Looks comfy but lumpy
It looks fluffy and lovely, but when it arrived there was more stuffing in centre strip than outer two, so Mz (dog) took a few attempts with treats to get on there. Just washed and even more lumpy, it’s a shame as feels lovely and soft, not impressed as now need to replace after one wash
Great product so fa
Just the right size for the puppy’s crate. He went to lay on it as soon as it was out of the box. Very well packaged; vacuum sealed.
Will see how robust it is after a few days of use.
Not as thick as advertised.
Item is not as thick as shown. It comes vacuum packed and has a really fluffy cover. My dogs won’t lie on it as yet but I am persevering. I haven’t needed to wash it yet but it looks like it will go into clumps as you can’t just wash the cover. Size is perfect for a medium crate.
Reggie hasn't left his house yet and it's 10am!
OK, so my boy Reggie is an older gentleman and usually gets up lazily around 9am. Its currently 10.15am and he has shown absolutely zero interest in moving from his new bed! I wanted something to give him support for his hips and back (he’s a rescue lab mix so his hips are starting to play up). He’s also a snuggly dog. He likes fluff and plump and squish so this was the absolutely perfect bedding for his crate! It fits perfectly inside and is nice and cosy. I did buy a flatter orthopedic mat to put underneath to keep him extra warm and extra supported and I’m glad I did because he is definitely extra happy! (For other dogs I’m not sure if an extra layer is necessary but as our floor is quite cold and as I said, he’s an extra squishy dog) I wanted the extra. For size reference, Reggie weighs 27kg and is a smaller sized lab and it’s a great length for him.
Amazing!
I bought this bed for one of my dogs who was recently diagnosed with doggie dementia following a seizure. Since the seizure she has been continually turning in circles and can’t settle. I saw this bed and was attracted to it as the description says it’s good for anxious dogs. I can’t say how impressed I am by it. If I lay Coco on it, she will just relax and go to sleep.
If I needed any proof, today as usual she was pacing and circling, and I put her in the soft crate I have bought for her, but she still kept circling. I had taken the mattress out of the crate to wash it. I brought it back and put it in the crate. I couldn’t put it in properly as she was already in the crate. However, the minute she felt the mattress, she just fell asleep and has been sleeping for about 3-4 hours. She wasn’t even lying on it, just had her head on it. Amazing!
Best quality crate bed I’ve come across for the price
Our dog was recovering from surgery so we got him this to lay inside the crate with. It’s pretty thick and he uses it as his main bed now he no longer needs the crate, as he finds it really comfy. I’m pretty happy with it overall as I saw lots of other similar beds being called out for being really thin.
Exactly as described
Our elderly cat is quite frail now so I ordered this bed because it was described as soft and comfortable and I thought it would give her some padding for her old bones. I had to put her old bed cover on top of this new bed so she would accept it as something to lie on but as you can see from the photo the bed underneath is indeed very soft, thick and comfortable. Excellent value for the price.
