing the same or better job. Temperature improvements-vise, it has cooled off my PC from 8-10% while testing applications and games. Another benefit is that the fan noise on the CPU has gone down, I was not expecting that much. I am using a Corsair water cooler with three fans 120mm each, and they are mostly noisy, so this is a huge improvement on the fan noise since applying the thermal paste.
Overall a great thermal paste that comes at the same kind of quality as others but at a much better price. Thumbs Up!
maintains safe temps
I reapply thermal paste whenever I do a deep-clean for my pc, my regular paste costs twice as much and after more than 2 weeks of running this seems to be doing the job just the same to keep the CPU from overheating and running at steady temperatures.
It is very cold right now so the temps will be lower anyway but it has been steady from about 18C to 23C depending on the load with gaming or video processing so it’s about the same as more expensive pastes in my experience.
The colour is the typical dark grey/silver, stickyish consistency, it comes with a spatula but it shouldn’t really be spread across the surface, I usually make an X or star shape and it spreads evenly when the cooler heat sink is placed on top.
Impressive entry from Korea into the world of thermal pastes, fantastic product, insanely affordable
This is a typical plastic syringe full of thermal paste that arrived packaged in a stylish looking & heat-sealed plastic pouch with a resealable top. Along with the thermal paste, you get a small plastic spatula for spreading out paste and a credit-card style set of instructions that goes over the recommended method for applying the product onto a CPU. The process is the same as any other thermal grease and I used my usual application method and had great success with this when replacing my previous application of Thermalright TF8 on my air CPU cooler. Obviously I can only go off the immediate results with my 5800x and it is performing very well so far. If I run into any unexpected issues after it settles in, I’ll be sure to update the review accordingly.
This product is essentially half the cost of Thermal Grizzly Aeronaut, and less than a third of the cost of normal Kryonaut and extreme versions in similar quantities. Considering that this is practically at the same performance level as Kryonaut Extreme in addition to the low asking price, this has just become my new favourite paste going forward. Despite performing similarly to the other high-end pastes, AMeCh is actually charging less for this than the crowd favourite budget paste from Arctic the MX-4 which works out to 8.21 for 6-grams at the moment. The current asking price of 7.06 or 6.28 during the Black Friday deal for 6G of this stuff is bonkers and an undisputable bargain at the moment, and if it sticks around this price point I’ll have no issues purchasing more as needed.
Happy to recommend, it genuinely performs like a top-end thermal paste without the inflated price that usually comes along with that.
Beastly stuff
This is an incredibly underrated thermal paste that has amazing results! It’s on par with thermonaut in terms of cooling performance and is very easy to apply. Only time will tell what the longevity is like, but I’m very happy with the performance thus far. Would recommend!
Worked well - a decent optio
I was given a hand-me-down Mac Pro 2010 and noticed that I already had a similarly old server knocking around – with six core processors instead of the quad cores in the Mac Pro.
Given that server is basically e-waste at this stage I decided to transfer across the processors, cleaned off the old paste and applied a layer of this new stuff – it all went on nicely, and there was plenty for a fresh coat for all four processors with more to spare.
Unfortunately I can’t give you a temperature comparison and it wouldn’t really count for much given the processors have changed anyway, but the Mac is working great and has a bit more grunt with the upgraded processors.
Absurd value, great performance!
Wow, this thermal paste is good. It reduced my laptop’s CPU temperatures by 8 C and also reduced the fan noise. I have not heard of the company AMeCh before this but after doing some research I found some benchmark testing results comparing this paste with other brands and it is among the best. Due to requiring a professional setup to test the differences between pastes, I wasn’t able to compare it to other pastes myself but In my experience, it performs great. The application process is simple, in the box it comes with a spreading spatula. The paste is not too thick or runny but it does dry fairly quickly so make sure to get your cooler installed as soon as you can. On the packaging, it says that the paste is non-conductive so there should be no worries if the paste leaks out onto your motherboard etc.
At 7.85, at the time of reviewing, it also offers excellent value for 6g. This should be enough for around 5 applications depending on how much you use. I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great-value thermal paste with great performance.
impressed
I changed my AIO to an air cooler, but the new cooler had no pre-applied paste. after using this i can see an actual drop in temps compared to my 5 year old radiator.
Have some heat …
Thermal paste , does the job , always handy to have for changing CPU’s or coolers . This seems to be decent quality and I’ve used it when changing my cpu no problems .
Decent Thermal paste
Ordered this as needed to repaste a laptop cpu that was overheating and causing the fans to go flat out all the time. The item arrived in a secure plastic case and is the standard syringe type applicator. The consistency is good (not too watery) and once applied, is easily spread on the cpu. early days so far, but it has lowered the cpu temps on the laptop, with the fans not kicking in. Good price break and a decent quality product. Highly recommended.
In the upper tier for your average user and game
This is a Korean thermal paste and the general opinion from whatever benchmarks I can find and translate is that it’s actually top performer and competes with the top two brands.
It’s very hard to gauge the minor differences between pastes without a professional setup, hours of benchmarks and loads of reapplication but what I ‘can’ tell you is that it performs just as well as any other upper tier paste on my Ryzen 5700x.
For the average user this stuff is absolutely fine and gives good results. If you are into competitive overclocking then you’re likely off doing way more research on everything available instead of simply looking at Amazon reviews.
Grea
I upgraded my cpu for the first time in nearly 4 years (from a 3600 to 5800x3D if anyone was curious) and of course needed some thermal paste! Usually I’d just get the arctic mx-whatever but thought I’d give this a go instead.
I’m no overclocker so temps aren’t that big of a deal for me, I have an NH-D15 so as long as my cpu is under 80 I’m happy.
We will see how this thermal paste lasts over the next few years!
works as it should.
My 5800X has had BSFF paste on for about a year, fixed the CPU fan speed at 1000rpm and ran 4 continuous Cinebench R23 runs both with PBO enabled and my 5800X topped out at 82C on the package, this is with a Deepcool 360 AIO , then I changed the paste to AMeCh SGT-4 and ran the same test, same fan speed, the package topped out at 82c, so temps were identical, room temp around 20c.
Found the paste a bit hard to spread, bit clay like and the spatula was a bit stiff, temps are ok, same ballpark as the BSFF paste.
Used to replace paste on an older Pentium-based laptop
Have taken the side label off so you can have a better idea of how much paste is in a tube. I reckon you could probably use this on 3 x CPUs liberally before running out.
Spreads as well as any other brand, I’m a little confused as to the purpose of the spatula – I’ve docked a star for this tool. There is a credit card sized plastic instruction card in the package, and you’d do far better using that to thinly cover the paste onto your CPU.
The rear printing on the packaging is a little difficult to make out, but it does state non-conductive, so should you go down the spatula route and get it everywhere, it’s unlikely you’ll get into trouble.
Time will tell how long it lasts.
Understated excellence
This is a little known thermal paste that has incredible performance. If you look at benchmarks on the internet, it performs on par with the astronomically more expensive Kryonaut extreme. I am beyond shocked that this has such good performance!
It’s really easy to apply and has good viscosity. Go for a nice X formation application and simply place your heatsink on top and let the pressure spread the paste out – No need to use the applicator to do this.
Overall, I think this is an incredible thermal paste that I’m sure will become far more expensive soon once the masses pick up on how good it is. Get some now whilst it’s still not very well known!
Useful thermal paste
This is a syringe full of thermal paste to be used between chips and heatsinks for good heat dissipation. It is supplied with a small spatula for spreading – largely unnecessary in reality, but a nice thought.
Seems to work ok and reasonably priced.
Works grea
The thermal paste also comes with a spatula for application.
It seems great quality and gave me the same CPU temperature as my usual top branded paste, so I would recommend it.
Works fine
I am not an expert, so I do not know if this is actually the “ultimate” thermal paste.
However, I did my laptop cpu with it and the temperature dropped several degrees and the fan does not kick in as often as before.
The starting point was not good though, so I cannot compare the result to a well done application to start with.
It was easy to apply precisely. It comes in a sealed bag.
Works well , but hard to paste as drys quickly
The paste comes well packaged with a spreading tool and business card that is a handy plastic that can be used too.
Applying was ok but it’s quite thick and drys quickly so it was more hassle in this regard to others I’ve used.
As for its thermal conducting properties I can’t comment until I’ve had it longer , but it is working so far. I’ll report back if I have any issues.
At just under eight pounds I expect it to work well for a long time , we shall see.
Update: had this in for a few days now , working very well with my AMD 6500x
Plenty for a few CPUs
Paste is fairly thick, so it won’t be squeezed out from between chip and heat-sink. This does make it a bit harder to spread on evenly. The supplied spatula is strong enough to be able to apply it though.
As shown in the photo where I peeled back the label, there’s probably enough in the 6g tube to apply to at least five CPUs, maybe a few more, you don’t need a lot (photo was taken after one application).
Can’t comment on the thermal efficiency side of things I’m afraid, but it seems similar to other paste I’ve used in the past.
Comes in a re-sealable bag with spatula and small instruction card.
A great budget thermal paste
AMeCh SGT-4 thermal Paste is good quality and half the price of the standard Arctic Silver. On a side-by-side comparison, it looks and feels just as thick.
After an application to both units, my CPU and GPU are still running at the same safe temperatures that Arctic Silver gets them to, and that’s really all this paste needs to do! Winner!
The extra little scraper / applicator that is included is a nice addition, but apart from spreading the paste out a bit I don’t think I’ll use it.
This is easy to recommend.
