I like that you can set it for different times. I use it in my bedroom
. I run it during the day. I don’t like that when it’s not on the power button flashes and I am bothered by that at night. I’ve had to unplug it each time

Small unit, great strength
With a dog, a bird and a rat in the house, allergens flow happily. This device works so well that allergic people no longer need to stuff themselves with pills before coming over. The effect is quick, and it’s easy to move a unit around if another room causes reactions.
I would put 5 stars if the replacement filters were more affordable. That’s truly the only downside.
I’m ordering a second unit to cover more area.

I bought this for my bedroom to help with dust and dog hair. It is compact and operates quietly. I’d like to be able to turn off the light panel behind the buttons. When it is on standby the power light flashes. I can dim it but I can’t completely disable it. I’d also like to be able to disable the beeps when I turn it on or change settings.
I have severe allergies and purchased this unit for my bedside. It’s been wonderful! As you can see in the second photo, it works! I love that you can buy replacement filters. (Another unit I have by a different brand you just have to clean it instead.) Would recommend!
First time buying an air purifier. It fits perfectly in my 800 sq ft condo. The only thing you need to make sure of is cleaning the filters (2) on both sides. I thought at first there was only one when purchasing, but there are two, remove the plastic and have it running for as long as you need.
Perfect size to purify the air in the room. Well priced. Has liw, medium and high fsn setting and and can be set for 2, 4, 6 or 8 hour run time. Bonus: it sounds like a white noise machine when on highest setting…something I was surprised by is that it helps us sleep better.
We wanted a portable HEPA filter that we could take with us for travel and also have it for use in a small work office. It was perfect, light weight, and quiet. You can opt to run it at the highest speed and you will hear it at that level, but otherwise it’s very quiet and very easy to set up.
Also has a lifetime warranty if you use their filters and replace them on schedule.
The Medify MA-15 air purifier seems reasonably well made and relatively quiet even at its highest speed. I like the fact that replacement filters are readily available on Amazon. I am using it for two purposes with a 3D printer in an enclosure. One is to control temperature, the other to further handle any fumes and particles even though the printer is in a well ventilated room. In the enclosure, the temperature can get as high as 106F when printing a plastic like PETG. By cracking the front flap a little and opening the side flap enough for one of the side intakes of the MA-15 can draw air, I keep the enclosure at about 95F. As for the MA-15’s carbon and HEPA filter doing what I hope, that is an act of faith. I like to hedge my bets when it comes to safety. In this case, if it helps, we’re good to go, if it doesn’t, I’m no worse off than I when I started.
Upon my ENT suggestion bought this and realized should have bought it long ago. Could see difference in my sleep and for sure the air quality as our bedroom get dirty in 2 – 3 days after cleaning . Since using this we could see the difference less to no dirt . Even there after 4 to 5 days of cleaning. Would recommend to buy even if u don’t have any issue with breathing. This increase the air quality in the room used.
I really love this filter, and regularly travel with it to hotels in the UK.
It is small enough to fit in a standard sized two panel suitcase, so perfect for travel.
It isn’t at all noisy, and actually, even the highest setting is quieter than many I’ve come across.

I bought this to find out if it would help me during the winter months with my allergy issues working from home. The room I placed it in is larger than the recommended area, so placed it near my working area. Wow, was I surprised. within two days of using it only during my working hours, I could breath more clearly.
I am very pleased with this product. The set up is very straightforward. Just remember to take the filter out of the plastic prior to installing them. The noise level when the unit is running low is very quiet. you wouldn’t even know it’s running. The product is very energy efficient, I think I read that it cost 2 dollars a month to run 24/7 at low setting? The air quality improvement is definitely noticeable. My wife was sneezing a lot before we installed because of our cats. After running this unit, she sleeps much better.
Godsend for people with allergies
I’ve suffered from nasal allergies my whole life, usually being able to only breath out of one nostril normally. Since purchasing this air purifier, I have been able to breath with both nostrils! No more stuffy noses. The normalizing of my breathing is totally worth what I’ll have to pay to replace the filters.
If you too suffer from nasal allergies, get ANY air purifier with True HEPA filters. This one was just compact enough for my medium sized apartment.
(First, I am now convinced there is a lot of competitor sabotage showing up in the reviews.. I was shopping for something yesterday and I was surprised at some of the negative reviews (overall rating of 3,000+ reviews = 83%).. and then, I wanted to get some replacement filters for this purifier – and now I KNOW the negative reviews are bogus – except for the random unit that is defective…
I have three of these purifiers – this one, the M40 and the M14.
I had serious allergies – I mean serious, throat closing up one night, etc. Was on medication and used netipot daily – for Years….
I had tried a few other purifiers and returned them. Now, at last I am all in to say these purifiers are 100% amazing in cleaning the air – to the point that my allergies are pretty much gone (no kidding). No more medication. I use the netipot maybe once every couple of months.
ALSO – all three units are WHISPER QUIET. Period. (Go away you negative negatives)
And, I have had them for 5 months. This unit I have in my bedroom and leave it on pretty much always (on low setting)
Now I know that when the vast majority of reviews are positive and then comes a slew of negative reviews (and most all are one liners) – ignore the naysayers. They’re probably the competition attempting to bring down the ratings.
I highly recommend Medify. I’ve tried at least 4 other brands and they are not worth even trying, imo.
Works beautiful, makes the air fresh and crisp. A bit loud on high. But if not needed on high, low & med are just fine. The wild fire smoke has not reached us here on Vancouver Island. But I’m ready for it if the wind turns.
After trying so many things to relieve my elderly and blind cat of his (scratching and biting) allergies, this air purifier seems to have been a major help. He had been getting shots to help but I had noted more dust motes in the air than I remembered, so wanted to try to purify the air. Ran it at high and medium speeds whenever cat was not in the room (for a day or two), kept it on low when he was, as the low setting is quiet. Now I keep it running on low, with an occasional hour or two on medium. My cat is MUCH more comfortable although I will add that I changed his food to the higher level varieties of Purina, both kibble and canned food at around the same time. The improvement could be both together, but having changed foods before with no improvement, I am crediting this air purifier with the bulk of the relief in my fur guy! VERY pleased.

I bought this air purifier for my 12×14 bedroom. I run it at night while I sleep. There are 3 fan speeds. I run it on low, and it’s still powerful enough yet quiet. If you’re someone who likes white noise when you sleep, medium or high speed might work for you. There is also a timer. I run mine for 8 hours at night. It’s my understanding they might be fair energy consumers, but I don’t yet know for sure. The filters need to be replaced every three months to keep the warranty in check. There is a “change filter” indicator on top of the machine. The filters are on each side of the device and are easy to remove. I read a review by someone else who said the filters are hard to find? I ordered replacements on Amazon and had no problem finding them. So far I am pleased. This air purifier has helped my sinus allergies and my bedroom air smells fresher.
Be aware the buttons on this unit are “light-touch” like tapping an app on your phones screen – NOT a PUSH button. The low setting is quiet but, almost too low? Medium has a slight hum but, does well for our overnight sleeping – High is High…we let the unit run on high 2 hours before bedtime and switch to low or med overnight. The Unit so far has been a performer!!! I have the worst allergies and haven’t woken up with puffy eyes or a cough!
After suffering through the Washington and Oregon smoke pollution which was in the hazardous range for days I went online to find a solution. I owned only a small old air purifier that was virtually obsolete for anything of this magnitude. After a lot of research and an Email question to Medify about the filter which was answered promptly. I ordered this model and it came within a few days, much sooner than the date estimated by Amazon. On the worst night of enduring this bad air quality I suffered a true asthma attack in the middle of the night and my cat was breathing very heavily as well. His meow came out as only a squeak. After setting up this machine, which was an extremely simple task, within a half hour the air began to clear in my living area and I could breathe easily. That night my cat slept right next to the unit and would not leave it. I give this unit five stars and will order another one when my finances allow. It is both people and pet-approved in my household.
