    There’s such a lot of programmes we will never be stuck for choice it was also delivered with such care and attention 10 out of 10 to the 2 delivery guys they were so polite and careful

    only gripe .. it has a bit of an issue on its arc smartness or lack of smartness .quite often won’t see a sky Q box but so does an LG ,one day manufactures will all get together and stick to a smart plan !!

    i bought this 50 inch TV a few weeks ago as a special treat for my Fiance, and quite honestly we love it as it’s like a cinema in our living room. easy to use and it was really easy to set up . this is our second Hisense tv as this replaced the 43inch which we had up on wall we where reluctant to get rid of it but just wanted a bigger tv. Hisense is a really good trusted brand i can definitely recommend this to everyone.

    Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersIf your a technical person I’d go and read other people’s review, if like me your just an average person that has had to buy a new TV cus your old 1 broke then I would recommend this one! Going from an old 32inch Bush and still using a smart plug to this 1 looks initially confusing but I found it easy to set up, just using the qr code and follow the instructions, sky plugged into hdmi and off you go! I read someone else’s review to go to setting and put it onto speech mode helps the voices over the background music. Only thing is you still need to use the TV remote instead if the sky to change volume but that’s such a minor thing. Definitely happy and overall impressed for the money!

    Golden Review Award: 8 From Our Userslike the picture and clarity dislike the channel guide which refuses to give program data but insists ‘no program’ on all channels but when a channel is selected the program appears for that channel only. Calls to hisense help desk a complete waste of time. The remote control can access the on screen e-manual which is obviously for another product so no help. To be clear the satellite cable was checked against an LG tv and the program guide was immediate no hassle. Eventually used a humax box to over come the problems which on a new tv should not be there so 9/10 amazon for delivery 0/10 hisense for usability. Wish I had kept the box for return!
