2. Check if you are using the adapter in our package or the 18W fast adapter for charging.
3. Check if the phone is charged with the case, check your device case for metal foreign objects, magnetic and metal accessories will make the LED blink and prevent charging. If yes, please take off the protective case and try to charge.
4. If you are using an ordinary 5V charger, the light will flash slowly when the product is in standby.

1. Do not use thick shells larger than 2MM, not suitable for other anti-fall thick shells.
2. If you are an iphone 12Pro Max/13 promax series mobile phone, please do not use a mobile phone case larger than 2MM to achieve the best charging effect.
FAQ: My phone is an iPhone 13/12 series, but it cannot be charged?
1. If your iPhone cannot be charged, it may be caused by the IOS version (especially IOS 14.3). Please try restarting your phone to resolve this issue.
2. Please place your device correctly in the charging area, try to lay it horizontally or remove the phone case.
FAQ: The phone disconnects automatically after charging for a while, how can I solve this problem?
1. This may be caused by unstable voltage, please do not use computer or other devices to power wireless charging, please use the charging cable and fast charger in our box. (Using 5V or computer power supply may cause the mobile phone case/watch/earphone to be unable to be charged and to be disconnected)
2. Try restarting the phone/try restarting the wireless charging product.

This is so easy to use & I keep mine in the bedroom so you can put phone watch & iPods to be charged all whilst you sleep plus there is a small blue nightlight that you can have on or off which is handy if you wake in the night & don’t want the big bright room light on & in the morning just grab your phone & put on the watch & your ready for the day, I like that once your items have charged it just shuts off so no overheating. Amazing Produc
I was a bit unsure about purchasing a none apple brand but I am so glad I did as this product does what it says on the box. Love that I have all my devices in one space and not millions of cables and chargers. Highly recommend.
Great product, easy to use
Straight out of the box and working in less than one minute. Phone can be used vertical or horizontal, Apple Watch sits firmly and earbuds charge wirelessly. The light can be switched on or off by the button on the front. Nothing more to say, just a great product ++++
Very impressed
I brought this for my I phone and Apple Watch to save on endless charging leads. It works really well. The charging time is good and you can fold it flat when you aren’t using it. I like the fact that there are several colour options to choose from. I went for purple. I would recommend this product.
Love it!
I absolutely love my 3 in 1 wireless charging unit for iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. The convenience of being able to charge all three devices simultaneously is much better than the previous cable mess. The build quality is good, and it seems reliable a few months into use.
However, there is one minor issue I’ve encountered. Occasionally, the charging light for the AirPods turns on at night, and it’s quite bright, sometimes waking me up. Thankfully, it’s easily resolved by pushing the button to turn it off. Overall, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the convenience and efficiency this charging unit offers. Highly recommended!
Great charging station!
Really happy with my purchase, sits neatly on my bedside table, modern and foldable. Also like the feature of being able to choose whether or not you have the blue charging light on.

Great charge
I bought this to replace a charger for my iphone which was not behaving. I hadn’t realised this folds flat so it’s a great charger to take on travels. It actually charges my phone with my case on without any problems and charges my watch without any issues. Great buy!
Not working
I purchased the Yoxinta 3-in-1 charger at the end of December and was really pleased with it. It stopped charging my iPhone last night. So frustrating! Now a 2-in-1 and heading for the bin.
Put in this review and company got in touch to say they’d send me a new one. I thought aftercare was a thing of the past. Thank you Yoxinta. It means a lot.
Excellent customer service and produc
Just want to say how impressed I am with the excellent customer service I have received. When I received the first product, it unfortunately stopped working and I was past the return date. The customer services team actively reached out to me and wanted to ensure that the product I received was a one off defective charger. They kindly sent me out a new product which arrived the next day, this confirmed the product was a one off defective charger. The new charger is brilliant, charges all of my gadgets. I love how when you put your phone on charge horizontally, this triggers the NightStand features of the iPhone. Charging is a bit slower than the lightning cable, but that’s to be expected. Doesn’t impact me as I charge it at night. Excellent product and amazing customer care. Thank you team.

Chose this item as it did just what i wanted from a wireless charging station. As it says on the box iPhones can be laid both portrait and landscape mode.
Had a problem with it in so far as it was slow at charging iPhone, contacted the company using the QR code rom the documentation in the package and after a couple of emails asking me to try things, they offered a refund or replacement (which I accepted). Received it a couple of days later and it works fine.

Bought this product a month ago and the phone charger completely stopped working. Still works to charge my watch but nothing else.

New item received, works perfectly
I am editing my original review, the seller reached out to me and suggested the original item may have been defective, they have kindly sent me a replacement which works perfectly. The original problem was a pulsing blue light around the base that could not be switched off, this is now resolved with the new item and it is perfect for use. Excellent customer service. The item is still slightly flimsy on the phone holder but for the price of this charger it is an excellent purchase and i am very happy with it.

The item is flimsy, the back stand collapsed with my phone on it but i could tolerate that and use it flat but the worst thing is the large pulsing blue light around the base

So pleased I purchased this after seeing my daughter’s one. No extra leads or plugs are needed. Great for when I am travelling. Will not misplace them indoors as they are all together. Perfect.
Excellent alternative to a mess of cables
One cable, three devices charging. It may not charge as fast as three separate, dedicated units but it’s a lot neater and more useful. Not exactly robust, nor does it need to be if treated carefully. Recommended.

A little noisy for by the bed but used in kitchen for the whole family to use. Ideal to sit phone and watch on for charging. Doesn’t charge as fast as your normal charger though
Saves using 3 leads
This is a light easily used bit of kit. Works perfectly charging all 3 items at the same time even with covers on the AirPods and iPhone. Folds easily for travelling and packs away taking little space.

Now that Apple has changed all the charging ports to a C connector this seemed like a better option than replacing all my chargers. Was a bit skeptical at first because of the price but it’s bang on and also has a blue night light which is quite handy
Good charging system
Very well built and put together. Charges all our I phones no problem and also the Apple I watch. Only issue is wit the AirPods. A little bit hit an miss but on the whole for the price very good item.
Very stylish 3 in 1 charge
Bought this 3 in 1 charger to charge my iPhone 11 and Apple watch on a bedside table overnight. (I’ll have to see if Santa brings me a set of AirPods.) Looks very nice and charges at least 2 items simultaneously. As I use it over night I can’t comment on how long it takes to charge anything. Definitely less than 8 hours but I don’t think anyone will find this information useful.
The iPhone can be charged when either horizontal or vertical. With the new IOS version recently released for the phone this means it can be used as a very nice bedside clock.
The fact that the charger can be folded flat means that it can be taken on trips which means on holiday I will only need to take this and not 2 plugs and cables.
Does what it says
It is great for charging all three of my devices, it is fit for purpose, my only issue with this is that it is quite light and not very sturdy.
It works well, if a bit flimsy
The charger it’s very compact and charing power seems enough. A bit slower than other chargers but very convenient, even for traveling, as it folds flat. The only con is that the flap that allows it to fold, folds too easily, so sometimes it folds as you try to put your phone on.
