Now my favourite garden tool.
This mini chainsaw is amazing. It’s easy to handle and great at cutting tree branches even some of the big ones I have in the garden. I have a large garden but managed to cut down everything I need to all while only using 1 battery. It didn’t even run out I ran out of branches to cut.
The carry case is great for keeping all the bits together and hardly takes up any space in my shed.

This tool is very useful and does exactly what I need it to do! More powerful than I expected and extremely easy to use, also come with lots of different tools with it which are easily stored in the case!
Fantastic Mini Chainsaw
Easy to buy, great value for money. Very powerful for 1 handed use. Even an old boy like me can set it up and use it with no problems. Great for garden pruning and cutting wood for winter fires!

Double charged workhorse
This little beast of a chainsaw is an absolute dream for those weekend jobs in the garden. Making light work of kindling and decent branch pruning, the two batteries in the pack meant I was able to keep going for hours! If only the battery fit other tools (like a hedge trimmer!)…
Small and handy but with obvious limitations
I bought it prune the bushes and trees around my garden and yes it did the job, but the chain gets stuck most of the time and the chain gets loose. It does say to leave a bit lose but not sure if that’s why it’s getting stuck.
Excellent companion for my full size chainsaw
I use this to remove branches and cut them up ready for burning later. It’s also good for removing branches before getting the full size chainsaw out. I’ve also used it to demolish a lean to shed. Impressive battery life.
Very useful
At first I thought no way is this little thing going to tackle anything thing but twigs but I pleased and impressed on the sheer power. Cuts logs just right for my log burner. The reasons for only 4 stars are:
1. I found that I was continually having to tighten the chain (that said, I was working it hard and cutting very hard wood)
2. The instructions are basic and do not address sharpening the chain i.e. what size file is required as not included in the tool bag.
3. No information on where to source replacement chains.
Other than that a very useful little saw.
Update.
Since initially posting my review the motor burnt out after about 3 hours of use in total in 30 minute sessions. I emailed both supplier and manufacturer who have chosen to ignore me. Fortunately Amazon supported me and arranged return and refund. Whilst the machine was impressive when it worked it’s not much cop if it can’t be reliable. If it wasn’t for the excellent customer service from Amazon I would be left with a piece of scrap.

This saw has made an annual tree trimming job very easy and quick.
This has cut through 4 inch limbs one handed with relative ease if taken steady.
Smaller branches need holding with other hand to prevent it vibrating and ease cutting. Batteries last a long time too, trimmed a chunky tree and used only 3 bars out of 4 on only one battery. Very pleased with this.
Christmas prese
Always a risk buying a tool for the man who thinks he has everything but this was a brilliant success. My partner has a petrol chain saw but this small electric chain saw has proved its worth. So convenient and easy to use and is very efficient. The battery lasts well and I’m told it’s the best Christmas present ever.
Fast delivery. Worked well first time on 100 mm tree branches. Light and easy to use and battery works for a long while. The 2 batteries in the pack are a great idea.
easy to use
Bought as present. Recipient has used it and was very happy with it. Said the battery indicator had hardly gone down at all by the time he had finished chopping up the Christmas tree. Comes with 2 batteries so no excuses for not finishing your work!!
Very useful , easy to use tool
Just used this to cut our large Christmas tree into three pieces to take to the recycle. This little chainsaw made it so easy! Great that it comes with safety goggles and gloves and a spare battery. It’s going to get a lot if use round the garden for tasks that would take a lot more energy with a lopping saw and might even be used for sculpturing a tree trunk!
Great little chainsaw
Great little saw which had no trouble cutting through 4″ plus branches. Battery kept going longer than expected and it was comfortable to use. I have two criticisms. 1 – It is made for a right handed person. Trying to use in the other hand is quite difficult. 2 – The chain has to be oiled manually. Some makes have automated this process which is better. In general however I am very pleased.
Perfect for those every day jobs
This item has been the most amazing buy. I gave a big chainsaw but this small one I can use everyday for every little job that needs doing from cutting up timber to bushes in garden and small branches . Couldn’t be without it. It came next day and worth every penny .

I cannot believe how good this mini chainsaw is. I was half expecting it to be a bit of toy and would be sending it back, but no. The batteries have loads of power and run time. The chains (i am assuming the spare will be the same) are well sharpened and holding the edge, even after some serious use. Hardwood and knotty logs are cut with the ease of a professional, petrol saw. And the kit is comprehensive ; gloves, goggles, oil, spare chain, etx.

have to say the saw lived up to all the hype, shortly after I purchased it I used it to cut quite alot of branches and very thick branches from Rowan (Mountain Ash) tree taking the tree from over 15″ tall to just over 6ft
then I was about to cut the branches into bite size pieces. I am very impressed with the saw the build quality and what is included in the kit for the price two Batteries, Gloves spare chain, chain oil and eye protection I would highly recommend this saw
Great, lightweight tool for wood chopping
This chainsaw is very light and very well balanced. The chain is driven at quite a speed and it cuts through wood really well. The battery charge lasts a long time, so having two batteries means you can use it for hours on end. I used it to cut up a whole fitted wardrobe and it saved me so much work and time. I have bad arthritis in my hands but this chainsaw gave me no pain whatsoever. Very well designed, very easy to use and very happy to highly recommend it to anyone. I would recommend buying some more chain oil at the same time as the supplied bottle is quite small.

Having recently installed a Wood burning stove with the onset of Winter we ordered logs which when delivered proved to be too big for our stove .
I needed a saw to cut these longer logs to fit into the stove. Being a regular customer of Amazon I visited their site to find a saw that was not to big but which was capable of doing the job.
I found a number of options among electronic chainsaws all offering excellent machines at competitive prices. I immediately ordered one that fitted my requirements which included 2 batteries that would keep me working all day .
The saw arrived 3 days later and has been working every day since and I must say I am delighted with the results, and feel confident and safe using the saw which has an inbuilt safety guard
Easy to get started, great to use on small trees
I wanted to buy a minichain saw to help me with some garden tidying. I find sawing hard work and hoped this would enable to me get tasks done without asking for help or taking too long. The box is robust, although a little tricky to fit everything in unless you get them in exactly the right place.
The gloves are a reasonable average size but I couldn’t use the eye shield as they did not fit over my glasses – I did have a bigger face shield so used that. The batteries arrived charged, so I just checked those and the chain, and then could get started.
The light weight means I can get more done in one session than I expected. A little practice and I can see how best to place the saw within the bush/small tree to cut where I need to. This is helping me get stuff done that I had been putting off. I do need to remember not to be over confident though and remember to plan what I will cut and how I will safely remove it.
Excellent piece of ki
When I bought this it was because I had some serious work to do, doing it all with a hand saw was not really an option – that said I did start off with a 10inch folding saw, but it was still hard work. Once this little beauty arrived things became so much easier. The batteries had a full charge when I received it, so I was able to get cracking straight away, and they lasted really well. The charging of the battery was quick enough that I didn’t run out of power in the second battery, before the first had finished charging, meaning I could finish the job in one go. I would point out though, that if the motor is overworked (as I did), it does cut out – one of the tree limbs I cut through had a circumference of 24 inches! But left to cool for about a minute and it was good to go again. I wouldn’t be without it now.
Great little chainsaw
I bought this for my husband so that he was able to cut the large palm leaves that were high up on our 80 foot palm tree, we wanted something that was light weight and easy to use and also something that would be able to cut through the palm tree branches that can be very tough to cut!
This little machine did a marvellous job. It comes with two batteries that are charged up, so that you can just get on and do the job you want it for ,without having to wait for them to charge.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a lightweight chainsaw that can cut very difficult tough, tree branches.
This mini battery-operated chainsaw is a versatile rechargeable handheld machine. It is efficient and time-saving. To my surprise, it is lightweight but has a powerful motor to torque which allows me to achieve a significant amount of work, such as pruning and trimming tree branches in the back garden. It saws through branches very quickly. The kit comes with all the accessories which come in handy for servicing and using the mini chainsaw. the guard or gaffle, blade and chain are easy to remove or disassemble.
I love the fact that the two rechargeable batteries provided with the kit have power level indicators at the front. Furthermore, an LED light is located next to the motor to illuminate the work area. The vents around the motor are a great feature which provides adequate ventilation to dissipate heat. In addition, there is a safety lock to help prevent accidental activation and a baffle which serves as a guard to prevent sawdust from flying everywhere, especially onto one’s face. Most importantly, one has to be mindful of kickbacks, especially If he or she has little or no experience with using any chainsaw.
The only issue I experienced was with the pair of safety goggles. I did not like it mainly because the arms were too short and became very uncomfortable. It is best to purchase another pair which is of a better quality.
Most importantly, the rechargeable mini chainsaw is a handy tool to have for undertaking small-scale landscaping projects which entail the cutting of shrubs and pruning branches.
I bought this mini chainsaw to cut up some old beams for firewood.
It’s lightweight and cuts really well for its size.
It’s great for cutting a few to fill a log basket.
I’d imagine that if it’s this good on beams, it would also be great for the odd branch or two.
Both batteries were already charged on arrival but the manual didn’t mention how to charge them. I expected some sort of battery holder like other makes of power tools but in this case, the charger just plugs directly into the battery (see photo)
The clip for your belt is fairly handy also.
It comes with a pair of gloves and glasses even though I usually use squint protection.
It’s easy to not respect this things power because of its size, but I can assure you it will chop off your fingers just the same a petrol fully grown chainsaw so be careful!
If you cut a lot with it, the thermal cut out will kick in and you will have to wait a minute before it will run again. I’ve found that if you don’t push much through the wood and let the chain do it’s job, it doesn’t get hot as quick.
Really it could do with a better way of cooling the motor if there was a revised version.
I’d certainly recommend it though as it’s great for what it’s designed for.
