Brought an item and it got ripped in the wind wind however after speaking to customer service who was brilliant they have replaced the item. Item is really thick and good quality so overall very happy
Great customer service
Purchased in May last year unfortunately i experienced a product issue however the customer service and support is exemplary, and a new cover is being provided. Fully recommend product and support.
Bad quality
I purchased this item twice, and on both occasions, it disappointingly fell apart after just a year of use, succumbing to the elements of wind and rain. I am dissatisfied with the overall quality, and in my opinion, it does not justify the price. DO NOT BUY!
UPDATE: After our original disappointment of the Dokon garden furniture cover only lasting just over a year, we were amazed to receive an email from the vendor offering us a free replacement! We accepted the offer. It arrived promptly and we hope it will last for several years to come. Thank you so much Dokon. Great customer service!
We bought the cover in May 2022 and were originally pleased with it as it fitted over L-shaped sofa and table and protected the garden furniture from rain/snow. We liked the buckle ties on each corner to prevent the cover flying off when windy. We dismantled the table over the winter and just covered the sofa by tucking it in.
We had rain overnight and awoke this morning (July 2023) to find a large rip in the cover. We are disappointed it has only lasted just over a year.

Came very well ackaged in a carry case which was pretty nice. I’m not sure il ever be able to fold it back up if I was ever to store it away again but that’s not really the makers fault.
Bought the size as per the dimensions of our L shaped sofa and it fits perfectly. Its slightly taller so does sit on the floor ut this doesn’t seem to matter.
Securing and removing is relatively easy with use of the plastic clips.
A negative is that the clip straps are not secured to the cover with stitching or other means so they can become separated when the cover is not in use or if you have sneaky children that like to play with everything.
I was expecting a slightly thicker material. It does appear to stand up to water and so far we have had no leaks through. My concern is more with some of the wind we get in Scotland and if constant rubbing which will inevitably come with that wind will wear or tear the material.
Can’t fault it yet though, will have to wait and see how it holds up over time.
