    Positive: strong, sturdy and durable exercise board. Can do a lot of stuff on it especially press ups. Easy to use, flexible with different types of Fitness exercises. Slot areas for the hand bars, sturdy and safe to use with different people weights, portable and has a carry-on bag.

    Everyone knows that the body weight exercises are one of the best ones that a person can do for regular light exercising but also for when there are more specific goals.
    Push ups are one of the most important exercises for building strength, stamina and why not muscle mass.
    When performing regular push-ups without the help of any equipment there is a limitation to the number of muscles that I can target as my wrists are flat on the ground and it won’t allow me too much variation. This simple and ingenious device allows me to easily hit a lot of muscle groups by changing the slots that the handles sit in.
    Besides push-ups the set coms with two elastic bands which have helped me increased the array of exercises that I can perform with this minimal equipment; exercises which hit muscle groups like shoulders, biceps, triceps, quads just to name a few.
    It’s very compact as it can be folded up and tucked inside the bag provided and taken anywhere.
    I am happy I have discovered this as I do not have much time to go to the gym but this set has allowed be to exercise when and where it is most convenient for me.

    I have early stage arthritis so get pain in my wrists when doing a regular press-up. This board has not a only given me the ability to do press-ups again relatively painlessly, but with the many positions for the handles targeting many different muscle groups is great. This has helped me take my home training to another level and I sure visible results will only be a short time coming. A great addition to any home workout area and I wish I had bought it so much earlier.

    This product is really good. It’s easy to set up and change hand positions. The quality is nice, and the extra features are like a little bonus. It’s a great choice if you want something simple and effective for your home workout. No sticky pads so to be used on carpets. If you have a rug, probably best to avoid in case it slides whilst using the board.

    This is a good product, easy to put together and to change the hand positions. Good quality product. Added extras are nice too. Can definitely feel the different positions would recommend If you want to change up your push up workouts

    Thus push up board is OK, it us very lightweight, it doesn’t come with enough sticky grip pads to cover each foot but seems to still grip OK, just make sure when you apply them to spread them evenly over each side. It’s great for push ups, the resistance band is quite flimsy and doesn’t off a huge amount if resistance! It’s a good addition to a home workout kit.

    I find these make you want to do push ups. You get a deeper stretch with the handles and the different hand positions are useful to change things up. I do feel that you aren’t really targeting back muscles with it but the chest, triceps and shoulder get a great workout. It’s often underrated and simple push ups should not be overlooked. Done daily as part of a routine you’ll gain notable strength. You can also add weight to yourself or wear a vest to make it harder. I found the bungee cords a bit of a gimmick but they’re decent for simple mobility exercise but not really to gain strength, decent bit of kit!

    The board and its accompanying accessories are well-crafted, with the only minor drawback being the resistance bands, which could use a bit more strength to provide a more effective workout. The addition of 16 sticky feet pads for a board with 24 feet was an interesting choice. Surprisingly, even with 4 missing on each side, the board remained stable on both carpet and vinyl flooring.

    What sets this board apart is the coloured markings that indicate hand grip positions, making it incredibly easy to ensure proper placement for each exercise. The board’s foldable design and the inclusion of a nylon carry pouch with a drawstring make it effortlessly portable, allowing you to use it anywhere.

    The board and accessories are well made although the resistance bands could be a bit stronger as it sometimes feel that you’re not doing any work.
    There were 16 sticky feet pads to attach but 24 feet on the board, I spread them out and although there were 4 missing on each side it didn’t slip on carpet or on a vinyl floor either which is good.

    The coloured markings for the hand grip positions make it easy to get them in the correct position for each exercise.
    The way the board folds and the inclusion of a nylon carry pouch with a drawstring makes it easy to pack up and use anywhere.
    This will be a good addition to any work out equipment and home gym.
