Wide Foot Pedals

Large enough footrests for different foot types. The striped surface increases friction and is used in conjunction with the fixing strap to keep the entire body stable during exercise.

Stable Floor Protector

The striped grip design increases friction, and the square feet are more stable than suction cups, so the machine will not move back and forth during rowing.

Our rowing mahcines are made of heavy-duty commercial quality steel, which is very sturdy and durable.

I needed something to help me loose a bit of weight and keeping fit as I turned 50 and it is not as easy to loose a bit of weight anymore 😀 I have a broken/cracked wrist atm so I was worried I would not be able to assemble it. I have assembled it in about 1 hour as I could only use one hand properly and it was extremely easy as the instructions are very clear. I used it twice on the 4 setting and after 1 hour on it I was rinsing my tshirt it made me sweat that much. Early days but I can feel it works my entire body and I can watch films as I do it- I was forever bored of any type of PE , running or anything of the sort 🙂

So I got this to do something extra physical at home, especially when the weather is bad. It was easy to setup, tools provided, and very solid and stable after. After a month of use I been able to comfortably move the resistance from 10 to the maximum 16 with relative ease. Also I have lost 4.5kg doing about 6-7km distance almost daily on it, having started with a weight of 85kg so it definitely helps with the weight-loss although I have also changed my diet to have just one main meal daily also. The only small issue I have had with it so far is that the rollers shed some plastic bits over the weeks whilst settling in. The other thing that might bother some is that the LCD display is limited to 4 digits. So overall I’m pleased and this has been a worthwhile investment.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI am a 5’3″ 76 year old female so hopefully my age group will be interested in my review.
I decided that it’s up to me to get/stay healthy in the current climate and having no health problems I decided to lose weight as I was fast approaching the obese level on the BMI scale. I have always been very active but gave up smoking when I was 62 and the weight crept up very slowly and almost unnoticed, until I requested a blood test at my surgery to check if my cholesterol was OK. The result was that I was ‘Pre-Diabetic’. This was an enormous shock as I cook everything I eat, eat organic when I can and never eat processed food or take-aways. I thought I was really healthy even though I knew I was overweight, just thought it wasn’t a big problem as it was caused by good food, just too much of it.
The day I got the blood test result I started to change my diet, what I eat and how much of it. Used common sense and worked out what was good and what wasn’t.
After three and a half months I had lost 2 stone and now into the ‘healthy weight’ on the BMI calculator and dropped from a size 12 to a size 8.
Feeling so happy, energetic and cross with myself for not doing this years ago, I had to buy lots of new clothes which made me feel better than a bar of chocolate would have.
In order to maintain my sensible weight I will continue to eat the food I have been eating as I know it works as it consists of proper balanced meals, coupled with exercise which is easy in good weather, as I have dogs who help keep me fit, but decided I need more, especially in the winter so I can maintain my weight.
I decided to buy this rowing machine as it seems to cover all the exercise and muscle building I need.
I was a bit worried about putting it together in case it would be too heavy for me to do it myself but decided to have a go. Took ages to get it unpacked as it was the most well packed item I have ever purchased. Once that was done I read the instructions and looked at the nuts and bolts etc., all seemed quite straightforward and the instructions were some of the clearest, easiest instructions I have ever seen so decided I would have a go myself before calling on help.
I managed to put it together quite easily although it did take me a bit longer than the half hour that some of the other reviewers has said but don’t thing they were 76 year old women.
I have now been using it for 4 days and am delighted with it, it’s comfortable and enjoyable to use. I have it on maximum resistance and feel that is right for me. It’s not as heavy as I expected and on end it takes up very little space in the corner of my conservatory.
Very pleased I bought and I haven’t got a 6 pack yet but will keep trying!

I waited a few months before reviewing to ensure the rower would last. It has and is very sturdy.
The resistance settings are good, offering plenty of scope for upping and improving training over a period of time. The machine works very well, resistance is consistent to setting and glide is smooth and quiet.
    So, why only four stars?
The clock feature is inaccurate. It is approx. 10% under actual time. Fortunately the stroke count is accurate.
Don’t let this one issue put you off though. This is an exceptional product at a great price. And you can always use the timer on your phone or watch.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis arrived super quick, 3 days after ordering. Firstly, don’t pay for assembly, the most difficult part is getting it out of the box. Only about 12 screws(yes, I did have one left over, and followed instructions!). Took less than 30 minutes. Secondly, looks a very sturdy piece of kit. Thirdly, I’m 6ft, 2in, suitable for me, I would say the maximum height to use it would be 6ft, 3in, if you’re any taller, will not get full benefit. Only criticism (a very small one), looked at other machines, chose this one, as it had 16 resistance settings. On the highest setting, I expected more resistance. But, it will still give you a good workout (don’t think you’re going to look like the bloke in the pictures!). I would DEFINITELY recommend.

The item arrived super quickly. It was not too difficult for me to set up, and I am not the best at this kind of thing.
I believe the different levels would be fine for just about any fitness levels people may have.
The top setting will give you a good workout.
Excellent value for money and easy to store in a limited space. Great buy that looks well when set up. A no brainer really for home rowing!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOk, here are the good points. Does the basic functions well. Solid basic structure. Does not move when rowing. Reasonably well built and manoeuvrable. The problems…The electronic timer is not accurate. Within a few weeks I was setting World Records, until I checked the timer with my phone stopwatch and realised it was losing several seconds a minute. So I am a good rower, but not quite that good ! Also one of the foam rubber hand grips came loose after a few weeks use, although it does push back on easily enough.
