Good piece of ki
Used this so my elderly father could call for help overnight. Clear picture on night vision and clear sound. Price seems reasonable, not that you can put a price on the reassurance it has given us

This is perfect for moving around and whilst your on the move cleaning and baby’s sleeping screen isn’t the perfect clear vision it’s not hd but I’ve used it for a while now and still do worth the money

Clear picture
Couldn’t recommend enough- we had another camera which was more than double this cameras price that one had a bright blue led for the night vision this one however is so dim you can barely notice it! It’s perfectly in sync with no lag or delays.

Good quality image, and eco mode works really well to save battery.
I realised after I bought it that you can add more cameras to the monitor which is also a massive plus with having more than one child!
Great for the price
I was sceptical about the quality of this due to the low price compared to other baby monitors, but read the reviews and decided to go for it.
It really is good, just plug in and go, no need to pair or download an app etc. video is very clear and better quality than our previous BT monitor. You can switch off the screen for just audio to save on battery while unplugged, and easily click the video on when needed.
Would definitely recommend, good quality and half the price of most other monitors
Brilliant, don’t bother with any other!
We’ve been through a few cameras with our three children and this is by far the best. Forget the wifi ones they always cut out/update when you least need it. This camera is very clear and the sound level brilliant for either when you’re downstairs with your older children or need it on quietly in your room. The zoom and 360 function brilliant. I had a small problem pairing a second camera to the monitor and following a short conversation and video of me using the camera, was immediately sent a replacement. Thank you!
Good customer service
I bought this product July 2023. It worked great, was easy to set up and reliable. Unfortunately the sound stopped working on the monitor. Although still functional, you couldn’t hear what was being picked up by the camera, despite it being unmuted. I contacted hellobaby for advice and was so impressed by their customer service. When we were unable to fix the monitor using the troubleshooting advice given, they sent us a replacement which arrived quickly. Thank you!

Baby monitor works great, really happy so the purchase. Wall mount kit was missing from so contacted customer service and they sent a replacement out instantly! Less than 24h. Amazing communicatio
It’s pretty good other than the fact that the battery life on the monitor isn’t the best, I find I have to charge it twice a day otherwise it will die in the middle of the night and beep at me.
The video quality is pretty decent but not the clearest.
All in all, it’s pretty decent for the price.
Fantastic baby monitor with long range and great battery life
I’ve been using it for 3 months now and absolutely love it. It works even through 3 stories of my town house without issues. Battery life is also great on the monitor. The camera neds to be plugged into at all times though but it’s expected.

I had previous purchased a HelloBaby monitor and after a year, we had misplaced the screw needed to attach it to the wall mount. I contacted their customer services who were very quick to respond and they agreed to replace. On top of the camera being a fantastic purchase, it was great to know the customer service was the same. Would recommend and purchase their products again.
Super impressed
After seeing lots of reviews on a communal Facebook group for this, I reluctantly ordered (I had always loved other brands). But I was so pleasantly surprised! It is great value for money, the picture quality is just as good as bigger brands but for a fraction Of the price. The battery life is actually better than bigger brands and it is so easy to use. The fact you can remotely move the camera based on when your child moves around the bed is even better. Would highly recommend
Replaceme
Purchased a camera from Amazon, unfortunately after few months of use it stopped working.
Contacted the company directly as the returns policy on Amazon mentions its only valid for 30 days.
Within days they replied saying they would send me a new device.
Outstanding customer services, gaves us two devices when I only wanted a replacement, never asked for the broken device back so it indicates trust in the customer.
I would recommend this device to every single parent out there.

Reccomend
We bought this as a last resort. Never usually leave reviews but happy to help others that may be as conflicted as i was to buy an “off brand” cheaper monitor. It is perfect. Screen is smaller then what I am used to (had a BT 6000 that kept breaking) so you cant see the babys face as clear as you would on a bigger or better monitor but would still highly recommend.
I actually like how small the parent monitor is , easier to carry around the house .
No setup needed, good picture
We bought this to replace an old one we’d had for about 5 years. Our youngest is nearly 3 so we only need this to see when he’s getting up or if he’s woken but will go back to sleep etc. Not the same as a newborn needing more checking. However it does all the same things our old one did, just with a slightly smaller screen. Our original one was much more expensive so I would really recommend trying this even for younger children rather than the expensive one like we did.
Pin breaks but offered replacement/refund
Pin broken on the charging part of the monitor for the 2nd time. Picture and coverage are great but now two broken monitors in less than a year and they didn’t even fall. However I contacted the seller and they replied within hours and offered a replacement monitor so cannot ask for much more than that. Great customer service
Basic video monitor, does the job!
This model is a basic video monitor, but it does the job I needed it to do.
There is no 2-way talk function, no music or night light feature but I didn’t need those so it basically does everything I needed it to do i.e keep an eye on the baby.
Free standing but you have the option to wall mount it.
There is also a zoom function and the option to add more than one camera.
One issue I have had (but not very often) is when the baby cries or there is a constant noise the monitor will freeze for 2-3 seconds and then come back; other than that no issues.

My husband is bed bound with very bad chest and cough. I was able to monitor his situation without always having to get up and go to his room every time in the night .so confident I was able monitor him and know when he needed me.
Works really well...
Video is clear on the screen, sound works really well, battery doesn’t last for very long so I just leave it on charge while using it so could improve on battery life more, you also have to keep reconnecting the Bluetooth once in a while which is annoying but doesn’t happen too often.
Good customer service
When I received my monitor and camera, the camera was malfunctioning. I’ve contacted customer service and received a reply the same day. I coudn’t repair the camera I had so they sent me another one in less than 10 days. The new camera is working as advertised and the quality is good. Overall good experience.
Great camara
Bought this to monitor my mother whilst unwell, really happy with quality, sound and night vision, have it plugged in constantly over night also during the day, but that’s just me as I don’t want it to switch off, battery life is good but I need 24 hour so putting it on mains takes the worry away, all in all brilliant!

I asked for recommendations, and I nearly didn’t pick this one because the price was so much lower than the others I was recommended. But I am so glad I went for it in the end. The picture quality is amazing in the light and dark. The range is great (I went downstairs in the apartment block with it to see).

It just what it says on the description.
I love the large screen with stand, and the features are easy to operate.
I have installed it in my outside office to watch the children when they are doing their home work.
The exchanging voice feature is great for me to bring them back to order when they start getting distracted without stopping me on what I was doing.
The temperature feature is one of the thing I loved too. Once you set your lower and higher temperature of the room, it’s beep to alert you when it get out of that range.
The only downside is that you can’t stop the beeping unless the temperature gets within that range or you switch off the monitor.
Otherwise it’s great!
Having this baby monitor has saved me to buy and install a camera, and keep watching all movements on my phone .
Now, I can be on the phone and watch the kids at the same time.
