For a youngster (the target audience) this watch is a great all-round package.
It’s a proper first smartwatch with standard clock and alarm-clock functions as well as step counting, sleep tracking and even has a few games to keep your little one entertained.
Heck you can even customize the watch face.

We got the lilac-green one and the recipient (5 year old girl) loves the colours and having her very own smart watch.

Smartwatches are always a little over-sized and this one is no different – it looks a little large on a youngsters wrist but then most of them do – it means you can get more functions and better battery life.

We haven’t fully tested the full waterproofing claim although it’s withstood a shower – no problem.
No problem setting it up and installing the related Android app.
Overall pleasantly surprised – it’s a capable watch and nicely designed for a youngster.

I have been quite impressed with this smartwatch! The pastel colours are cute and the overall packaging is very appealing for children. The build quality is decent – don’t expect Apple levels of quality – and the wraparound velcro strap is easy for young ones to manage by themselves.

The watch face is customisable which provides a lot of fun. The games are nice little feature, alongside the step counter and heart rate monitor.

The battery life is really rather good, and charging it is simple using the two pin magnetic charger provided.

At time of ordering this smartwatch was 39.99 hence the 4 star review. It is currently on sale for 29.99, which I think is far more fair as a price point for a kids product.

For the asking price I think this is a great option for younger kids that want an ‘Apple watch’ type device like mummy or daddy. Sure it’s made of plastic but the fit and finish and overall quality is really good for something at this price point and to a child it looks like the real thing.

I was hoping it would work without a phone but you do need to pair it with one but this was simple enough after scanning the QR code it displays on the screen. However you do not need to create a cloud account and can keep it local which I liked for privacy reasons.

The range of apps on it is limited but it covers the main stuff like heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, fitness tracking and it even has a few rudimentary games included. The heart rate and blood oxygen seemed pretty accurate, at least compared to my Apple watch anyway. There’s quite a few fitness categories to track too including various running and walking activities, swimming, cycling, tennis and badminton to name a few.

There’s four different watch faces to choose from plus sleep tracking, an alarm as well as timers and a stopwatch. Charging is by means of a magnetic connector with spring loaded pins as is usual with this segment of the wearable market.

Can’t really fault it for the money. Definitely recommended for kids.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great budget kids smartwatch

This watch is absolutely brilliant. The quality is great, well worth the price. It looks beautiful and functions well too. The features are very good and everything works efficiently and effectively. This watch does everything from tracking steps and other physical activities to offering games and an alarm clock. It’s very easy to use which is perfect for children. Overall, if you’re looking for a quality kids fitness watch, I’d highly recommend this one 🙂

Isn’t technology fascinating? High end products get more and more complex and expensive. And then become unusable. My wife’s top end Fitbit Se
nse WILL not sync with her phone. She can’t use half of the features.
So although I originally got this as a potential present for our niece, I let my wife trial it. She came back gobsmacked. She said ” I’m keeping this! It does EVERYTHING!”
Well, of course it doesn’t. No camera. Really limited games. What do you expect?
    But.
It’s sharp looking, works really well, does steps, heattrate, sleep.monitoring..all the things an average person needs from a fitness tracker. At a fraction of the price.
So think carefully. While this is aimed at children in design and some features, what you actually get is a well featured starter fitness tracker. And it might be all you need
Might be worth considering, especially if you use your phone for Internet, games etc and want a separate fitness tracker.
    Fabulous value for money!

I was really surprised how good this little watch is and great for young sporty children that would like similar facilities for tracking activities as an adult.
It supports a whole range of activities including running ,swimming, cycling etc and although we haven’t tested that yet , it is waterproof and will be great for swimming.
It’s a touch screen with customisable features and something that can be quickly personalised to the user.
Theres puzzles and games , a sleep monitor and a useful alarm clock all easy to set and use.
It’s currently synced with an adults phone so they always have to be nearby if tracking , battery life seems good and it’s fairly robust.
The watch was given to a fairly confident 8 year old who loved it.

This has a lovely look to it. The pastel strap looks really nice with the two colours. It is easy to put on and do up. You do however need to download and app to use the functions on this watch. You can then monitor heart rate, steps etc and sleep patterns like an adult watch. A lovely watch for an older child and it appears to work well. Easy to operate with the touch scree

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty colouring

This is a pretty, but sturdy watch. The velcro strap offers comfort and the screen is nice and clear. It was easy to link up with a Samsung and has a good battery life. Used predominately for exercise purposes, the 11-year old recipient has been charting her daily steps and fitness as she wishes to shift to few excess pounds.
She is thrilled with her progress and the watch. A great buy!

I was expecting something mediocre like the Minecraft watch I had recently purchased, but was pleasantly surprised when I actually got to try it out.

The fitness features are excellent, particularly the heart rate monitor.

The customisability for watch faces is amazing, my son loves it and has his favourite Fortnite character as a wallpaper.

The app is great – it tracks your stats, allows you to manage your watch and it just works, no messing around.

The build quality of the watch is good – the lightweight plastic means that if/when it is dropped on the floor, it won’t shatter or break, it’ll just bounce. You’d normally worry when a child has a relatively expensive gadget, but in this case, I have no concerns at all that it would break.

If your budget doesn’t stretch to the premium end of the market but you want a fully featured smartwatch then you won’t go far wrong with this offering, especially if you are looking for a Christmas gift for a loved one. It comes with all the features you’d expect from a smartwatch from heart rate monitor to sleep tracking and just about everything in between. It is well made and once you download the App you’ll be able to sync it up to your phone to access all of it features. Battery life is also very good with 4 days between charges easily achievable.
    Recommended.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI had to return my girls fitbits since they wouldn’t sync anymore since moving to google account. I ordered this watch and didn’t expect it to be so good. Very user friendly. The watch faces can be changed without connecting it to the phone and pictures can be used as background. Sleep tracking is available without syncing it. The quality of the watch is excellent. Very happy

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy granddaughter loves this watch. Just what she wanted. Doesn’t play with the games at the moment but likes to see how many steps she has taken, all about her sleep pattern and her heart rate.
Seems to be a standard 2 pin magnetic charger so have ordered more from.amazon so if she loses the cable I have a spare!
