This shipping label printer is excellent! This is perfect for our small business it provides a fast and easy way to print labels, barcode, address stickers, and much more. Plus, the compact size makes it easy to place on a desk or countertop, saving space. Great product highly recommended.

Fast printer, easy to install and set up. If printing labels that have been generated the correct size or are top left of an a4 page then it’s a breeze. If you want to print any other area of a document the software is a bit of a faff.
Couple of hints: in Etsy you need to set the label size in the shipping config of your main settings so you don’t get an a4 page generated when you buy postage.
When printing anything with a barcode from the app e.g. Royal Mail postage label, in the app printer settings set the speed lower and also you need to set the quality lower to 4 reduce blurring. This seems counterintuitive but the quality appears to affect the amount of “ink” used in the image, the default setting uses too much and the lines bleed together.

This label printer works excellently, its easy to connect to a device and then you can just hit print and be done. The print quality is good enough for labels and such, definitely recommend.

This label printer is so easy to use. Practical and functional. Not very lightweight but compact. I have it on my desk as I’m always printing some labels. The quality of the label is not amazing but it is ok, some of the words I can’t read properly, so I need to print again. Sturdy and durable material. App is very easy to use, straightforward.

After my Offnova Label Machine ceased working and spent ages looking for a decent label printer. I read the reviews on this one so decided to order it. I LOVE IT, not only because its a lilac colour because its easy to set up fits great on my desk and just so easy to use. Highly recommended, just hope this one lasts.

Such a relief to have access to this. Is perfect for people who sell goods online. I sell a lot of 2nd hand books and it is so nice to be able to print one’s own label rather than go to a local shop and do it there. The convenience is the strongest selling point here. Works for pretty much every delivery company and is easy to set up. The printing is clear. Not sure how long the ink lasts – but I’ve used it dozens of times and it’s still going. Highly recommended.

Download the software, then connect using bluetooth to use this printer with a smartphone.
Although inserting paper can be a little challenging, the printer prints pages pretty quickly.

Despite the printer’s claims to be wireless, a wall outlet is still necessary for it to function.

Label printing has acceptable print quality, but when printing photos, it is not as excellent; it is therefore preferable to use a dedicated printer.

Other than that, it’s a good printer.

I use it to print labels from Evri and the sticker sheets are the exact size I need. It took less than 2 minutes to download the app and connect my Samsung S10+ to it, then it only took me 3 tries before I figured out how to use it. The labels are just as sticky as the ones you can print at the store so they securely stick to cardboard boxes. There hasn’t been any smudges or blurry print/text.

I often sell stuff online and I never considered using a bluetooth label printer but it’s significantly more convenient than my regular HP printer (plus it takes up less space and can easily be stored in a drawer).

This printer is pretty straightforward to use. You download an app, which then allows you to print. You plug the printer in and you can directly print from the app.

It comes with some labels, however I’m sure they will run out soon. The labels are printed clearly and very well.
    Overall great label printer.

This printer has made my small business operations run much smoother. Shipping out orders is no longer a time-consuming hassle. With a quick wireless connection to my smartphone, I was ready to go, eliminating the fuss of tangled wires. The printer kept up with the demand, churning out labels at a brisk pace without skimping on clarity.
The labels adhered well, and the ink did not smudge. The automatic paper feed saved me the fuss of manual adjustments and errors. Moreover, the range of label sizes catered to various packages, from tiny envelopes to larger parcels. Battery life wasn’t an issue, and the printer remained operational through extended periods of printing.
The compatibility with various platforms made it versatile. Editing labels was a breeze through the corresponding app, and the setup was intuitive. Without doubt, this printer has streamlined my shipping process, and it’s a reliable piece of equipment that has made a difference in my daily tasks.

I received this thermal printer for free as part of the Amazon Vine Programme.

I’ve always wanted to try one of these and they are just as much fun as you think! It was bigger than I thought it would be which makes it a little harder to store but worth it! I found it a little difficult to set up but once it’s up and running it’s great fun! The app works well with the printer and I’ve been able to print labels easily from my phone – I haven’t tried my laptop. This will be great for printing out labels but at the moment I mostly use it to print out pictures for my nieces to colour in! This is going to save us so much ink!

Decent quality thermal printer. I got this for my MIL, who does a lot of online selling, so this has come in very handy for her. Easy to set up, instructions are good. The quality of the printing is good, a few times she had to re-do a label, but otherwise it worked well and scanned fine in the post office. Well worth getting if you print a lot of labels etc, as you will save loads of money on ink. Good buy, she’s happy with it.

For me, despite the extra size, the built in paper bin is the game-changer here. I did own one of the smaller, manual feed label printers but it was a nightmare trying to store, align and feed the labels, whereas here, it is load, close the lid and off you go! Print quality is very good, takes a couple of scans at the post-office, but none thus far have failed to scan. In essence it is a plug & play which in my case is via a hardwire connection ot my office PC. Price wise a little too expensive for 5 stars, but overall an easy to use, well-built label printer that does the job!

Using this printer with a mobile phone is a breeze, just download the app and bluetooth to the printer. From there, it’s all very straight forward. Print quality is excellent and the print speed is very impressive.

It will support label rolls or fan-folded labels, and is quick and easy to load paper.

While the printer is sold as being wireless, it’s really not quite – you do still need to plug it in somewhere. It’s probably also worth checking the dimensions of the thing, because it’s quite a bit larger than the photographs might suggest.

My only real problem with it is that I can’t use it with my Chromebook (a Lenovo) as the app is flagged as not compatible. Not a huge problem as it’s so easy to use from my phone, but it’s an extra step if you’re working on a chromebook.

Apart from that, it’s a great item. Easy to use, flexible, and very very quick to print. If you regularly print packaging labels or things like that then this is an excellent buy.

Itari Bluetooth shipping label printer is great once you get it set up. I had to ask my other half to set this up, as I struggled so much, I do have a terrible head cold, so I am blaming that, and not the fact that it was a pain to do. It works a treat for labels and means I can avoid my post office now which saves hours of my day some weeks!!

I thought this was a little bulky when it arrived, a lot bigger than I’d imagined. It was really easy to set up. You can use by plugging straight into a pc or device with the lead supplied or by using the Labelife app and printing via Bluetooth. I chose this way as I use my phone alot to get postage labels. Prints very quickly with a clear strong print.

This thermal shipping label printer comes with a roll of paper so you can get printing straight away. It comes with a quick start guide and was easy to connect to my phone via the app. It’s quite lightweight and compact, isn’t loud and prints quickly with good results

I found the app a bit tricky to use, and since the printer doesn’t come with any sort of in depth guide it’s not super beginner friendly. It took some time for me to figure out how it worked, but once you get going it works well

Very good printer, the quality of the Thermal Printer is also reflected in the print quality on the thermal paper.
This was easy to set up across devices on my iMac (Ventura), iPhone 11, iPad Pro and DELL Laptop Windows 10.

Its a bit more expensive than other thermal printers but I think this is justified.

The Itari Bluetooth Shipping Label Printer has undeniably streamlined my shipping process, providing both efficiency and reliability. Here are the aspects that genuinely shone during my usage:

Seamless Connectivity: The Bluetooth feature is a winner. It made pairing with various devices a breeze, eliminating the typical tangle of wires that often clutter a workspace.

Impressive Print Quality: Each label emerges sharp and clearly legible. Whether I’m printing barcodes, address stickers, or postage labels, the printer hasn’t missed a beat.

Broad Compatibility: It’s commendable how this device effortlessly integrates with a range of platforms, from Amazon and Etsy to UPS and RoyalMail. This versatility is beneficial for anyone operating multiple sales channels.

Compact and Aesthetically Pleasing: Its sleek design doesn’t just look good; it saves space too. It fits comfortably even on smaller desks or workspaces without looking or feeling cumbersome.

However, as with most products, there’s some scope for improvement. Setting up the printer and understanding its functions might be a tad challenging for those not familiar with label printers. A more intuitive user manual or an accompanying video tutorial would be a welcome addition. Furthermore, while the wireless functionality is a significant advantage, ensuring that the connection remains stable throughout bulk print jobs is crucial.

In summary, the Itari Bluetooth Shipping Label Printer is an excellent investment for both businesses and home users. Its minor learning curve is overshadowed by its efficient performance and the convenience it offers. If you’re in the market for a reliable label printer that marries functionality with aesthetics, this one is definitely worth considering.

A lot bulkier than I expected but does the job well. Super easy to set up. Very straightforward to use. Prints well and does look nice but you just need a lot of space around it as it is on the chunky side. Also thought the purple would be more vibrant, but that’s just me nit picking now 🙂

First thing to note, is that this is a surprisingly large product. It also requires space around it, as the lid needs room to open and all controls to access the device, are at the back.

It doesn’t print at the highest quality, but as this is intended to print shipping labels / low resolution text, it works surprisingly well.
The app requires the usual privacy-concerning permissions, but once you have it set up, has several templates.

It does work fine without the app, as a bluetooth or direct USB printer via Windows 10/11; however, you need to ensure that all page settings, etc. are set up before use.

If you need to print many shipping labels, or other thermal printing requirements, this is absolutely ideal.

Supplied in a sturdy cardboard box measuring around 23 cm x 18.5 cm x 17 cm, the LILAC & WHITE thermal label printer is not much smaller on release at around 21.5 cm x 17 cm x 15.5 cm (27.5 cm overall height required allowing for the lid clearance).

The LED status light is on the lower right of the dark coloured panel to the front.

I’ve been using a popular thermal printer for a while and this seems like an improvement, even if expensive. I was initially shocked at how big the printer is – significantly bigger than my previous printer and takes a bit of room, a big footprint on my desk. However, this includes a roller/rack for the label paper, so while it’s a big printer, it’s neat and tidy having the paper inside the printer. You need to buy rolls for this, rather than folded stacks, as the labels sit in the internal feed roller. It’s perfect for 6×4 labels, so ideal for Royal Mail integrated labels (I use Click and Drop with my storefronts intergrated). When I look at the amazon page, I can see there’s a voucher which can be applied at checkout – it’s more expensive at RRP than my previous model, but with the voucher works out cheaper. With it being bluetooth, it’s a better option for me, even if it was at the full 155 price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMuch larger than expected for a label printer but feels weighty and robust. Comes with USB-C and USB-A cables for wired use but the main feature of wireless is what most will make solid use of. Connects quickly and easily to Labelife app (available on iOS and Android) and your ready to start printing labels. Fast speed for printing and can easily take a full roll of 4×6″ labels for printing.

Why the 4 stars? While the quality is good for postage labels and other solid line images, the print quality on photos is very low resolution, even for a thermal printer. I’ve used a number of them over the past years and even though they are not intended for photos, the resolution has been better on others than with this model.

Ideal for a small business or home use where labels need to be printed quickly but without the fuss of having to connect with a cable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pricey but good for quick labels

Setting this printer up was easy, and the results are excellent.
Inside the printer, there’s already a roll of thermal paper. To get started, just remove the tape holding it together, pull the paper forward over the rubber roller, close the printer, and you are ready to go.

I had to download an app called LabelLife to use this printer with my mobile phone. Once I installed the app, I opened it and connected to the printer via Bluetooth. It pairs quickly. When I want to print from my computer, I use the included USB cable.

You can use this printer to print all sorts of things like photos (only in black and white) and labels. The paper that comes with it is for labels and has a peel-off sticky back. The adhesive is really strong, so once you stick the label on something, it might be hard to remove.

It’s a well-made and sturdy printer that doesn’t make any rattling noises when it prints. Plus, it takes up very little space on my desk.
Replacing the paper roll is quick and easy, and since it’s a thermal printer, I don’t have to worry about running out of ink. And, I can easily find replacement thermal paper rolls on Amazon and other places.

The printer comes with a lengthy mains adapter, allowing me to place it comfortably without the need to be right next to the power socket.

What I like most is that it works with all major shipping platforms. So when I sell my art items on Etsy, the shipping labels on the packaging look sleek and professional.

Overall, this is a fantastic little printer. It looks good, and the results are excellent!

Slightly mixed feelings here. This is a generic printer that has been supplied to Itari, and is identical in every way, to another printer that I have received, from another brand, other than a sticky label on the box. You get the printer, and a power supply (3-pin plug) wrapped in protective foam, in a plastic bag, in a robust, plain cardboard box. Inside the printer itself there is a power adapter, a USB Type-C cable, a small roll of labels, a quick start guide and a safety guide.

It is well-made, feels robust and has a small footprint on a desk or work table. Set up was relatively easy and I like the fact that you have the choice between printing via Bluetooth using a phone or tablet, or direct via USB for a laptop. I was able to download both the app and the drivers with no issues, but being completely honest, I would prefer it if it had Bluetooth connectivity across all platforms. Printing was quick and efficient, and I really love that you can just use a roll of labels that are stored inside the printer; my current printer has an external feed, and I didn’t realise what a difference this would make, as it’s just easier and tidier. Obviously, it doesn’t require any ink or toner, which is an added bonus.

If you have a small business, such as Etsy, this is a game-changer. Like many people, my Etsy shop has peaks and troughs, and in the trough times, I don’t mind hand-writing envelopes, as it does add a handmade touch, for handmade items. When it’s busy, having a printer is amazing! It does save time, and it does look professional.

At the time of writing this review, the cost is 155.99, and as much as I like this, is does feel too expensive for what you get.

  31. JoellenDYF says:

If you need to print labels, a thermal printer is essential. You could argue that most postal services offer printing services, but if you’re ever used them, you will have come across instances where their printers don’t work, or the shop assistant will give out a sigh making you feel they’re doing you a favour.
Therefore, if you print enough, it’s worth investing in a thermal printer. It’s thermal based so no cartridges needed, and labels themselves are pretty cheap if bought in bulk.
This printer connects easily enough through Bluetooth and the labels are stored within the device if you’re looking to save space.
The only reason I’ve knocked off a star is because you can get similar for cheaper than this 155.99 price tag. It’s also a little larger than other printers if you’re short of space.
