This heater doesn’t have the oscillation feature. The bottom bracket that supports opening, and a 10° elevation angle to increase the heating area
Can I using Alexa to turn on and turn off this heater ?
Yes, you can using Alexa to turn on and turn off the heater. As Alexa can’t accept heater as the name to turn it off, please rename the heater like (room name)+ heater.
Can you disable the 24-hour- shutdown ?
In order to meet the requirements of US safety regulations, this heater needs to be set to automatically shut down for 24 hours. When the heater is turned back on again, the 24-hour timer will restart.
How many watts of low/medium/high setting ?
The low setting is 900W, medium setting is 1200W, high setting is 1500W. It also has fan and auto mode. You can choose the mode you want.
Will it be silent to using when sleeping ?
The typical decibel levels for space heaters is 37dB. It won’t disturb your dream when using in the bedroom.

The user interface in the Goovee App is good and easy to use.
The integration with Google Home was simple and works seamlessly.
I use it to heat my 200ft boat that I live on full time and it gets the space up to 20c from 8c in approximately 30 mins and keeps the space at that temperature relatively efficiently.

Great little heate
Very easy to use, heats up immediately and gives out good warmth. So pleased with this that i’ve purchased a bigger one for a larger room. Hopefully will help save on the heating bills!!
For the dimensions, the heater does an excellent job. Small but powerfull. For a small room, 3×3 for example, at the first level its already to have a nice temperature. Small, silent and connected to Alexa is s good value. I buyed 3 because work too with the most temperature meter of the same brand. 9/10.
PS: if the electricity go down, you need to reactivate the wifi on the heate
This heater was extremly easy to use and the connectivity of it is extremly usefull.
It heats the room it was bought for extremly well and quickly so it doesnt need to be on for as long as my previous heaters.
The ability to use an app is great as it means i can keep the heater in a better position rather than having to be easy to reach.
And the added piece of mind that i can check it is off, when im not in the room, or turn it on 5 mins before i go in so it has warmed up is perfect.

Didn’t expect that small item can change temperature in room that quick. I set up this heater with thermostat from same company so heater working automatically when temp was lower than I want.
Amazing small heate
Really good heater fan for the room. This was the smallest option of 3 that we were considering and it was more than enough to heat up our room quickly. Lots of functionality too. Would suggest though to get the one with the oscillating option (slightly bit more pricey than this) to cover a wider area.
Works well
I bought it for my loft as it has no heating. It heats up the space quite well and uses a reasonable amount of electricity. I took a star off because for an old folk like myself, setting it up was not easy !
Fab
This is one of the best things I have bought.. no more waking up and having to get ready in the cold. I love that it works with Google home and that I can program it to come on and go off on my phone.
I would definitely recommend this product its easy to set up and its amaing at keeping you warm it really packs a punch!
I have so many Govee products so I thought I would try this as our portable heater is rubbish and I was fed up with having to put the whole house central heating on just to ensure my toddlers room wasn’t like the Antarctic in this weather and it has not disappointed.
It is all app controlled, however basics are available on the heater itself.
I am able to adjust the heating in my daughter’s room, set timers and keep an eye.
I am yet to buy the Govee room thermometer but if you do, you can set the timers / controls to automatically kick in once the room drops below a certain temp or gets to temp.
My view might change once the electricity bill comes in but I can’t imagine this is costing more than running the house central heating. It gets to temp very quickly and disperses the heat well, unlike other fan heaters that leave that smuggy heat. It’s a very nice warmth, and I will be recommending it to family and friends 🙂
Lots of heat for size
Just got this heater. Had it on in the sittingroom. Heater the room up easily. The app was easy to set up and connecting it to wifi was easy too. The heater takes a few seconds to turn off when you press off, I thought there was a problem at first but there isn’t. Haven’t tried the timer ye
Looks smart, not overly big so fits on a shelf nicely, colourful led lights, also I have managed to link it to my Alexa, and Siri though my shortcuts app, so now I don’t even have to touch it, it’s got 3 hot heat settings and a fan that blows cold air, it also has this timer to put it on for however long you need it, I have my Alexa set to it to turn on around 6:30 and turn off around 8am to warm the room when I wake up in the morning. Blows hot air quick, fills a nice size living room or large bedroom easily. Very happy with this smart heate
Works well with Alexa
One of relatively few fan heaters you can buy currently that supports Alexa. You can buy an ordinary fan heater and a smart plug but most smart plugs would not support that much power. Better to have one designed to work with Alexa like this. Not particularly user friendly though. The buttons on the device are a bit cryptic and the instructions are poor. It does work though so persevere. Other reason it lost a star is that you have to press one if the physical buttons on the fan heater to reconnect to WiFi if the power goes off and on again. Otherwise seems good.
The device itself is pretty good. I just wish the app was better, I combined it with a Govee thermometer and it’s pretty responsive compared to other IoT solutions. The logging is precise and exporting the data is easy. The only problem that the app is just awkward to use and requires to many steps to do simple things.
I needed a space heater in my hallway as this space doesn’t have heating. I’ve been setting up my smart home so a smart heater was the way forward. I looked at a few options, though this Amazon exclusive brand Govee looked to be a good proposition.
Once out of the box, it’s a relatively small cylinder with a generous lead length to plug in. With the app downloaded and key sequence pressed, it took mere seconds to set up on the Govee app. The features within the app are good, with an easy to understand layout. I went to work on setting up the schedule which is flexible to the minute. It has a standard 21 degrees celcius default for each new on schedule so bear this in mind when setting up.
It does have google home integration but this is limited to turning on and off only. This really needs improvement here!
For such a small unit, it heats up the area effectively and quite quietly. Overall. I’m pleased with the heater.

I unpacked the heater and thought it looked like a trendy speaker and that was what I wanted
I downloaded the instructions and after a lot of sorting out it started working with Alexa combined with a thermostat to keep the temperature i soon really warmed to my new device and highly recommended it.
Very surprised on how well it warmed a medium size room within 10 minutes being a small heater and on the medium setting …app for myself was easy enough as I use govee products anyway noise is quiet but I only need it on for 20mins to warm a room completely so I don’t use it at night to hear it .its also very good quality build feels like it could take punishment also pretty stylish I’m glad I got one now I would say the value of the heater is well worth it as it’s cheap on electric being in a over priced country england possible buy the one that turns on its own nex
It just works
No set up faff (provided you read the instructions). Warms up my 5x4m garden office fairly quickly – it’s October and usually 15c so takes 30min to get to 18c on low settling. Garden office won’t be aS insulated as a home room so lots of variables to consider. The ease of operation is what I like. Very convenient and very low noise. Worth the cab IMO.
I bought this heater specifically because it was advertised as Alexa compatible … but I found it quite difficult to connect
The device requires 2.8ghz WiFi -,so I had to manually change the modem
Then the device wasnt recognised by the downloaded app – I had to go into the app settings & tried various different options before successfully linking the device to Alexa
Now connected, the heater works well. I have reconfigured my WiFi modem back to 5Ghz and moved the heater to different brooms in the house and the unit works fine.
