What is HexClad’s patented Hybrid Technology?

Our patented Hybrid technology combines all the benefits of stainless and nonstick into a single pan. The laser-etched stainless steel hexagonal network of ridges forms peaks over nonstick valleys for increased searing capabilities.

Do the handles get hot or are they heat-resistant?

Our stay-cool handles are designed specifically to be heat-resistant. However, shorter handles that are closer to the heat will heat up more quickly. So please use caution. And always use oven mitts when removing cookware out of the oven.

Is HexClad Hybrid Cookware oven-safe?

Yes. Our cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and our tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Can I use HexClad Hybrid Cookware on any type of cooktop?

You can use HexClad Hybrid Cookware on virtually all household stove tops including gas, electric, glass, and induction cooktops.

Can I use metal-utensils with HexClad Hybrid Cookware?

This was my “tester” piece of Hexclad. I’m so happy I tried it. The saucepan heats evenly and quickly. Being able to use metal utensils with this line make it that more attractive to me. Super happy with this purchase and have since purchased more pieces of Hexclad. I’ve read some reviews that it’s not as non-stick as the advertisements show, but I followed the instructions for seasoning the cookware before using it and have had no problem with foods sticking.

This saucepan is easy to clean and I’m looking forward to many years of use. It’s a great conductor of heat and requires less heat to get to the same temperature. It’s pricey but I may spring for more hexclad pans when my Calphalon wears down.

I now have a pretty complete set of HexClad cookware. I’m very happy with the cookware, but I was vexed by a little sticking when cooking fried eggs in the small frying pan. I only use olive oil for cooking (regular olive oil, not extra virgin) for health reasons. The olive oil works great for most everything, but still caused a little sticking with fried eggs. Yes, I seasoned the pans as directed; the problem persisted, even with low heat.

I found the solution yesterday while watch a HexClad demonstration at Costco. I asked the HexClad rep about the problem and he pointed to his bottle of avocado oil. I purchased a 1/2 gallon of avocado oil and used it to cook fried eggs this morning. They came out perfectly. I was totally unaware that avocado oil even existed. It tastes great, is a good choice for frying foods and is a healthy oil like olive oil.

I know the HexClad cookware is pricey, but I feel it’s the best stuff I’ve ever owned.

I hesitated at buying a ‘pot’ at this price, but I made the plunge & I’ve never regretted it. This saucepan is super high quality. I have yet to use it in the oven, but I like that it has that versatility. I have never had a boil over or burn. It is VERY easy to clean. I will be buying another size. Would recommend

Purchased this as a gift for someone that already has the large, flat saut pan and is wanting to add to their set. Heats quickly and evenly. Glass lid is great and easy to clean, as is the pan. Very happy with this saucepan!

My husband and I have tried a million different pots and pans over the last 30 years. These are the best! Slowly going to buy them all. Just buying one at a time now! They will last for the rest of our lives.

There’s nothing to dislike about it. It weighs more than some of my larger saucepans. I am a chef, and I thought that Chef Ramsay’s products would be a gimmick, but I was wrong. They are extremely well made, and I can even use my spoons and utilities without scratching them. Will be switching over to these when the other ones go bad. I even love the fact that the lid and the pan have well made cloth bags to cover them when not in use. Give them a shot, Steve

Like REALLY, SERIOUSLY non-stick. And durable. I’ve had it a couple months and haven’t put it in the dishwasher yet, but that’s partially because it’s never NEEDED more than a literal HAND wash. And I’ve slow-cooked curries, oatmeal, all kinds of stuff that should have burnt onto it.

If you go on prime it states this pan is 8 inches high. Bought it to make ff on my induction cooktop. Not deep enough but a great pan. 4 quart. In hindsight I should have known. But it’s the second one I have bought. First one tramonia did not work with induction ( great gift my sis loves) on to number 3.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThe item arrived with clean packaging, feels high quality, heats up well with low temperature settings on my electric stove, cleans easily, great for soups, boiling water, small portions of pasta, and making sauces. I recommend using lower temperatures at first to get the hang of how the pan heats and cooks. I was sure to follow the instructions to wash the pan and season when I removed it from the packaging and have not had an issue and recommend others do the same.

Takes some getting used to as you will be using lower heat settings. A little heavy and balance is not great, but manageable. You will want to “cure” your pans and the more you use them the more nonstick they become. Vented lids make cooking items that tend to boil over a breeze. These are my new favorite cookware and a joy to use in the kitchen.

I struggled whether to buy these pots or Scanpan’s but chose these because of a Prime Day special price. They are not as sturdy as Scanpan but the price is better. I seasoned them before the first use as instructed. I have had no issues with food sticking including scrambled eggs. I recommend these pots (I also have the griddle pan) if you don’t want to spend the extra money for Scanpan. DON’T FORGET TO SEASON. A friend of mine bought an entire set and hated them because food would constantly stick. As it turns out, he didn’t follow the instructions to season first.
