Thanks to the upgraded TPU material , the Twingo key cover,which is thin and light, does not affect the signal transmission, so that you can find your car anytime and anywhere.
I like the snug fit. Feels nice in the hand. I don’t like that it’s made of silicone and is quite thin. I worry that the arched, open end, (which you attach your ‘key’ to) is too thin and will split and you’ll lose key/keys, possibly without realising! But nothing else seems to be available to do the job of holdng the silly flat Renault key. My last Captur Key so much better as it was rigid and attached securely to a key ring/other keys.
However, whilst I’m not a fan of the new style key or this silicone cover it’s better than having no cover.
I can now attach my house keys to this Renault key fob. Buttons line up perfect. Even attached a tile so that I can find my car keys when the kids hide it.
If you have a Renault or a Dacia car with a unlock access feature, chances are you’ve been given a key fob that looks like a card. These provide a loop unlike the original key where you can attach a key ring or set of keys to. These are smart looking gutter covers where you can insert the key through one end. They also retained a styling design of the Renault pattern.
The original key itself is also very plain and almost fragile, so it’s nice to have a cover that will protect it from scratches and from drops. these fit well and make the key card look smart. Highly recommended.
