I enjoy steak and sausages with griddle lines on them. I already own a big rectangular griddle tray but wanted something smaller. I like jean-patrique cookware and accessories and this whatever pan comes with a lid. its a shame it did’nt come with some heat resistant handles.

I love it and find I’m using it daily! Expensive but worth every penny in my opinion. Handles do get hot even with the silicone covers but it doesn’t take anything away from the perfomance

OK pan, silicone handle protection should be included in my opinion, they get extremely hot. I like that it goes in oven too. Ridges bit annoying if cooking things that need to be stirred but non stick is good.
