I am very pleased with my new machine, arrived on time and look forward to using it again soon. I made a hot chocolates and milkshakes with it and it made the milk nice and fluffy. Couldn’t ask for more
Looks more expensive that it is. Works well and I have had no issues with milk burning on like some other reviews mention. I think you just need to clean it well before next use to avoid that. I bought a small silicone spoon to help get froth out. I take out whisk, to avoid damaging when I do this. Works best with full cream milk, but you still get a good froth with semi-skimmed.
I have a Tassimo machine and sits nicely alongside on my work top.

I buy my ground coffee from Starbucks and after making it up and adding the frothed milk on top you can’t tell the difference between home and Starbucks Shop. Best item ever bought from Amazon.
