The Key Ingredients Added to the Free Soul Protein Blend:

Peruvian Maca

Traditionally used to help regulate female hormonal balance and improve mood. Maca is a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals and fibre. Studies have shown that this adaptogen improves energy and focus.

Siberian Ginseng & Guarana

These contribute to physical and mental well-being, acting as a natural, mild stimulant to support energy levels.

L-Carnitine

This naturally occurring amino acid compound plays a crucial role in the production of energy and supports metabolism.

Magnesium

Important for bone health, magnesium also helps to reduce tiredness and improve mood and psychological function.

Iron

Contributes to normal hair, skin, and nails and the regulation of hormonal activity. Also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

    My new fave protein powde
I have been on the hunt for a new vegan clean protein powder for a while. After testing so many brands and wasting so much money I’m glad I finally found something that works for me. No bloating and actually tastes nice.

    Yummy Protein powde
This is the only protein powder I like, it’s truly delicious. I love that I can mix it with many different drinks / breakfasts I make in the am. Very grateful for the product. It also has great additionally healthy ingredients.
    Another amazing product by freesoul.

    Instantly felt the benefi
I’ve been on a health journey the past year mainly focusing on increasing my activity levels. I lost over a stone and managed to keep it off, but plateaued so now looking more closely at my nutrition to keep going further. I realised I wasn’t getting enough protein, so as well as eating more eggs I thought I would try this. I had my first one yesterday morning along with an egg and half a bacon rasher. I did not feel hungry again until about 4pm, instead I felt full and energised. My personal trainer recommends having one before a workout to benefit from it so I might not have it every day. I got the chocolate one which I made a smoothie with using oat milk and water. I wasn’t sure about the taste to begin with but I think I will get used to it and look forward to adding other things to the smoothie such as banana and strawberries. I also really like how accessible the packaging is; so many protein shakes or bars look like they are targeting body builders which is definitely not my goal.

And I LOVE the taste!!! I got the chocolate flavour and i drink it with plant base milk. Just started today so cant tell you about the effects on energy ect but super happy so far!

    Nutrient dense, worth a try
Tastes similar to huel, slightly gritty like most protein powders. If you go in with this expectation, it’s perfectly palatable. The chocolate flavour tastes like low calorie drinking chocolate (cocoa and a hint of sweetener). I mix it in a shaker with refrigerated water and dash of oat milk, and that is pleasant enough for me. Surprisingly filling. Could perhaps be made smoother of you use a blender, but honestly the texture wasn’t bothersome.
Haven’t been using long enough to say whether I can feel a major health difference, but prior to using, I was buying the majority of the supplements that happen to be in this blend, but in capsule form, and having all of them in the powder works out cheaper than buying all of the capsules – so I can’t quibble at the price.
Would be good if a measure cup was included, like with huel.

    Tasty Protein Powde
This has been my favourite protein powder I’ve tried so far! The flavour is really nice, I use it for my protein shakes and also make some really tasty desserts with it. Great price and the bag lasts me a while.

    Tasty, packaged well, feel great!
Genuinely believe this contributes to an improvement in overall health as well as helping to increase protein intake. Typically mix with an iced latte sachet, milk and water for a breakfast on the go.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLove this produc
At first I ordered the vanilla flavour and it took a while to find a way to drink/eat it where it wasn’t gritty. I ended up adding it to my coffee in the mornings and I love it! I decided to try the chocolate this time and it’s so much better, I still have it in my coffee because it’s my favourite way of drinking it now. I also add it to my porridge sometimes.

Great tasting protein powder for women.
This is the first protein powder i have ever bought. I was worried about the taste, or that it would leave me gassy. But this honestly tastes amazing – i have set up a monthly subscription.

My only complaint is that it doesnt come with a powder scooper, so I have no idea how much i am meant to use. Also it is quite pricey. But it you have the cash to spare, you won’t be disappointed.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI crave this protein everyday!
I’ve been using this protein for almost a year now and I can’t get enough.

I find it really hard to get enough protein in, but by just adding this to my breakfast I know I’m getting the protein I need and that it supports my hormones. I feel stronger, less tired & no longer get terrible sugar cravings throughout the day!

I’ve tried a few different proteins, but keep coming back to Free Soul. It’s the only one that’s actually formulated for women, doesn’t make me bloated and tastes the best. The texture is great too so it’s the perfect addition to smoothies!

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersTastes delicious and so good for energy levels!
I have been using the Vanilla protein powder from Free Soul for a few days and already I can feel an increase in my energy levels and general mood. I wasn’t expecting it to have such an immediate impact but I’ve not changed anything else in my diet, and I can see even my hair is shinier and my skin is so amazing – really glowing and clear.
It’s also really tasty, the vanilla is subtle and tastes natural. It’s really delicious mixed in with milk or in my porridge in the morning. Some protein powders I’ve used before are a bit chalky and have a chemical aftertaste, but this one doesn’t have that at all, and it mixes to a really nice consistency too.
You get a pretty big bag, it’s really good value for the price considering all the added vitamins you get too.

I’ll be buying this again when I run out and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others looking for a really tasty, effective protein powder.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersIt really does taste good
I have tried a couple of other plant based protein powders and this one taste the best
The chocolate one tastes really good, not to sweet with a nice taste of co co. Great with porridge or making smoothies.
Plant based protein powder on its own don’t taste great, let’s be honest, unless you like eating cardboard. I think they have done well to mask it with the co co and the sweetner Stevia. It’s good to avoid sweetners but if you had to pick one this would be my preferred choice and it works well.
Plus with all the other goodies added, vitamins and ginseng, it saves you buying a multi vitamin tablet.

Is it bad? Is it good? I can't tell
I’ve never had protein powder before so I don’t know if they’re all like this but it smells and tastes like play dough and it’s so grainy that it gets stuck in your throat. It’s still edible though so 4 stars

Very happy with this protein shake! I use it most days for breakfast! Would be better if scoop was included and had a larger bag as it only
Last approx 9/10 days and is not the cheapest! Well worth the price though

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersTaste disgusting
Only reason for the four stars is because I think it taste absolutely vile! Probably the worse protein I’ve ever tried, also doesn’t come with a scoop so if you don’t have one you’d have to weigh the stuff so I recommend getting one if your interested in buying! I won’t be buying and will be going back to a brand I’ve previously used

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersPowdery, but tasty
I have only had two doses so far so I am still working out the best way to mix it. Today I had it with 300ml coconut milk (drink) and added ice after shaking. It was powdery after mixing so added water and left it sitting a while, it seems to lose most of the texture when left for a while before drinking. It does taste good (chocolate one)/ I am looking forward to seeing the benefits of the other ingredients. Hopefully time will tell.

I’ve never tried protein shakes before, but I know I wanted one with a decent % of protein and no horrible fillers. This ticks all the boxes. I agree with everyone else that a 30g scoop should be included, but luckily I had one in my collagen protein container. It is a little on the sweet side for me, so would like a stevia free version and that way I can sweeten it to my liking with a banana or other fruit. I too added it to my unsweetened porridge and it was perfect. It mixes really well in porridge or as a shake (mixed in a blender).
